Even though, i had received assurance that I would receive everything that came with my room, some things like toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided which inconvenienced my friends and I a lot. Although they gave me a different room typology from the one I have booked (which it was also at a different building) they were quick to change us to the right one. The hotel was a bit tricky to find (the taxi driver couldn't find it even with the address) but the room was cosy, good facilities, didn't like the spa much, but a good hotel to spend the night.

The room is clean and tidy and the service attitude is good. If you save English when traveling, it can help the front desk staff to confirm the check-in information more quickly. Overall it is a good experience. The front desk bar is also very good.

The employees are very nice and attentive. The rooms are nicely furnished and clean. We stayed one night there and it was really great because it's in the centrum but that's also a minus point because it was a little bit loud. But if it didn't bother you it's a good place to stay. And they have a parking lot. It's very small but it can fit surprisingly a lot of cars.

Very interesting internal architecture giving a sense of 50s, spacious rooms full of classical local art, and last but not the least helpful and welcoming staff. Not all apply everywhere in Albania. You have to comprise from one or two on occasion :)

Doro City hotel is an old fashioned hotel with few amenities. We were a group staying at the hotel. We spent little time actually in the hotel so it was ok. One tiny elevator serving all the guests. I would have preferred a hotel with a kettle and waste basket in the room. Also shower gel in the bathroom.

I really recommend this hotel for visitors to Tirana. We started our trip with a night in this hotel and stayed there for our last night. The rooms are spacious with all amenities.
