We came here a year ago, and since then, they have renovated the whole place, making it very pleasant. The reception staff is incredibly helpful and sweet. We had a small issue with the Wi-Fi at the beginning, but the reception quickly helped us resolve it. Overall, a great experience, right in the heart of Tirana!

The internet is usually down. Don't expect to be able to do any work online. I asked them to make some calls, get a repairman but they said that was not possible. "Internet is intenet, they told me. Nothing possible." Otherwise the location and the rooms are excellent.

The location is central, perfect, it is soundproofed, air conditioned, there is cleanliness, quite spacious room and they brought me breakfast in my room every morning. We were guests of the Dark Hotel for a week, nothing to say, simply spectacular! Staff polite, friendly and always available, the cleanliness of the rooms is excellent, the breakfast (included) is nice full and very tasty and the view is wonderful, you can see all of Tirana! Hosts were very friendly and Anglika was often on site, so we could ask questions if needed, and she brought us fresh towels half way through the week. Good localisation, near the cirty center but in a quiet area .The room is big and very clean . We were very well welcomed by a young charming lady .The price is very affordable. I definitely go there again if I have the occasion . No climatisation , it is the only negative point .

Unbeatable location. You get what you paid for: it's a very old building, very basic furniture, some of the staff can't speak english and the cleaning is not the better. It's ok for 2-3 nights. The terrace in the second floor is great, and the food in the hotel's street is very very good (the little local restaurant just in front of the hotel, and the italian a few meters away in the same alley)
