Excellent location, walking distance to most of the places. The hotel is a bit old but overall very pleasure to stay! Friendly staffs and it is great to have capsule machine rather than instant coffee in the room!

Disappointing Stay – Wrong Room & Poor Hygiene
A frustrating stay with zero value for money. Will never return.
Negative Experience:
1. Room Type Not Honored:
- Upon arrival, the room did not match my booked reservation. Staff refused to assist, repeatedly claiming "no available rooms" without offering solutions.
2. Unacceptable Cleanliness:
- Dust buildup on surfaces (visible black residue on wet wipes).
- Bathroom had foul odors and sticky floors.
3. Poor Service Attitude:
- Front desk showed zero initiative to resolve issues.
A frustrating stay with zero value for money. Will never return.

Lovely location in North Sydney. Right beside the train station. Also love the walk to Luna Park Sydney via the small stairway beside the hotel.

The curtains in the room cannot block the light from outside at the ends of the curtain rail, affecting my sleeping quality.

4 of us stayed for 3 nights. Conditioner, lotion and box tissues completely ran out on second day in early afternoon b4 we went out and thot the staff would refill, came back thqt night with no refill as well as the capsules. I've called to mention the capsule as well as the sink knob which kept falling off. Last night with empty box tissue, conditioner and body lotion. Called again and said they would come, waited for about hour nothing had happened . Guess it's the last night so they can't be bother. Front desk checkin check out staff were friendly n helpful so don't know what went wrong. Location was perfect and we did happy hour and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs which were fabulous as well.

I enjoyed the view from our top-floor accommodation. It is a short distance to the QVB, Darling Harbour, and the shopping area.
