Ultra Broadbeach in Gold Coast

This property was amazing for a family of 4. We had a 2 bedroom apartment an it was more than big enough. Close to all the places you want to be .. Would highly recommend it..

The front desk could not do enough to help us and accommodate our needs during our stay. The apartment was clean tidy and had everything we needed. Just a hop to the shops, restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back and can’t recommend highly enough!

Facilities very good, access easy, staff very helpful. Building next door is a little distracting but entertaining

Fantastic location but construction in front.
Reception hours close at 3pm, so we had After Hours Checkin. Worked well. Bedroom carpet dirty. Sliding door on master wardrobe was stuck on 2 screws so wasnt able to slide over. Needs a few tweeks. Bedside table fell apart due to salt erosion which happens in an oceanfront apt. Ocean and city views amazing. Apartments 1 & 2 will have construction crane in front over the next few months. Undercover parking under building so convenient. Welcome Package was such a nice touch. Building is very modern. Pool and gym facilities are great. Easy walking distance to beach, Pacific Fair, tram station, broadbeach itself with unlimited dining options, Oasis Shopping Centre. I would definitely be back. Just ask for apartment on right side of building. Reception staff friendly and professional. Very safe to walk back from dinner in Broadbeach at night. Expect wear & tear, but overall fabulous size. Beds very comfortable too.

A great location and the amenities were awesome. Loved the pool and spa. Easily walkable to Oasis and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Only downside would be it’s really noisy at the moment with construction of a new apartment building next door. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Ultra Broadbeach.

A great size apt, in a very convenient location
A spacious apartment right in Broadbeach. Fantastic amenities. A fabulous stay for my husband and I, as we love to walk everywhere. Building is looked after and the secure onsite parking is so convenient.

Apartment itself has everything you need for a vacation. Lots of storage, fully stocked kitchen with cutlery, dinnerware, cookware, microwave, etc. The Welcome Basket was a lovely touch.

Washing Machine, Dryer, very comfortable king bed and lounges too made it a very lovely stay.

Location and facilities were great. Heated pool and great cafe 2min walk.
The apartment itself was rundown, but equipped with the basics. One of the rooms was locked to us, but had access to the balcony. There was a horrific smell in the kitchen (wall?) we had to get room spray to help mask it. The microwave and cupboards were unusable.
We would return to Ultra, however, would request a different apartment.

Like Patty Travers we had the same experience with after hours arrival. Took us a long time to make contact.
Ultra, we discovered, is not a hotel but apartments are individually owned and consequently the quality varies. In our case 3 out of 4 balcony chairs were unusable. Fortunately, staff was very helpful and lend us another chair. Apart from all that we enjoyed our stay.
