Stayed 10 days with my husband at this nice hotel. Staff are all friendly and helpful, great service provided by reception, room service, and other staff around the hotel. Rooms were cleaned and serviced everyday, beddings and towels smell nice (p.s. The rooms have refrigeraters but you may not see in the photos on their website).
The hotel has a great location, few minutes walk to restaurants and shops; no matter how early or late you wish to go out, there are lots of nearby shops and nice areas to walk around. It is also around 15 minutes' drive to a few open beaches (would take longer during heavy traffic).
The rooms have a beautiful view of the lake or the city and overlook the swimming pools located on each side of the hotel. The ground level has many nice seating areas where you can meet visitors/ friends. Additionally, WIFI is free with excellent speed and the hotel has a free car park, which has lots of spaces with easy access. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone (couples or families).
I stayed at Corniche Hotel Sharjah, Al Majaz for 6 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were very welcoming, and I want to give special appreciation to Ms. Dua at the reception. She was absolutely amazing — polite, kind, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. Her warm attitude made me feel at home.
I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room to a beautiful lagoon view, which became the highlight of my trip! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed.
Overall, it was an excellent stay — great service, lovely staff, and a perfect location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sharjah.
Rooms: Comfortable but could be improved for a 5-star hotel. The furniture looks a bit old and would benefit from being updated. We also had to wait for some bathroom amenities such as toothbrushes and tissues, but once requested, they were promptly provided.
Service: I initially planned to rate 4 stars overall, but the excellent service from the receptionist Ms. Doa truly stood out, she was professional, caring, and made our stay specia
Ngawang was exceptionally supportive throughout our stay. She consistently greeted us with a warm smile, prioritised our needs, and ensured that we felt well taken care of. Her ability to explain everything with empathy, always keeping the customer’s perspective in mind, made our experience even more pleasant. We also received great support from the rest of the staff, which added to the overall comfort and satisfaction of our stay.
As a small suggestion for improvement, the shuttle service frequency to the beach could be reduced to every 2 hours instead of longer intervals. This would enhance the convenience and make the experience even better for guests.
Very clean and cozy rooms. The bed was super comfortable and a huge king size, the linens were fresh. You can tell they take cleanliness seriously...
Loved the amenities! My room facing the beautiful sea and has a very Instagramable view, the free Wi-Fi was fast. Everything I've needed was right there...

Terrible experience. Our car was blocked by a broken hotel bus in their own parking after an event. Staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. We waited over 30 minutes with no apology or responsibility from anyone. Absolutely unprofessional and humiliating. Not what you’d expect from a so-called 5-star hotel. Avoid at all costs.
