Hello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me

When I go to Tirana it is my point of reference. Central location and trained and friendly staff. Cleaning is the strong point. Impeccable room

Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone

Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids

You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there

Located just in the centre, close to anything. The view from the balcony is incredible! The breakfast was included, and we loved it

You can find there anything you want, inclu The bed and the entire room were comfortable. There is a mini bar, tea and coffee in the room

We loved it! The staff was very friendly, they told us more about the city, printed our boarding passes and called taxi

Views of the Tirana city skyline are fantastic. Restaurant on premises offers surprisingly good fare, from quick meals to full party catering. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends

Great little hotel in the middle of Tirana, right in front of the Pyramid monument and the Deshmoret e Lirise main Boulevard. Rooms are brand new, modern and with a very fresh looking design

This is a good option for a centrally based hotel. It's described as 4 star but it's more like a UK 3 star hotel. The room was spacious and very clean

Breakfast had a good selection of buffet and they cooked fresh eggs and coffee. Reception staff were helpful with taxis on both stays. Recommended and I would come back if I return to Tirana

Also, because it's in the middle of Tirana, street noise can be a problem, although the hotel's windows minimize the noise (I always sleep with ear plugs so it was not a problem). I would highly recommend this hotel

Although the breakfast offerings are not as varied as found at larger hotels, the quality was superb and the staff will cook you eggs any way you want them and provide any type of coffee you want

The room is clean and tidy and the service attitude is good. If you save English when traveling, it can help the front desk staff to confirm the check-in information more quickly. Overall it is a good experience

I had oppurtunity to stay in Black Diamond 2 times and that was a pleasure. Very nice staff, perfect service. Rooms are very clean and modern. Can recommend and for sure will back soon

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very helpful and polite. Also liked the swimming pool and the lounge bar at the top floor.

Excellent location, 5 minutes to walk to Tirana downtown (skenderbeu place), large and comfortable rooms, bar and live music all night long, wellness and spa is clean and well equipped, nice people, enjoyed the stay, thank you Rosa Blu

There was a jacuzzi in the room, wide screen smart TV, huge beds, tables and mini bar, a spa on site and a range of other amenities. There was a helpful city guide available and nearby were many cafes and restaurants

The kids enjoyed their time in the pool and so did the adults. What I would emphasize besides the good price was the cleanliness in all the premises. The kindness of the staff was really an added value

Ideal hotel for family holidays! The breakfast buffet was abundant almost like lunch. The price of the family room was very economical, paying 75 euros for 4 people was a great deal for our family

The staff is super friendly and helpful and the Hotel is well situated, you can reach everything by walking. It is in a kind of backyard, so no traffic nearby. There are also a lot of good restaurants nearby

Very modest accommodation, but again right in the center, in a quiet and peaceful side street. The owner is absolutely amazing and the possibility to park the car is priceless.

A wonderful place in the very center of the city. Clean and has everything you need. And in the yard live cute turtles. The owner is very hospitable and helpful

Great stay! The owner is very attentive and welcoming. We arrived around 8pm, he personally greeted us and gave all the necessary instructions and answers: what to see, where to eat, how to get to wherever we went

For the price, this hotel is MORE than you'd expect to get. I did struggle to find it from the address (and Google maps!) - check carefully so you don't walk too far

The joy of this hotel is on its history. Yes rooms are small but you haven't come to Tirana to stay in your room! The other great thing about the hotel is it's staff; so helpful and friendly - not a given in Albania

We stayed as part of a group tour do I can't comment on value for money. Our room was a twin, first floor at front of hotel. Large balcony but too hot to use when we there

Come out of front door and turn left for a great pub and a little further on a cafe for coffee, cake and sandwiches. Breakfast in the hotel is plentiful and standard Albanian

This was the group hotel for two nights. It is well located in a rather quiet neighbourhood, some 6-7M from Skanderbeg Square. I get the impression it was converted from an upper class home re the layout

There was a fridge and compact shower room, plenty of hot water. Noisey at night with traffic until about midnight. The location of the hotel is spot on

This is an hotel located in the city centre of Tirana with the best location The rooms are small but they have all what we need The staff are efficient They offer a simple breakfast with the indispensable food items They also have a living room which the guests can stay The price is competitive If you need parking you will need to pay for it

Quite central hotel, very close to the large square and the city center, they have free parking. The room was quite clean, and the bed was super comfortable

For me it is an excellent budget accommodation. Don't expect luxury, but clean rooms, well-kept common areas, basic but acceptable breakfast. The center of Tirana is just a stone's throw away

Fast check-in, location near the central square, A/C in the room (it was quite cold but the A/C helped me to warm the room a bit) plus a fridge and quite a big bathroom

Cool place to rest for the night in Tirana. Cheap place for what it has to offer, good bed to sleep and clean room. Basically everything what you need to be a decent hotel. I would definitely suggest it 👌

The hotel is located at one of the most convenient areas of Tirana and there is a lot to do around. Room and bathroom are nicely designed, mininal modern style and very comfortable.

My room was big and clean, with a mini fridge and the bed was very comfortable. The toilet and shower worked well. There is also fast, free wifi at the hotel

Highly recommended, the place has been reconstructed. The restaurant serves really nice food and a very healthy menu. The rooms are spacious suitable for families.

The hotel is located 5-10 minutes walk away from Skanderbeg Square. There is a pizzeria right next to the hotel and there are groceries nearby too
