Our apartment was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The views from our balcony were simply stunning, and we loved being just a short stroll away from the beach, shops, and great local restaurants.
The pool and garden areas were impeccably maintained and offered a peaceful retreat after a day out exploring. We also appreciated the secure parking and overall sense of safety and care throughout the property.
A big thank you to the team at Pacific Resort for making our stay so enjoyable – we truly felt at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Broadbeach.

Having booked and paid ONE YEAR IN ADVANCE, we arrived with a car full of groceries, ready to settle in for a weekend of Blues On Broadbeach.
Upon arrival I was informed they were fully booked.
After pulling out my receipt to prove I had booked AND PAID a year ago, I was brushed aside, "I'm going to be honest we're fully booked, so my hands are tied."
2 hours later, having demanded they assist in sourcing alternative accommodation we finally checked into a room - several blocks out of town, which completely defeated the purpose of booking in advance.
Having been promised "We'll sort something out for you in the future" they offered zero.
On Monday morning (we arrived on Friday) we were advised there was no availability for the following year.
Obviously no effort was made to arrange anything across the weekend.
No offer was extended for any future booking - at any time of year.
I've had dozens of booking errors travelling the world over the years and always found a resolution, as mistakes will happen.
Never have I experienced such complete disinterest in the customer experience.
On a brighter note, if you want (Ocean front) great customer service, massive rooms and fantastic facilities, I can highly recommend Ultiqa Beach Haven.
