The experience was great and rooms were really clean, AC worked perfect too and the pool was equipped and clean aswell.
Overall it was awesome and we would definitely come again!!
During my check-in, which was scheduled for 2:00 PM, I was made to wait until 2:30 PM before being attended to. The staff member on duty was unapproachable and did not offer any form of courtesy or a smile. Additionally, when I raised this concern, the staff member began to argue with me instead of addressing the issue respectfully. It is imperative that the staff respect the scheduled times and maintain professionalism while attending to guests.
Furthermore, upon check-out, I requested my Emirates ID, which the staff member insisted had already been returned to me. I am certain, however, that I did not receive my ID. The staff member did not attempt to assist in locating the card or offer any solution. Instead, he remained standing passively, showing no concern or willingness to help. Considering the importance of the Emirates ID for identification purposes, this negligence could have led to serious complications for me.
This level of negligence and lack of customer care is unacceptable for any establishment, especially hotel that prides itself on guest service. I strongly urge you to provide proper training to your reception staff customer service protocols to prevent such incidents from recurring. It is essential that your employees are attentive, respectful, and proactive in assisting guest.
