Their Lobby has a TV to watch local programmes
We especially loved their staffs, they are all super friendly and helpful - giving us suggestions on itineraries, on local guides, local restaurants etc (Amazing service from Jozefina especially)
Overall we’d give this place a 10/10 ⭐️
In the rooms that face the road you hear EVERY car passing by, staff that comes in the morning wake you up at 7 A.M. with loud talking and loud music from the TV at the reception. There ist also a strange smell in the room like cold cigarett smoke.
I thought to spend 3 nights here, but after this experience it will only be one night.
2nd chance...
I gave the hotel a second chance since I didn't want to go searching again.
When I entered they were suprised to see me again, since they had actually read my evaluation. I got to know that all things I had written about had been communicated with the staff.
This time I had a room to the backside of the hotel and I did not hear any cars at all.
So I'm glad that I can give 4 Stars now.
Staff was very friendly with me when I explained the issues personally.
So, if you do encounter something you don't like, communicate it and it will be solved.
