The location is good - in walking distance to Skanderbeg Square - and next to the Prime Minister’s office (one evening we left the hotel the street was blocked – we learned that it was because Bill Clinton was visiting Tirana and was going to give a public speech in front of the Prime Minister’s office – so we saw him and heard his speech)

The staff is polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet is good and has a very varied selection. The only negative thing to say is actually related to the breakfast buffet: you are bound to gain some weight ;-)

One of the top hotels in Tirana: specious rooms, comfortable bed, great breakfast with excellent coffee specialties. The food at the restaurant (lunch) was also very good

Very good hotel, with nice breakfast options (freshly made coffee), lots of waiters and friendly personnel. Couldn't use the pool, but looked good too.

Lovely and friendly staff, great restaurants and local shops/supermarkets within walkable distances. The rooms were clean and well-presented

The gym was kitted out nicely and the pool looked great (despite being closed until May, which is understandable as it's cold!). Ideal for couples and business travellers as was nice and quiet

I stayed four nights at this historic hotel in the very center of the city. I was lucky to get a high-floor room with a view to the main square. Staff is nice and speak English

Very nice and friendly welcome from all the staff The room was nice except that we had asked and we got a room with a view on the square but the window was really « old » and you could no really see through

Negative parts: I arrived around 10am and was asked to pay EUR40 to access the room before 2pm (early check-in) even when it was already available

An issue with condensation between the 2 windows pane. Disappointed with the breakfast that was not what you could expect from this type of hotel

True coffee is not included for breakfast and you need to order it and pay for it separately

The restaurant offers delicious dishes and the breakfast offer is very complete

Nice and quite hotel, even if is located right in the middle of Tirana. Excellent ratio price quality.

All good: new and clean but my only complain is the breakfast... I will come back however... Price is good and staff polite.

I had oppurtunity to stay in Black Diamond 2 times and that was a pleasure. Very nice staff, perfect service. Rooms are very clean and modern. Can recommend and for sure will back soon

I have been in this hotel many times and i can say that it is just a fantastic place...perfect rooms, food and hospitality...the swimming pool and the jacuzzi there are amazing...

The rooms are so quiet-you’d never know you’re right in the middle of one of the most happening parts of Tirana with access to a ton of nice restaurants, including the hotel restaurant. The maid service is excellent

Where do I start? The service is what sets this hotel apart! Everyone is so helpful, there to see your every need is met. We needed to store bags for a couple hours-and they called us a cab to the airport

Everything in the hotel was simply excellent. The room was spacious and very elegant, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was wow. We also had a balcony to the backyard which was really nice

Great hotel near the city center. I found this near the bus stop on arrival in Tirana. Lucky find! Nice comfortable room with very nice appointments. Very nice staff and a good breakfast.

We always book at Oxford Hotel when we come to Tirana. It is a beautiful stay, we absolutely the gym access as this is one of the reasons we also book as well. The rooms are clean, comfortable

Delicious breakfast, more variety of breakfast options than the hotel's reservation site photos. Great place to stay in the hearth of Tirana. Kind , helpful and caring staff from the receptionist to cleaning service

she did literally everything to make us happy and enjoy our breakfast. She talks English very well and learned a bit of Turkish from us too. She even helped us to buy Albanian cheese in near local market

What better can happen to you than to "get stranded"at the Boka Hotel? Not much, I can tell you. Just booked in for an overnight stay, I got sick the next day and was not able to continue my travels

Hotel Austria is a small, cosy and comfortable hotel in the heart of Tirana. The staff is very friendly, rooms are big, comfortable and clean. It is 5 minutes' walk from the main Skenderbeg Sqare

I was staying in this hotel in December, the weather in Tirana was nice, but the heating had to be turned on nevertheless, and for that you need to turn on th AC when you take the room

Very cozy rooms with a huge TV... But the gym is used as store. No place to exercise inside the gym...

The location is very nice along a nice busy street with many restaurants and shops, and near the center of the city -- easy to walk to most all the sites we wanted to see in Tirana

It is nicely screened by large trees and so can sit outside in privacy and quiet. The people at the hotel were extremely helpful and could speak enough English to communicate with them well
