The room I stayed in was the lagoon view which was very beautiful. The first room they gave me had a problem with the washroom that it was very congested and everything was fit in a very small space. Had a 1 night stay at superior twin bed room with city view with balcony. Amazing view and room was clean and good. Breakfast buffet at flavours restaurant. They serve international cuisines. I liked staying at this hotel a lot. Rooms are big and furniture is also very nice. Also, their breakfast is very good. Nearby area is also good with good shops. Though it is junction of main roads, the building has other businesses other than this hotel.

The hotel is located on a very busy street, which may or may not work in its favor but the entrance to the basement where the cars are supposed to be parked is very conjusted. The interior how ever is quite impressive, the high ceilings and the art work on the lobby walls are very interesting and peculiar. It's a hotel with a wonderful sandy beach and friendly staff. All the necessary facilities are in. The hotel is a bit old, but it's ok. Free WiFi. Every!day cleaning and towels and sheets changing. The hotel is location at the front of the park, Corniche is left side of the hotel. Rooms are luxury, clean and comfortable and staffs are friendly. Free Wifi and Parking is bit difficult to find .There is no free parking space available with the hotel. If your are coming late night will be quite challenging to find a spot.

The Egyptian receptionists seem rude and have little self awareness. The rooms are good for families and the prices are affordable if you book online. Never walk in to book as the price will skyrocket. Checking-in takes a while also. If you get into their good graces they might bend a few rules for you if you request.
