⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Amazing hotel! When you entered the hotel you will feel amazed with the structure. The staffs are really helpful and willing to assist anytime! The room is good as well with good functioning AC and you can see the city and the swimming pool from my room! Also, i would like to commend Ameena from the reception for being kind and considerate. All in all my stay is extraordinary! 🫶🏼 Thank you Cornice Hote

Wonderful stay in good price.
Stayed for 6 days with beautiful view of Water Front
Warm welcome by Front Desk specially Nurana and Fatima.
And also by rest of the staff.

Don't deserved to be called a 5 star hotel. We stayed for 3 nights.
- no tubelights in room, just 3-4 table lamps, room was very dark
-there was leakage in washroom, their staff fixed that though nd provided 1 extra lamp when reqested, that staff member was nice.
- on 2nd day ,we were out of napkins, toilet papers nd towels, called reception for cleaning and tissue papers in the evening, no one came for more than hour, when housekeeping staff south asian male came, don't know why he was making faces and angry, not professional at all.Didn't even vaccumed the carpet, which was having debris.
- Hotel have 2 pools, view is nice but pools are very deep for a 5feet beginner swimmer,
-in toileteries, didn't even provided toothpaste and toothbrush, no tissues in room, just a pack in washroom.
We felt like wastage of our money by booking this hotel.

I would give 7 stars for service if I could! We stayed only for a night but it was simply amazing. A special shouout to Sara, not sure of her role, but she was assisting the staff in charge during check-in. I had left both my phones in the taxi from the airport. I had no one to call and the hotel phones couldn't make outside calls. Then came Sara, my saviour. She had called the taxi company, given all my details and got my phone back in less than 2 hours. She was so caring and supportive, she literally saved my day! But besides that, the hotel itself is really beautiful, the views of The Corniche were amazing. The rooms are big and spacious, staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is a big plus, right in front of the Waterfront. Easily accessible to lots and lots of restaurants, cafes and pharmacies. This hotel is definitely going to be my first choice when going to Sharjah next!

Not sure why the hotel is rated with a 5 star rating but definitely needs a re-rating to a maximum of 3 stars at best.
I was told that my car would be taken upon arrival and then later told by the same person I had to do the "valet" parking myself. After checking into the room discovered that it was old and tired and the AC did not function well. The towels were very worn and the milk for the coffee had gone well past its expiry date. Nobody answered the telephone - neither the front desk or the housekeeping. Furthermore, there were no sockets found anywhere near the bed to be able to even charge a phone.
All in all - a disaster and do not remember having experienced anything as bad as this anywhere in the world.

This hotel advertises itself as a 5 star hotel whereas it’s nowhere close to being one. I would suggest they change their rating to a 3 stars at best.
The toilet’s ceiling in one of the rooms was ALWAYS leaking despite having called room service to “fix” it multiple times on multiple days, and the next morning it was leaking again. I’m not sure what kind of system they have in place but this is definitely not a 5 star rating hotel.
When room service came to “clean” the room, the sheets were not changed.
Note that no amenities were provided other than soap, shower gel, lotion and shampoo. You call that “5 stars”!!

Attended business meetings in this hotel for two weeks. The food was mediocre at best. The food hygiene is questionable, as there were too many flies at the restaurant all the time.
There are no air curtains to prevent the flies from entering the hotel. The breakfast provided to us was not good at all.
The facilities are not well maintained. Washrooms door handles broken, tissue isn't always available.
The lady at the restaurant was rude and showed attitude consistently. The soft drinks were not available whenever we asked for them.
Valet service is not available as well.
Many other better options available in Sharjah. I do not recommend staying here.

One of the worst hotels I have ever had to deal with in Sharjah. Sharjah is well known for its amazing hospitality and this hotel tarnishes the emirate’s name. The services are barely basic, the staff are not hospitable at all, and my experience was below zero. Catering quality was poor, staff are not friendly. Never dealing with them again.

A disappointing stay from start to finish.
The hotel location is good and the view is excellent for the rooms on the waterfront however the first red flag was the long queue to check in. Despite it being after 3pm there were no rooms available for those trying to check in. I had booked directly on the hotel website and the lady on reception upgraded us to a junior suite.
Unfortunately later in the afternoon despite having already paid for the room
at the check-in desk, I received a text notification to say that my card had been charged again for the room, meaning I had paid twice. I later raised this with Lukesh on reception who took a screenshot of the text notification and advised he would look into it and asked us to return later. We went out for dinner but when we returned a short while later Lukesh had left for the day and hadn’t told his colleagues about our situation. I had to explain the situation again with the staff telling me it was impossible for my card to be charged twice despite the proof I had in front of me. I had to fight my cause in order to convince them to look into the matter. The treatment from staff was not that you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Eventually a refund was processed but even that caused difficulty with the receptionist not being able to work the machine.
By this time I had spent almost 2 hours in reception during a one night stay. I asked to be compensated for the bad experience. Ei, the lady on reception, informed me that she would speak to Amil, the operations manager and that they would call my room later that evening. I never received a call.
Overall, the staff need to work on their customer service as the hotel seems unorganised with rooms not being ready for guests checking in and the attitude of the staff certainly not being in line with a 5 star experience. For the reasons above I cannot recommend the hotel.
