Great location. Walking distance to shops, beach, park, and tram stop right outside too. Lovely, helpful staff, our apartment was very spacious, bigger than we expected, we even had 2 parking spaces. Large balcony too, with outdoor seating, perfect to have dinner and watch the sun set. Spacious main bedroom with ensuite, the bath was by the window with a lovely view, and dual sinks. Felt like home.
It was equipped with everything we needed, price was very reasonable for the size, and needs of our group.
Indoor and outdoor pools, and decent gym for a hotel. It's definitely one of our favourite places to stay, especially when you have a large group.

Very nice hotel for our short stay in the Gold Coast. Beautiful views to the beach especially for the morning sunrise. The facilities were good and the staff friendly and accomodating with any of our needs.

TV was hard to work gave up. Took many remotes a paper set of instructions welcoming to room etc not digital is always good

Stayed here with the family on weekdays. Spent two nights here without hassle. The suite was huge with three bedrooms. The rooms that we had have a nice kitchen with stove, microwave and dishwasher, even have a laundry area with a nice functioning dryer and washer. Cleanliness could use a little bit more polishing as we picked up bits and pieces on the floor when we came in 🤣 but nonetheless, it was still okay.

Building has nice set of amenities with sauna, indoor and outdoor pool, gym and theater.

The place have really nice views of the city and the ocean. it was a walking distance from the beach, broadbeach south station and pacific fair.

Would love to come back here in the future 👌 highly recommended 👍

*P.S. there are no room service, however, reception is very accommodating and would assist you with anything.

We had a family holiday here for a week in an ocean view 3 bedroom apartment.
Most things here are great -awesome views from our room and the size of the apartment was generous. Furnishings pretty comfortable, and recently updated kitchen and bathroom. Pools here are great too. Parking was easy and the staff were all pleasant and helpful.

The only thing preventing 5 stars were cosmetic things like the grubby and worn carpets and walls. It creates a poor first impression to see black stains at the front door and scuffed walls. A recarpet and repaint is urgently overdue. Also there were a couple of other minor issues like cupboards that didn't close, but reception promptly dealt with those when notified.

It's overall a great place and we look to returning at some stage. Hopefully the same room with a bit of an update!
