The hotel is in a great location. Skanderbeg Square is just downstairs. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. If you want to go to the airport, there is a direct bus not far downstairs

The location is very good, equivalent to the Tiananmen Square in China. It is very close to various attractions on foot. This is a standard 4-star hotel with rich breakfast

Very nice hotel with perfect employees. Hotel technical personel Arian helped me to recharge my veichle battery when I forgot my lamps on during the night

The food is excellent, with a variety of local and international dishes, and the breakfast buffet is a standout. The outdoor pool is large, well-maintained, and family-friendly, with a dedicated children’s area

There is also an outdoor pool, but we used it only once since it is not the heated one. We loved the SPA facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, salt room)

The Resort offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with modern decor and lovely pool views

There’s also an indoor pool for colder days. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to relax, with great service, food, and amenities

The room was cozy and there were many French tourists. The breakfast was rich, but there was little meat, only sausages. The swimming pool water needs to be further purified, it was a bit turbid

The gym was kitted out nicely and the pool looked great (despite being closed until May, which is understandable as it's cold!). Ideal for couples and business travellers as was nice and quiet

A beautiful open air swimming pool is a nice place to spend some hours under the sun in spring, summer and autumn months. And I especially like the breakfast

The location is good - in walking distance to Skanderbeg Square - and next to the Prime Minister’s office (one evening we left the hotel the street was blocked – we learned that it was because Bill Clinton was visiting Tirana and was going to give a public speech in front of the Prime Minister’s office – so we saw him and heard his speech)

It is recommended that the hotel strengthen management and place warning signs on each table to remind guests to be self-disciplined and save food

These are sensitive issues for me. And most people choose their hotel according to what is written in the room

This should be the hotel I will stay at next time. It has an excellent location, no noise troubles, and there is a supermarket at the door

Amenities are listed incorrectly on Expedia. There is no pool at this hotel. The AC broke when it was so hot at night. I was moved to their other hotel across the street which also had AC problems

But my entire stay from that day onwards was so wonderful. However, the bathroom supplies were not as written and were missing. For example, it was written as there is a toothpaste. I did not buy toothpaste accordingly

The hotel was a bit tricky to find (the taxi driver couldn't find it even with the address) but the room was cosy, good facilities, didn't like the spa much, but a good hotel to spend the night

Dinner and breakfast were great, the waiters were helpful with advice about veggies selection for vegetarian folks as us Clean and quiet, the view was of the construction

Old hotel. It takes a long time to go through today's formalities at night. The room is large in proportion, and there are many restaurants nearby. This is also a good choice. It feels very good.

The room is clean and tidy and the service attitude is good. If you save English when traveling, it can help the front desk staff to confirm the check-in information more quickly. Overall it is a good experience

The air conditioning did not work well, the heat in the room was horrible. We told reception that a supposed technician was coming but he never came.

I stayed here for 5 nights and I highly recommend this hotel. Nice atmosphere with a beautiful rooftop terrace restaurant and a swimming pool. The terrace restaurant's food and desserts are top-notch

We also enjoyed the rooftop bar on both nights and the pool. The breakfast was good quality. Within walking distance to some nice cafes and restaurants. We walked to the main square in 30 mins

Rooms are up to standard. And the hotel provides a good breakfast. Swimming pool on the roof is a nice addition after a hot day, together with the bar and food.

The quality of food was very very good and entirely was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend! The bed was comfortable and the unexpected additional sofa bed meant that we each had our space to sleep

We just came back home to Stockholm after our first visit to Tirana Albania, we stayed 3 nights at Radisson Morina and we have just good things to tell about it

Customer experience is lacking. 20 eur per sauna per person per 20 minutes! That could be just added value since the saunas are heated anyways and no one uses them with this ridiculous plan

It is very peaceful around the pool area, you can have a drink or so around the pool or if you want to eat something more there are some really nice tables, the food is really good quality and very affordable ! During my stay, I had a brief, friendly conversation in the lobby with a gentleman who spoke naturally about the property and guest experience. Only at the end did it become clear that he was in fact the owner

The attitude of the chap at the desk who claimed he was the manager was very dismissive and think one should just bear with the situation although he must have been aware of the situation before our arrival because while trying to check into the room someone suspected to be an engineer was just exiting the room

The rooms are very clean, and they’re cleaned daily with fresh towels replaced every day. The cleaning lady was truly amazing—so thorough and kind

The standard room with 2 single beds was small (just enough for two beds, a wardrobe, a couple closets, a mini fridge - not sure if the fridge worked as we didn't use) but we just used the hotel as a place to sleep at night so that was not an issue

But most of all, Freddy and his staff are there to help her guests with any questions they may have. We spent a great week at Freddy's Hotel. Thanks to Freddys and his staff, especially to the girl who made our breakfast

The location was conveniently close to the city center. All facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast was also good, and I was able to enjoy a satisfying four-day stay.

Most staff could speak a little bit of english - enough that allowed them to understand basic asks, such as for coffee, breakfast etc. Breakfast was western and included croissants, toast, sausages, tomatoes, eggs etc

It takes 5 minutes to drive to the airport. It is probably the best hotel near the airport. It is newly opened, but it is a bit far to walk there. The hotel has its own restaurant, bar, swimming pool, gym and sauna, etc

Although this hotel has free-shuttle service from/to Tirana Airport, I didn't know how to order this service, so I took a taxi from airport:( However, the next day I could get to the airport by this service

3 minutes from the airport. The airport is very small. Just arrive 1.5 hours in advance. It is a newly built hotel with large and clean rooms. The restaurant downstairs has rich food and good local wine.

The facilities that should be there according to trip.com were not there. Like the gym, spa en rooftop pool….

The receptionist was so very helpful. He let us transfer to the bigger hotel within the same group. His approach to clients was kind, and he spoke very good English. We were very grateful.

It’s in a great location, very close to a lot of attractions that tourists will want to meet. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The pool was near and with loud music, so again difficult to hear each other. The service during breaks was basic. American coffee, milk, tea and sweets. The view was great and inspiring

The roof terrace was not available, but you can sit outside on the ground floor, with the constant fumes of cars delivering what looks like traffic victims :-) The hotel is kept clean, fluffy towels and crisp linnen

Great selection of drinks available at the lobby (ranging from Albanian to Dutch beers + many hot drinks) Parking was a bit of a hassle, but we were sent to a nearby underground parking which cost 500 lekë per night; which we believe is a fair price for parking so close to the central square

The hotel is very central and convenient for the sights of Tirana. It's also good value for what you get location wise. We were greeted warmly on arrival and check in was painless

Fantastic stay here, it’s so central and walking distance to everything. 30am which wasn’t a problem - they showed me up to my room and let me pay in the morning to avoid delays getting to bed

Our room was ok - large enough but a bit tired. No lock on the bathroom and signs of wear but everything worked ok. A safe for valuables would have been good too

ELER HOTEL has just been reconstructed. The place looks and feels great. Located in center of Tirana, just 8 min walk from Tirana center and most attractions.

One of the greatest hotel in Tirana, I stayed for two days. Everything was perfect, room service, reception, staff were great and well educated. I would highly recommend this hotel for Tirana visitors.

Added to this was the construction site noise that woke you up in the morning. The fitness room was closed on Sundays, but the staff was not informed about this

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio was not right for us. However, the AC didn't work, and there was a loud noise in the room that lasted all night
