Very good hotel, with nice breakfast options (freshly made coffee), lots of waiters and friendly personnel. Couldn't use the pool, but looked good too.

One of the top hotels in Tirana: specious rooms, comfortable bed, great breakfast with excellent coffee specialties. The food at the restaurant (lunch) was also very good. Lush greens in the garden. Quiet, yet centrally located.

Lovely and friendly staff, great restaurants and local shops/supermarkets within walkable distances. The rooms were clean and well-presented. The gym was kitted out nicely and the pool looked great (despite being closed until May, which is understandable as it's cold!). Ideal for couples and business travellers as was nice and quiet.

A very nice cozy hotel with beautiful pool area. Great breakfasts and one of the best chocolate croissants in my life.

Dinner and breakfast were great, the waiters were helpful with advice about veggies selection for vegetarian folks as us Clean and quiet, the view was of the construction.., The hellboys helped with luggage snd lsrling yhe car

Basic 3 star retro hotel with old bathroom in great location. Water bottle in room is charged € 1,50 while all other hotels on my trip across Albania offered complimentary bottles Breakfast reminds of socialist times, cheap „Ham“, instant coffee from machine. Just ready black tea, no tea bags. Proper coffee from barista has to be paid additionally. Fruit in July was apples. When asking for any...

Very nice and friendly welcome from all the staff The room was nice except that we had asked and we got a room with a view on the square but the window was really « old » and you could no really see through. An issue with condensation between the 2 windows pane. Disappointed with the breakfast that was not what you could expect from this type of hotel. Nice but below expectations

I stayed four nights at this historic hotel in the very center of the city. I was lucky to get a high-floor room with a view to the main square. Staff is nice and speak English. The restaurant offers delicious dishes and the breakfast offer is very complete. Negative parts: I arrived around 10am and was asked to pay EUR40 to access the room before 2pm (early check-in) even when it was already available...

Although built in 1979, still remains one of the best places, not only for rooms, but also for the bar & restaurant. I have had the opportunity to organise lunch/dinners here for my tourists and we have enjoyed so much thanks to the best position and facilities. Absolutely fantastic. From the room size, the facilities and the incredible staff. Truly a 24/7 level of service for the who always went above and beyond every time we asked for anything. The rooms are big, spacious, very comfortable and extremely good value for money. The hotel location is pretty good too, but they will always assist you in anything extra you need which they don’t have available....

Positive surprise in the center of Tirana. Excellent hospitality and friendly staff. Luxurious modern interior and room equipment combined with a personal touch and attention to detail. The highlight is the traditional breakfast buffet on the rooftop terrace. Decent value for money and definitely above the usual 4 star standards

I had oppurtunity to stay in Black Diamond 2 times and that was a pleasure. Very nice staff, perfect service. Rooms are very clean and modern. Breakfast very tasty. Swimming pool is big enough. Can recommend and for sure will back soon..

The hotel facilites are great (especially the Spa) but we had a bad experience with the AC. we couldn’t stop it (the people from reception couldn’t neither) and we had to sleep with hoddies. all the rest was perfect

Room, spa,pool, breakfast very nice and comfortable, staff ok but when we pay the final bill ..the snacks and waters taking by the mini bar was too expensive like 34 euro ..they should put the price visible so people will no tooch the mini bar as too expensive to be in Albania.

Where do I start? The service is what sets this hotel apart! Everyone is so helpful, there to see your every need is met. We needed to store bags for a couple hours-and they called us a cab to the airport. I needed to print something out for our travel and got it instantly. The breakfast is insanely delicious. The food is cosmopolitan and very high quality. The oj is freshly squeezed. The cappuccino...

Everything in the hotel was simply excellent. The room was spacious and very elegant, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was wow. We also had a balcony to the backyard which was really nice. Everyone in the the hotel were lovely, the common spaces were luxurious and the breakfast which was a la cart was great. Perfect location to explore Tirana, great vibe with a great team that ensures your stay will be memorable. This place has a jazz club underneath, however, due to Covid-19 that wasn't operating because of the 10 pm curfew. ...
