Location: in the Emirate of Sharjah, 15 km from the international airport, a 5-minute walk from the popular shopping centre, Sharjah Mega Mall and the gold Souk Sharjah.
Consists of a 15 storey building.
Only 168 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach 5 km away (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. The bus to Jumeirah beach Park, beach access fee: about 1.3 $). The beach is 900 m.
Russian-speaking staff there.
Pets are not allowed.

I do understand there will be restrictions but not if the visitor has a valid ID, the visitors were all female and is not there to party. The way the lady spoke was cold and unfriendly. It appears they lack hospitality lesson by not explaining to the guest their hotel rules for visitors that will not even stay overnight.
The hotel did not provide basic necessities. There was no drinking water, the bed was uncomfortable, and even the towels were insufficient for two guests. No kettle or tea/coffee facilities were provided, which is a basic expectation.
The staff was also not cooperative and did not help resolve these issues. We have stayed in many hotels and traveled to many places, but this was by far one of the worst experiences we’ve had. I would not recommend this hotel.
Also, Google Maps lists two different hotels with the same name Crystal Plaza Hotel in Sharjah, which caused a lot of confusion. I ended up taking another taxi after realizing I had arrived at the wrong one. Management should work on clarifying their location online to save future guests from the same inconvenience.
Not a single thing was upto the Mark. Not recommended at all.
I believe that all guests deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of the circumstances, and unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. As a result, I cannot recommend your hotel to others.
