Hello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me

When I go to Tirana it is my point of reference. Central location and trained and friendly staff. Cleaning is the strong point. Impeccable room

Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone

Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids

You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there

Everything was nice from check in till checkout. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were specious. Breakfast was good. The park view from the room window was really nice

Dinner and breakfast were great, the waiters were helpful with advice about veggies selection for vegetarian folks as us Clean and quiet, the view was of the construction

Clean environs, helpful staff and at the Center of the city

Old hotel. It takes a long time to go through today's formalities at night. The room is large in proportion, and there are many restaurants nearby. This is also a good choice. It feels very good.

The rooms are big, spacious, very comfortable and extremely good value for money. The hotel location is pretty good too, but they will always assist you in anything extra you need which they don’t have available

From airport transfer to luggage handling. The breakfast was great, the hotel itself was very clean and of a good standard, and they all spoke pretty good English which was a bonus

From the room size, the facilities and the incredible staff. Truly a 24/7 level of service for the who always went above and beyond every time we asked for anything

It is recommended that the hotel strengthen management and place warning signs on each table to remind guests to be self-disciplined and save food

These are sensitive issues for me. And most people choose their hotel according to what is written in the room

This should be the hotel I will stay at next time. It has an excellent location, no noise troubles, and there is a supermarket at the door

But my entire stay from that day onwards was so wonderful. However, the bathroom supplies were not as written and were missing. For example, it was written as there is a toothpaste. I did not buy toothpaste accordingly

The hotel was a bit tricky to find (the taxi driver couldn't find it even with the address) but the room was cosy, good facilities, didn't like the spa much, but a good hotel to spend the night

It is both quiet, the employees are great, the housekeeping lady is very polite and meticulous. Except for a few things, I was very pleased. If I go again, this is the hotel I will choose

During our stay we had a live music performance on a stage what we enjoyed. Just next to the restaurant there is a kids playground where our toddler loved spending time. It is a bit outdated, but kids were enjoying it

The shopping mall 5-10 mins walking distance where we used to go for a shopping or a meal. Room was nice, air conditioned and clean. We had some very minor issues setting the right water temperature when showering



 Our son enjoyed sleeping in a baby cot, they provided small pillow and the bedding for cot and it was very cozy in there. The hotel has a restaurant on site with delicious food served quickly + kids menu

We were a family of 5 adults and a 3yo toddler. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and Tirana city in a quiet area. We were renting two cars so had no problem in getting here

There is also an outdoor pool, but we used it only once since it is not the heated one. We loved the SPA facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, salt room)

Superb service from check in desk, housekeepers to the restaurant staff - most polite, courteous and helpful especially Orger, Kleo, Ersida, Denisa, Andela and Beqar as well as the lovely housekeepers who were always polite, courteous and most helpful

The receptionist was so very helpful. He let us transfer to the bigger hotel within the same group. His approach to clients was kind, and he spoke very good English. We were very grateful.

It’s in a great location, very close to a lot of attractions that tourists will want to meet. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Apart from some problems with the reception, the hotel was good

The facilities that should be there according to trip.com were not there. Like the gym, spa en rooftop pool….

The room is clean and tidy and the service attitude is good. If you save English when traveling, it can help the front desk staff to confirm the check-in information more quickly. Overall it is a good experience

What a delightful experience in that amazing hotel. A bravo card for the super friendly efficient receptionist ( night shift). A nice continental breakfast with fresh and homemade pastries

I had oppurtunity to stay in Black Diamond 2 times and that was a pleasure. Very nice staff, perfect service. Rooms are very clean and modern. Can recommend and for sure will back soon

Great outdoor and indoor pool and SPA facilities. Location is great and calm and not very far from the center of the city

Great if you want to have night walks in the Parku i Liqenit which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel

There was a jacuzzi in the room, wide screen smart TV, huge beds, tables and mini bar, a spa on site and a range of other amenities. There was a helpful city guide available and nearby were many cafes and restaurants

Excellent location, 5 minutes to walk to Tirana downtown (skenderbeu place), large and comfortable rooms, bar and live music all night long, wellness and spa is clean and well equipped, nice people, enjoyed the stay, thank you Rosa Blu

The kids enjoyed their time in the pool and so did the adults. What I would emphasize besides the good price was the cleanliness in all the premises. The kindness of the staff was really an added value

Ideal hotel for family holidays! The breakfast buffet was abundant almost like lunch. The price of the family room was very economical, paying 75 euros for 4 people was a great deal for our family

Hotel staff if friendly and it was quite place. Its situated on the main road in the centre of tirana thats why excellent bus service. You can visit town centre on the left and biggest mall TEG on the right

Great way to explore the capital

Wonderful place! Everything is clean, white, big spcas where u can chill! And the minibar price is sooooo cheap ? Cable tv who works perfectly and comfortable bed. Good comunication with the reception. Enjoy

The room has many windows and can accommodate six people, but it is only required that it can only accommodate three people. The kitchen is very powerful and has all the kitchen utensils, etc

The hotel is in a great location. Skanderbeg Square is just downstairs. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. If you want to go to the airport, there is a direct bus not far downstairs

The location is very good, equivalent to the Tiananmen Square in China. It is very close to various attractions on foot. This is a standard 4-star hotel with rich breakfast

The location is good - in walking distance to Skanderbeg Square - and next to the Prime Minister’s office (one evening we left the hotel the street was blocked – we learned that it was because Bill Clinton was visiting Tirana and was going to give a public speech in front of the Prime Minister’s office – so we saw him and heard his speech)

The gym was kitted out nicely and the pool looked great (despite being closed until May, which is understandable as it's cold!). Ideal for couples and business travellers as was nice and quiet

Excellent room and facilities. There is a gym, sauna and spa. The reservation was made by Mrs Rozana Rina who took good care of us, a group of more than 50 people. The breakfast is good with international options

Rogner is a great hotel located in the central area of Tirana. I would like to recomend their breakfast which I have tasted a few times. For just 15 euros you can enjoy their varieties and choices of food and fruit

Breakfast is something to be looking for when you wake up, wide selection of very high quality and tasteful food, there is something for everyone and a Chef ist available for freshly made fired eggs or omlettes

The room was cozy and there were many French tourists. The breakfast was rich, but there was little meat, only sausages. The swimming pool water needs to be further purified, it was a bit turbid
