We had a nightmare start when Love Holidays who we booked through changed our hotel twice in less than 24 hours before the flight. It appears it was a twist of fate because we ended up staying at a gorgeous family run hotel where nothing was too much trouble. Accommodating from the word go; we didn’t even make it to reception before the owner was buying us a drink. I simply cannot fault the effort...

Donny, Edmund, Tani and family made our stay very special for our first visit to Albania. Nothing was too much trouble, the rooms and food were excellent too. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. We had a long day and a mishap with accommodation arrangements elsewhere and New W gave us rooms at a good rate and even though their kitchen had closed… They helped us order pizza from a pizza delivery shop… I think that was called perfect pizza… And it was wonderful… Good size rooms nicely presented…oh and the breakfast was great. 👍 ….. I cannot recommend...

Very nice hotel with perfect employees. Hotel technical personel Arian helped me to recharge my veichle battery when I forgot my lamps on during the night. Though the rooms need little bir renovation, hotel and surroundings are very nice. Will prefer staying here in my next Albania trip.

Really enjoyed my visit here! The main dishes were fresh, well-prepared, and very tasty. The staff was attentive and the restaurant itself had a warm, cozy atmosphere. We were a family of 5 adults and a 3yo toddler. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and Tirana city in a quiet area. We were renting two cars so had no problem in getting here. Parking was nice and big. The shopping mall 5-10 mins walking distance where we used to go for a shopping or a meal. Room was nice, air conditioned and clean. Comfortable bed. Very nice hotel, immaculate, in an amphitheatre overlooking Tirana, not far from the city but quiet and peaceful, friendly staff but mediocre breakfast and our coffee which they charged extra for. It was very cheap but it was wrong to pay for it, although we returned the orange juice.

We booked last minute and wanted to be close to the city but also close to the main roads and it is a very easy drive to get here from the airport since it's close to the ring road. Absolutely fantastic. From the room size, the facilities and the incredible staff. Truly a 24/7 level of service for the who always went above and beyond every time we asked for anything. The hotel is clean a bit worn definitely not a 5 star but the staff are lovely especially the reception staff extremely helpful. Location is perfect, breakfast could do with more variety as if you have any allergies then you are going to struggle.

Allocated a room here after ******* messed up our reservation at the Metro hotel. Hotel clean and comfortable and centrally located. Room let down a bit by minor things - missing plug in basin, missing handle on shower door but fine for one night. Breakfast okay but need to get there early for hot food as it is not left on warmers - not a great fan of cold fried eggs! Nice coffee though.

The Comfort Hotel is within walking distance to Skandberg Square in central Tirana and conveniently located across the street from a bakery and mini-superette. My room was clean, had adequate hot water and stable wi-fi connectivity – three of my must haves for budget lodgings. This hotel gets an average from me because it is centrally located, the room was clean, the young lady at the front desk in the evening was so very nice and helpful, the morning clerk was nice as well as the lady in the breakfast cafe. We toughen we booked but turned out we selected wrong city in Albania. Comfortable beds and clean room with AC and fridge. Wish there was a safe, but the staff was very helpful and fix our booking error and got us a room last minute at great price. The bar is very chill. We had a lovely stay here. The staff were amazing and the surroundings clean and tidy. The location was good and the breakfast up to scratch. The only downside is that they were serving a reduced menu. The waitress was almost embarrassed to serve us. It almost felt like they are running the place down.

3* hotel but 5* service! They also recommended a nice restaurant around the corner for seafood called Drini that also had great service.

The room is clean and tidy and the service attitude is good. If you save English when traveling, it can help the front desk staff to confirm the check-in information more quickly. Overall it is a good experience. The front desk bar is also very good.

The air conditioning did not work well, the heat in the room was horrible. We told reception that a supposed technician was coming but he never came.

For this money this is the best place to be. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. There is also a place to park which is very hard to find in this city. I stayed 3 weeks in the hotel and I can say that the thing I like the most is how welcome the guys at the reception were. Don't think twice to book this hotel.

I really confused about if it's 4 stars hotel 🙄 The best thing is the room cleanness Breakfast of few options The AC was not working for 2 days 😓 The roof with very nice view, unfortunately it was not open, why they lose such edge?!
