The facilities and service level are average, it is not a 5-star hotel, at most it is a 4-star level of international chain brands. The front desk management is poor, but the housekeeping staff has a good attitude.

Old hotel. It takes a long time to go through today's formalities at night. The room is large in proportion, and there are many restaurants nearby. This is also a good choice. It feels very good.

It is considered a relatively large hotel in the local area. There is a big school next door. I forgot the name. It seems to be quite close to the city center by car. There is a cafeteria on the first floor. The young lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic.

Great location and within reach of most things you’d be looking to see around the city. Staff were great and rooms modern and clean!

The room was cozy and there were many French tourists. The breakfast was rich, but there was little meat, only sausages. The swimming pool water needs to be further purified, it was a bit turbid. There are pyramids and other attractions around.

Pro: Very very comfortable hotel, decent breakfast, nice backyard, nice waiters, good location, pool. Con: gym should be bigger/better.

Bad attitude at the front desk

Although this hotel has free-shuttle service from/to Tirana Airport, I didn't know how to order this service, so I took a taxi from airport:( However, the next day I could get to the airport by this service. Basic hotel, requires renovation and better cleaning policies and new batteries for their door.

Even though, i had received assurance that I would receive everything that came with my room, some things like toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided which inconvenienced my friends and I a lot. Also there was no iron in the room. Besides these issues, the overall atmosphere and reception was great. Loved the breakfast.

Although they gave me a different room typology from the one I have booked (which it was also at a different building) they were quick to change us to the right one. The hotel was a bit tricky to find (the taxi driver couldn't find it even with the address) but the room was cosy, good facilities, didn't like the spa much, but a good hotel to spend the night.

Great little hotel in the middle of Tirana, right in front of the Pyramid monument and the Deshmoret e Lirise main Boulevard. Rooms are brand new, modern and with a very fresh looking design. Located just in the centre, close to anything. The view from the balcony is incredible! The breakfast was included, and we loved it. We were a family of 5 adults and a 3yo toddler. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and Tirana city in a quiet area. We were renting two cars so had no problem in getting here. Room let down a bit by minor things - missing plug in basin, missing handle on shower door but fine for one night. For this money this is the best place to be. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. There is also a place to park which is very hard to find in this city. I stayed 3 weeks in the hotel and I can say that the thing I like the most is how welcome the guys at the reception were. Don't think twice to book this hotel.
