Walking distance to Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. James who helped us with checking in and out as well as introducing the room was amazing. The semi buffet breakfast was impressive, we tried most of the small dishes and one of each from large plates. There are heaps of gluten free and or healthy options to choose from. An unforgettable stay at this place. Definitely worth a return visit especially the restaurant of hotel called the Dining Room by James Viles.

We had a fabulous honeymoon stay at Park Hyatt Sydney. Accommodations, service, views, and dining were top-notch and stellar. Appreciated the kind personal touches and stunning visual aesthetic. Definitely the most iconic view in all of Australia!

Park Hyatt is truly at the upper end of accommodation, service delivery & food quality and presentation. Upon looking at the menu I was truly surprised at the pricing. Yes it was above the cost of upper end restaurants but their offerings were spectacular! The eye fillet was beautifully prepared, medium rare, ('without asking) . Yes it's a 'tap on the hip pocket but hey, it's a meal & it's a stay that I'd class as unforgettable. Staff were just so engaging. Just a wonderful experience!

Absolutely amazing . The staff were so helpful with a walk in booking last minute , the room was amazing with views of the Opera house a complimentary bottle of wine for our 25th wedding anniversary. The rooms were well kept with all amenities topped up . Great breakfast with a view.
On departure the concierge organised a private limo transfer to the airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors to Sydney. Thankyou to all the amazing staff

I cant recommend this hotel enough, its views of the opera are breathtaking that words cant describe them. Their complimentary breakfast is to die for. The service staff are just pure amazing, especially their front desk and concierge. The concierge team gave us great recommendations to explore in the city and even booked some tickets for us. The honeymoon gift was a superb touch. I will definitely stay here if traveling to Sydney again

The location is top-notch, the toiletries are also top-notch, Dyson hair dryer, smart toilet, stroll around the harbor at night, walk around the Opera House and Sydney Botanic Gardens. The scenery is so beautiful that it doesn't seem real, it's like a fairy tale. Lying in bed and watching the Opera House at sunrise or sunset, what can I complain about this kind of life?

The view from the window is really super beautiful, so beautiful that it seems unreal. Hahaha. During the two-day stay, I didn't meet a Chinese front desk. It was a bit difficult for those who are not good at English to communicate. The breakfast room has a Chinese menu, but the breakfast is very Western. A little koala is given for children to add a bed. The hotel is not very convenient around. You can only walk to the observatory and you have to take a taxi when you go out. But the beautiful scenery is enough. The room with the opera house view that I booked was arranged in the last few rooms, and there were trees behind! Fortunately, the floor is OK. We are on the 2nd floor, which is 0-3 floors. Room ordering is available 24 hours a day, and the price is not expensive and is similar to that outside. There is no service charge and the appearance and taste of the products are not bad. After returning to China, when I checked the mailbox bill, I found that I was charged for an extra breakfast on the second day. It was troublesome to send an email to the hotel myself. I contacted Ctrip and communicated with it. I received a call reply within two hours, and the hotel refunded me the extra fee on the third day. Thank you Ctrip for your active communication.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea, next to the cruise terminal, and you can walk along the seaside from the back door of the hotel. Disadvantages: There are no shops within 500 meters!
The hygiene is very good, the room is very clean, and there is a small balcony outside.
The service is average, as if it is the same in Australia. The breakfast is very average, there are only fruits and dairy products in the buffet, and other things need to be ordered, and the waiting time is very long. If you are used to eating Chinese food, don't stay for a long time, otherwise you can only have egg fried rice for breakfast every day like me!
In addition, my friend spent more than 8,000 on the Sydney Opera House room, and it turned out to be the next-door neighbor of my more than 5,000 sea view room. The room type is exactly the same. Everyone must pay attention when you go!
