The kids enjoyed their time in the pool and so did the adults. What I would emphasize besides the good price was the cleanliness in all the premises. The kindness of the staff was really an added value

There was a jacuzzi in the room, wide screen smart TV, huge beds, tables and mini bar, a spa on site and a range of other amenities. There was a helpful city guide available and nearby were many cafes and restaurants

Ideal hotel for family holidays! The breakfast buffet was abundant almost like lunch. The price of the family room was very economical, paying 75 euros for 4 people was a great deal for our family

They helped us with every request we had. If you want an option in the center of Tirana, with reasonable prices compared to similar structures around, this hotel is the best solution for you

I had a one week stay at The Rooms in May. Initially I'd booked March through ******* but due to London Heathrow closing and flight cancellation, I requested a change of date

Access to the sports centre is nice. The gym is excellent and pool is lovely, though a bit too busy for my liking. There are some decent coffee shops etc around the area too

******* said that wasn't possible so I contacted The Rooms direct. They were incredibly helpful, even though it was a last minute request, and changed the booking for me

For me perhaps the best thing is the location, being across the road from the lake - a beautiful place to walk and watch the sunset in the evenings. A big thumbs up for The Rooms, I'd definitely stay there again

There's a small supermarket providing most things you'd need in the courtyard, and a corner shop opposite with some fresh fruit and veg, as well as some larger shops and market stalls 5-10 minutes walk

Dinner and breakfast were great, the waiters were helpful with advice about veggies selection for vegetarian folks as us Clean and quiet, the view was of the construction

Besides, the hotel is a five-star hotel. We booked a large room of 40 square meters. It looks spacious when we entered. The bathroom is relatively clean. The room is bright and there is no peculiar smell

Also the restaurant serves delicious food and it’s very affordable. Overall I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Tirana for a first class one of a kind concierge level service stay!

The air conditioning did not work well, the heat in the room was horrible. We told reception that a supposed technician was coming but he never came.

During our stay we had a live music performance on a stage what we enjoyed. Just next to the restaurant there is a kids playground where our toddler loved spending time. It is a bit outdated, but kids were enjoying it

There is also an outdoor pool, but we used it only once since it is not the heated one. We loved the SPA facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, salt room)

The location is close to a lot of stores and restaurants and bars, but a little bit of a further walk to the main square and some of the trendier restaurants so will want to plan for that longer walk, or take a very reasonably priced taxi, or use a bus

This hotel was an unexpected gem! We booked last minute and wanted to be close to the city but also close to the main roads and it is a very easy drive to get here from the airport since it's close to the ring road

From airport transfer to luggage handling. The breakfast was great, the hotel itself was very clean and of a good standard, and they all spoke pretty good English which was a bonus

ELER HOTEL has just been reconstructed. The place looks and feels great. Located in center of Tirana, just 8 min walk from Tirana center and most attractions.

The only downside to this hotel is that it's located at a very busy intersection with no parking available, so this would be a problem if you're arriving by car (not an issue for us)

The receptionist was so very helpful. He let us transfer to the bigger hotel within the same group. His approach to clients was kind, and he spoke very good English. We were very grateful.
