I had oppurtunity to stay in Black Diamond 2 times and that was a pleasure. Very nice staff, perfect service. Rooms are very clean and modern. Breakfast very tasty. Swimming pool is big enough. Can recommend and for sure will back soon..

The hotel facilites are great (especially the Spa) but we had a bad experience with the AC. we couldn’t stop it (the people from reception couldn’t neither) and we had to sleep with hoddies. all the rest was perfect

Room, spa,pool, breakfast very nice and comfortable, staff ok but when we pay the final bill ..the snacks and waters taking by the mini bar was too expensive like 34 euro ..they should put the price visible so people will no tooch the mini bar as too expensive to be in Albania.

Ideal hotel for family holidays! The breakfast buffet was abundant almost like lunch. The price of the family room was very economical, paying 75 euros for 4 people was a great deal for our family. The kids enjoyed their time in the pool and so did the adults. What I would emphasize besides the good price was the cleanliness in all the premises. The kindness of the staff was really an added value...

The most suitable hotel for romantic surprises! At a great price I got a romantic package for my partner's birthday, which, in addition to the decor, also included a bottle of wine. The staff listened to me and assisted me in every question or specific request and they were really responsible and did their work with a lot of love. The room was huge, the spa fantastic. EVERYTHING PERFECT!

This is the best hotel I have stayed in whilst in Tirana. The rooms are huge and well equipped. There was a jacuzzi in the room, wide screen smart TV, huge beds, tables and mini bar, a spa on site and a range of other amenities. There was a helpful city guide available and nearby were many cafes and restaurants. Opposite they have a supermarket and upstairs a restaurant overlooking the city and mountains...

Excellent location, 5 minutes to walk to Tirana downtown (skenderbeu place), large and comfortable rooms, bar and live music all night long, wellness and spa is clean and well equipped, nice people, enjoyed the stay, thank you Rosa Blu.

You will find a better one for the money. Not directly in die center (about 15 min walk), rooms are good and stuff is helpful. But I had to change room two times because things were broken.

One of the greatest hotel in Tirana, I stayed for two days. Everything was perfect, room service, reception, staff were great and well educated. I would highly recommend this hotel for Tirana visitors.

My room is 30 sq. meters with everything I needed for a comfortable stay– Tea/Coffee Maker, Minibar, Huge Toilet & Bath with Toiletries, Bathrobe, and Fresh Towels, Safety Deposit Box, TV, Hairdryer, Iron, Refrigerator, and Heater, among many others. The bed and the pillows are very comfortable and the bedpost with curtains is amazing! Ladies, didn’t we all dream of having this when we were young?...

Awesome hotel. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The in house bar, restaurant and breakfast are all fantastic. Close taxi ride to all the good nightlife and things to do in Tirana.

Absolutely love this new luxurious hotel in Tirana. After a week by Duress Beach the hotel exceeded my expectations. 🙌😁 The staff are friendly and helpful. Xhulia at reception is very approachable for some information and speaks great English 👌🇦🇺. I would stay here again when the opportunity arises 🤞💯🇦🇱

Its a lovely classic hotel with a lot of character. The collection rooms are very small but quite well layed out for their size. The breakfast and food were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the French toast. I also want to shout out the excellent reception staff in particular Tia, she was wonderful, warm and helpful with any issue. The poor comes in the form of management decisions to apparently...

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio was not right for us. The rooms were nice. However, the AC didn't work, and there was a loud noise in the room that lasted all night. Added to this was the construction site noise that woke you up in the morning. The fitness room was closed on Sundays, but the staff was not informed about this. The breakfast had to be paid extra, but the quality did not match...

Magnificent location. Definitely a must visit and dine. I recommend it especially for an evening aperitif
