This is a very high-quality business hotel in the heart of the city. Delicious breakfast, although not variations from day-to-day. The rooms are beautifully equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind. We would like to especially mention Hegi at the reception. She’s a hidden jam for this hotel. Professional, very kind and tries to do everything possible to make your stay pleasant. There The hammam also very nice. Unfortunately, the sauna is set to the maximum 55 Celsius, which cannot be called a finish sauna. The Jacuzzi is out of order. Be aware, that the next door building is under construction, which is very noisy through the entire day, sometimes during the night as well. So ask for a room at the other side. When I complained about the noise, the manager – who is a real gentleman – gave me some compensation. There is electric car charge possibility in the courtyard, which provides a very safe and comfortable parking – and this is a very important thing in downtown Tirana.

It is impossible to sleep at all because of the terrible noise from the construction below my window. Midnight, and the construction is at full speed. Several trucks, excavation, moving and throwing huge rocks. The hotel does not help. Everybody should cancel their planned stay here, since this construction will continue this year for sure, and it is happening through the entire night, also in daytime. Forget your balcony as well as night-sleep.

I cant recommend this place enough. Despite the busy feel of the City and distance the airport , the hotel is quite luxurious in a way. It smells nice, clean, beddings are fresh, modern toilets, quiet and lastly well ventilated. The staff are quite commendable and will help as much as they can. Will not change a thing. The hotel is close to some good and cheap restaurants, barbers , hairdressere and dentists too!

Excellent location Very clean Good value for money Most important, very friendly staff!!! We visited the hotel for both pleasure but also business, we were impressed by the location and the cleanliness of the place, staff always willing to answer our question despite Albanian not being our native language

The room and bathroom were new and spacious, which we appreciated. There was even a kettle in the room, though we had to ask at the reception desk for tea, which we expected to be provided.
What we didn’t like: We were informed that breakfast starts at 7 am, and despite giving advance notice, the hotel was unable to provide anything as a takeaway option – not even fruits or snacks. We found this disappointing, especially since we had informed them well ahead of time.
Additionally, after booking, we requested parking and were told it would be an additional €5. However, on the day of our arrival, we received a text stating that parking was subject to availability. This was frustrating since we had reserved in advance but could have arrived to find no parking space. The parking area itself was extremely narrow, making it difficult to park and to maneuver the car when leaving in the morning.
The location is convenient for driving to the airport, but the surrounding area felt unsafe. We had originally planned to drive to the city center, but between the heavy traffic and the parking challenges, we decided against it. It’s about an hour’s walk to the center, so next time, we would definitely stay closer to the city center for convenience.

Small standard room w/ weird layout -TV is on the opposite side of the divider wall so you can't see it from the bed. VERY week AC. Tiny elevator and gym. A rain shower's had was cracked and it took a whole day to replace it (1 min job) after 2 long conversations w/an assistant manager. At first he committed to 2 hrs but 5 hrs later it wasn't done. In our next conversation he insinuated that the head was OK before, and that we've paid low rate (?!). Messaging to GM, Mr. Izeddin, has gotten me a boiler-plate response and no real apology. I've sent him a photo of a broken metal part of the staircase on 2nd floor, checked out 5 days later and it wasn't fixed. The breakfast's selection is OK but the replenishment is not good: tried different times , between 8am and 9am and there is always something is gone though it is open from 7 to 10 am. The location is good. Overall, unless you need 1-night stay, avoid it.

Very good hotel. Nice view, nice service. Very kind people. Rooms are cleaned. The only thing I did not like is that the breakfast is between 7-10 if you are not early bird like me you will not like that.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, and the room was spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable bed.The highlight of my stay was the exceptional staff. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Their excellent service truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Merci beaucoup Granda! The rooms were very spacious, each with a balcony. High quality with a touch of luxury. The bed was large, and the bathroom had a new shower and toilet. We enjoyed a great breakfast and authentic Italian espresso. Very good AC as well! We'll definitely be back! A+ !
