Very nice hotel with perfect employees. Hotel technical personel Arian helped me to recharge my veichle battery when I forgot my lamps on during the night. Though the rooms need little bir renovation, hotel and surroundings are very nice. Will prefer staying here in my next Albania trip.

We were a family of 5 adults and a 3yo toddler. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and Tirana city in a quiet area. We were renting two cars so had no problem in getting here. Great location and within reach of most things you’d be looking to see around the city. Staff were great and rooms modern and clean!

The room was cozy and there were many French tourists. The breakfast was rich, but there was little meat, only sausages. The swimming pool water needs to be further purified, it was a bit turbid. There are pyramids and other attractions around.

Basic hotel, requires renovation and better cleaning policies and new batteries for their door.

Even though, i had received assurance that I would receive everything that came with my room, some things like toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided which inconvenienced my friends and I a lot. Also there was no iron in the room. Besides these issues, the overall atmosphere and reception was great. Loved the breakfast.

Although they gave me a different room typology from the one I have booked (which it was also at a different building) they were quick to change us to the right one. The hotel was a bit tricky to find (the taxi driver couldn't find it even with the address) but the room was cosy, good facilities, didn't like the spa much, but a good hotel to spend the night.

The room is clean and tidy and the service attitude is good. If you save English when traveling, it can help the front desk staff to confirm the check-in information more quickly. Overall it is a good experience. The front desk bar is also very good.

The air conditioning did not work well, the heat in the room was horrible. We told reception that a supposed technician was coming but he never came.

Great location, lovely staff. The Sauna was a highlight. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar on both nights and the pool. The breakfast was good quality. Within walking distance to some nice cafes and restaurants. We walked to the main square in 30 mins.

The employees are very nice and attentive. The rooms are nicely furnished and clean. We stayed one night there and it was really great because it's in the centrum but that's also a minus point because it was a little bit loud. But if it didn't bother you it's a good place to stay. And they have a parking lot. It's very small but it can fit surprisingly a lot of cars.

Booked this hotel because it is close to the Luna Airport Line. It is advertised as an antique hotel. The public area outside the room is nice. The floor in the room is very dirty. The bottom of the portable slippers I brought with me was not lifted after one night. Because the floor is dirty, the floor in the bathroom is also dirty. Very interesting internal architecture giving a sense of 50s, spacious rooms full of classical local art, and last but not the least helpful and welcoming staff. Not all apply everywhere in Albania. You have to comprise from one or two on occasion :)

Though this was only a quick overnight as I landed in the capital city for punching out on my motorcycle into the countryside. Hotel staff were extremely personable and very insightful. Fast check-in, location near the central square, A/C in the room (it was quite cold but the A/C helped me to warm the room a bit) plus a fridge and quite a big bathroom. Breakfast was rather limited and not much tasty (one kind of salami, cheese and sausage, scrambled or fried eggs, cereals, yoghurt, apples and some vegetables), not very good coffee. The hotel was a bit difficult to find.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They provided a late check out service at no extra cost and printed our boarding passes for our return flight.
