Super nice pool you can access even if you're not a guest. It was calm when I came, not too many people, clean water, nice beach bar. Recommended if the water from the beach nearby is too disgusting for you.

Excellent experience we had at this hotel! From food, amenities, location and most especially to all the staff (reception, security guards, spa lady, cleaning ladies,staff at restaurants and pool club) were fantastic

Once we were in the room when the maid came and already wanted to refuse cleaning, but they changed our towels, took away the trash and quickly wiped down the bathroom, it's gorgeous) They change the water generously, they can even give you water twice if you run into the maid

I had a lot of fun when I was here and I can say, this hotel has a good comfort. Breakfast and lunch are wonderful. The girle in recepsion are so beautiful and very nice. All the people here it's very nice people

The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy the city centre and the private beach. The rooms are not the biggest but comfortable and provided with all the necessary accessories. Air conditioning system works just fine

Rooms are nice, there is everything you may need, food is very tasty. But first of all we will always remember kindness of people working here at the reception - Silvi, Endi, Jani and Artemis - great people!!!

Rooms very good standard, spacious and clean, with air conditioning. During our 10 days stay, there was 1 power outage for 2 hours, and 3-4 times there was no water for 1-2 hours

Great rooms and a good view of the coast. Room service ,valet parking. Workers speak foreign languages. Has a bar & restaurant on site. Its one of the most expensive places around here but it's worth it at the end.

This gentleman and the hotel organised a reliable driver later that evening to help me meet my girlfriend at the airport and arrive back at the hotel with no problems

I'm Australian with no clue about the language and I even called the hotel to speak to the driver in their native language and the driver had no idea where to go

In general, it is a good impression. Personal speaks English. We visited only the resturant, food was tasty and place is quite enough.

I had a horrid time with a taxi driver from the nearby airport, so bad I offered the driver 50 euro to let me out of the the taxi

Great rooms as well as the location. It has sandy private beach and it is beachfront and free parking. The hotel has also a pool also.

Lovely big clean room and good bathroom. Great location on the waterfront with nice outdoor seating. Loved the view from the balcony at sunset. Reception staff were good but breakfast staff seemed young and inexperienced

The hotel is so new that when we moved into the room, the furniture on the balcony, the trash cans, the glasses for the toothbrushes were still missing, but after a request to the reception the next day they brought them

THE RESTAURANT all inclusive - Minus is the poor canteen type food, repetitive sauces potatoes, boiled rice and boiled pasta. There was no kebabs or grilled meat all week. Olives were only for breakfast

(for guests aged 50+) Other guests complained. I hope the bartenders understand that music is for guests and they can play their music at home. The hotel's all-inclusive bar was closed at 10:30pm

The room and all hotel premises are very clean, modern and smell so nice everywhere. Breakfast is fantastic, so delicious, fresh fruits and vegetables, the coffee from the bar is fantastic also

Even on working events with large groups the quality of the food has been great. The conference room is small but confortable. I haven't tried the rooms, but everything else is perfect

The location is excellent for shops, bars & restaurants. The hotels private beach is a 5 minute walk. What let’s the hotel down is the small overcrowded roof top pool. It’s more of a plunge pool than swimming pool

Overall it was quite good, but the biggest problem was the bad smell in the toilet - there is for sure some problem with sewers. I would also suggest more differentiating breakfasts as it got boring.

The beach was beautiful, the pool was great, sunbeds on the beach were also okay. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The food was indeed not very high-flown, but I think it was not the worst either

I've walked along the beach coast in Durres, and I can say this hotel is one of the best. The sunbeds were placed nicely, it looks really good compared to the left/right side beach. The staffs are all nice, and friendly

The water did not run to where it's supposed to be, it ran the other way around so it can flood the whole bathroom. We needed to pay attention all the time when showering which is quite tiring

I needed to push the water with my feet during showering time. But all in all, it's a great experience staying here. The party really made a difference too

As soon as you came out of the hotel you were at the beach and I found this very convenient as you didn’t need to walk far. There was also a view directly of the sea from most balconies where you could see the sunset

Staff and cleaning ladies where so nice and welcoming when we arrived. We got a spacious room with balcony and sea views on a super fair rate

There is a beautiful swimming pool and sunbeds right at the beach! Rooms are huge and the bed very comfortable. Take a room with sea view! Absolutely amazing! The bathroom was clean and we loved the rain shower

Me and my husband loved it! We chose this location as our honeymoon place, and we are so glad we did! The location is so great, the pool is very relaxing, and the private beach is very very close (right outside the hotel)

For example when we needed extra sheets, they sent us a person to get them for us immediately. They were so sweet, and even made us a goodbye present (it was a dessert with a Happy Honeymoon text written on it)

I really liked this place. The staff is awesome especially Ben at the reception and all the barmen and waiters. The view from the hotel is quite nice as well as the hotel itself.

I am thinking in particular of Haqif and Orjel who are there to bring good energy and laugh with you. Afterwards, the rooms are great, especially the one with a sea view
