Nice place for a business trip

Very nice hotel with perfect employees. Hotel technical personel Arian helped me to recharge my veichle battery when I forgot my lamps on during the night. Though the rooms need little bir renovation, hotel and surroundings are very nice. Will prefer staying here in my next Albania trip.

Basic hotel, requires renovation and better cleaning policies and new batteries for their door.

Even though, i had received assurance that I would receive everything that came with my room, some things like toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided which inconvenienced my friends and I a lot. Also there was no iron in the room. Besides these issues, the overall atmosphere and reception was great. Loved the breakfast.

Although they gave me a different room typology from the one I have booked (which it was also at a different building) they were quick to change us to the right one. The hotel was a bit tricky to find (the taxi driver couldn't find it even with the address) but the room was cosy, good facilities, didn't like the spa much, but a good hotel to spend the night.

The room is clean and tidy and the service attitude is good. If you save English when traveling, it can help the front desk staff to confirm the check-in information more quickly. Overall it is a good experience. The front desk bar is also very good.

The air conditioning did not work well, the heat in the room was horrible. We told reception that a supposed technician was coming but he never came.

Nice, clean hotel, in a good location. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Skanderberg Square, therefore it is easy to get to all of the places of interest on foot. The room was very spacious with a nice bathroom. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate but basic and at times there was no food left. They were not very quick to top up the food.

Booked with Booking for about 60 euros, we found the hotel really comfortable; the room was very large, new and elegant. Very good breakfast, prepared with fresh products. There are free parking spaces in the area. We reached the center of Tirana on foot.

You will find a better one for the money. Not directly in die center (about 15 min walk), rooms are good and stuff is helpful. But I had to change room two times because things were broken.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio was not right for us. The rooms were nice. However, the AC didn't work, and there was a loud noise in the room that lasted all night. Added to this was the construction site noise that woke you up in the morning. The fitness room was closed on Sundays, but the staff was not informed about this.
