Recommended. If you found this hotel on TripAdvisor, you’d never choose it. BUT it’s very good, and especially if you have a room in the new 7-storey wing. Free parking adjacent. Lovely beach area and a small pool. We blundered into this hotel without a reservation, parked in an available parking spot and were given a huge room on the top floor of their new wing. Complete serendipity, and we enjoyed everything during our stay. Restaurant is excellent too, reviewed separately.

I do not recommend you to stay at this place.
We payed for a hotel room with two beds and private balcony, yet, when we arrived they put us in another building in a room which had such a disastrous balcony. It was on ground floor, with some kind of water tanks and bunch of cables around, holes on the ground and what not. I dont even think it can be considered as a balcony, more like unfinished part of the property. And also, the toilet smelled like a sewage all the time.
I complained to the manager of the rooms and he was really unpolite and not having the patience to listen to us. He did not help us at all.
On top of that, there is no towels, no soap and they do not change ur sheets or clean the room while you stay there.
The food is not self service like it says. Only the salads are, but for the main dishes they serve them for you.
Overall, very bad experience as we didnt get what we paid for and we did not get any help from the staff.

I booked this hotel but after reading more reviews I could not believe that after paying a reasonable amount per night there would be an extra 10 euros per person charge to sit around the pool . I contacted the Hotel and they confirmed that was their policy ! Well we have a choice so I cancelled and booked elsewhere!

I had an amazing time at Hotel Majestic with my husband. The restaurant food is so amazing. The service is also top notch. The hotel staffs always wearing smiling faces.. we met ERJON, a waiter at the restaurant who is very nice, and friendly, and helpful. He sorted out our food request. ERJON is definitely an asset to hotel majestic. Overall we had the most amazing stay there .

Great four night stay at this hotel with friends. The hotel has a bar, restaurant, free parking, spacious rooms, a swimming poole and is located right on the beach. The staff are very friendly and will help you with anything. The reception was manned 24 hours. The room had air conditioning and a mini bar with a fridge. Our room was clean and serviced every day.

This place has a bad reputation for NO REASON- I came over from London with my mum and sisters, we had a great time :) The staff were all lovely and helpful, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean! Big shout out to the reception and bar staff in the restaurant who couldn't do enough for us! The breakfast was basic but I've travelled up and down Albania to find the same thing at all of the hotels that I've stayed at, no matter the stars ✨️ The hotel led directly to the beach which we had all to ourselves due to the season just ending. The beach has shops, restaurants and bars for miles, lots to explore. Definitely check out the boulevard, there are some wonderful restaurants with a sea view to end your evening ♡ I think you need to enter this country with an open mind- they are still in development so be kind and respectful and you will get the same in return. The only thing that I was a little upset by is the fact that we couldn't use the sun loungers - they were put away again due to the end of season. Apart from that, everything was great and we will return at some point!! Thank you to everyone at Majestic for looking after us.

Very bad accommodation. Very unsanitary bathroom. The water tank at the toilet broke down, the person in charge came, took the lid off and said he would come the next day to change it, he never came. The faulty climate control is leaking out of it after 20 minutes of operation. I didn't announce anymore because it was pointless. After entering the cameo, we had to disinfect everything to know that it is acceptably clean. In short, run away from that location!!

Its a terible place, food its bad, little, no drink, no buffet, except for salad and bread, main course they put you as much as they want, not you as much as you need, I would never go again!!!Stay away from this place!!!

I’ve been over for a weekend with friends, without many expectations regarding my accommodation. However, this has gone well beyond the minimum standard. The room was old, the bathroom had that sewerage-like bad smell and the shower was liking making it all wet every time. We had to pay to access the pool (10€) to discover there were no sunbeds available (“you can sit on that chair” was the kind invite of the lifeguard). Beach bar is not accessible if you are coming from the beach 😑 as you must be totally dry, dressed and without sand. Breakfast was the worst of all, as an italian that “coffee” changed my life forever. Staff is unfriendly and they even tried to charge during check out for the missing pool cards that their lifeguard took away. If you even think to spend here you week end, better stay home.

Been a guest at the hotel over June-24 and will most certainly not come back. Staff is unfriendly, un-organized and denies all requests. Be aware that you cannot access facilities if you have wet hair from the sea considering is a beach hotel🤯Pool is at your own cost of 10€/day/person (guys just make it included in the room price like everywhere else in the world pls 🙏this is too expensive for any group or family). At the end I was accused of losing the beach card( which is not even needed ) and wanted to teleport myself immediately to any accommodation nearby. For the rest, beach is dirty 👍
