What a gem of a hotel. The staff was very kind and attentive, the rooms and corridors we’re pleasantly cooled. The breakfast was great and the decoration very welcoming. Would have loved to stay a bit longer. Really enjoyed our stay. The price is excellent as well.
We loved staying at this place. The design is very thought through and makes you dive into a cozy atmosphere within Tirana. The rooms were great, the bed was very comfortable. We were welcomed very warmly by the staff. The team at the reception gave us a helping hand at all times. Breakfast was very delicious, too. Big recommendation to stay here if you're seeking a great hotel experience!
Didn't find the entry at first, but once I got there, everything went smooth: Hotel employee joined me in the car and navigated me to the underground parking garage in another building on the other side of the street. Super central location, close to main attractions. Rooms are classical / antique style. Shout out to receptionist Dennis who was really friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast included, relatively small but sufficient. Walls of the room are quite thin, so you can hear other guests. Soundproof could be improved.
Very interesting internal architecture giving a sense of 50s, spacious rooms full of classical local art, and last but not the least helpful and welcoming staff. Not all apply everywhere in Albania. You have to comprise from one or two on occasion :)
Though this was only a quick overnight as I landed in the capital city for punching out on my motorcycle into the countryside. Hotel staff were extremely personable and very insightful. Their personal bull nature was very welcome. After our long day of travel. One of the staff even offered to double up on his order of food he was having delivered since I had come into the city so late at night.
The hotel's central location was very advantageous. The staff were friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfast items were of high quality. The rooms were clean. My spouse and I were very satisfied. We would like to thank all the staff, especially Coli.
A nice hotel and the staff were friendly, a parking spot was reserved for us even though we had not said we were coming by car. The rooms were nice with the old hardwood which appeared throughout the hotel. The included breakfast could do with some work but it was still nice.
One of the best hotels in the city. Very warm welcome and great service.

Very good hotel, with nice breakfast options (freshly made coffee), lots of waiters and friendly personnel. Couldn't use the pool, but looked good too.
One of the top hotels in Tirana: specious rooms, comfortable bed, great breakfast with excellent coffee specialties. The food at the restaurant (lunch) was also very good. Lush greens in the garden. Quiet, yet centrally located.
Lovely and friendly staff, great restaurants and local shops/supermarkets within walkable distances. The rooms were clean and well-presented. The gym was kitted out nicely and the pool looked great (despite being closed until May, which is understandable as it's cold!). Ideal for couples and business travellers as was nice and quiet.
A very nice cozy hotel with beautiful pool area. Great breakfasts and one of the best chocolate croissants in my life.

I had oppurtunity to stay in Black Diamond 2 times and that was a pleasure. Very nice staff, perfect service. Rooms are very clean and modern. Breakfast very tasty. Swimming pool is big enough. Can recommend and for sure will back soon..
The hotel facilites are great (especially the Spa) but we had a bad experience with the AC. we couldn’t stop it (the people from reception couldn’t neither) and we had to sleep with hoddies. all the rest was perfect
Room, spa,pool, breakfast very nice and comfortable, staff ok but when we pay the final bill ..the snacks and waters taking by the mini bar was too expensive like 34 euro ..they should put the price visible so people will no tooch the mini bar as too expensive to be in Albania.
