The room is clean and tidy and the service attitude is good. If you save English when traveling, it can help the front desk staff to confirm the check-in information more quickly. Overall it is a good experience. The front desk bar is also very good.

Even though, i had received assurance that I would receive everything that came with my room, some things like toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided which inconvenienced my friends and I a lot. Although they gave me a different room typology from the one I have booked (which it was also at a different building) they were quick to change us to the right one. The hotel was a bit tricky to find (the taxi driver couldn't find it even with the address) but the room was cosy, good facilities, didn't like the spa much, but a good hotel to spend the night.

Great little hotel in the middle of Tirana, right in front of the Pyramid monument and the Deshmoret e Lirise main Boulevard. Rooms are brand new, modern and with a very fresh looking design. Located just in the centre, close to anything. The view from the balcony is incredible! The breakfast was included, and we loved it. Fast check-in, location near the central square, A/C in the room (it was quite cold but the A/C helped me to warm the room a bit) plus a fridge and quite a big bathroom. Breakfast was rather limited and not much tasty (one kind of salami, cheese and sausage, scrambled or fried eggs, cereals, yoghurt, apples and some vegetables), not very good coffee. The hotel was a bit difficult to find.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They provided a late check out service at no extra cost and printed our boarding passes for our return flight. We were a family of 5 adults and a 3yo toddler. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and Tirana city in a quiet area. We were renting two cars so had no problem in getting here. Allocated a room here after ******* messed up our reservation at the Metro hotel. Hotel clean and comfortable and centrally located. Room let down a bit by minor things - missing plug in basin, missing handle on shower door but fine for one night. Breakfast okay but need to get there early for hot food as it is not left on warmers - not a great fan of cold fried eggs! Nice coffee though.
