The room is clean and tidy and the service attitude is good. If you save English when traveling, it can help the front desk staff to confirm the check-in information more quickly. Overall it is a good experience. The front desk bar is also very good.

The air conditioning did not work well, the heat in the room was horrible. We told reception that a supposed technician was coming but he never came.

Great little hotel in the middle of Tirana, right in front of the Pyramid monument and the Deshmoret e Lirise main Boulevard. Rooms are brand new, modern and with a very fresh looking design. Views of the Tirana city skyline are fantastic. Restaurant on premises offers surprisingly good fare, from quick meals to full party catering. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends

Located just in the centre, close to anything. The view from the balcony is incredible! The breakfast was included, and we loved it. You can find there anything you want, inclu The bed and the entire room were comfortable. There is a mini bar, tea and coffee in the room. We loved it! The staff was very friendly, they told us more about the city, printed our boarding passes and called taxi. Very welcomed

We were a family of 5 adults and a 3yo toddler. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and Tirana city in a quiet area. We were renting two cars so had no problem in getting here. Allocated a room here after ******* messed up our reservation at the Metro hotel. Hotel clean and comfortable and centrally located. Room let down a bit by minor things - missing plug in basin, missing handle on shower door but fine for one night. Breakfast okay but need to get there early for hot food as it is not left on warmers - not a great fan of cold fried eggs! Nice coffee though.

The receptionist was so very helpful. He let us transfer to the bigger hotel within the same group. His approach to clients was kind, and he spoke very good English. We were very grateful.
