Fantastic Stay. Very clean, wonderful breakfast, great staff, beautiful view of the Black Sea from my balcony. The General Manager, Elena was outstanding. Nice walking path along the water in front of the hotel. Easy to access lounge chairs on the sand.

Relatively new, beautiful hotel. Nice, well organised rooms furnished with all necessary features. Very comfortable beds. The staff consists of well selected and trained profecionals and every boady is ready to assist you if you need something.

A nice hotel, looks as a 5 stars but it may be improved. Big, nice, confortable rooms. Outdoor pools could be heated because in 30 May and 6 September when we were nobody could swim there. Excellent stay! Hotel is recently opened in June, everything is new and modern. Large room with a large bathroom and balcony, very good cleaning and comfortable bed. Room has everything you need, including good quality cosmetics from Fragonard. A nice hotel, friendly staff, great food. Very close to the beach but no swimming pool. No draught beer in the hotel and no English newspapers.

Very helpful, nice and cool staff. Perfect service. The food wasn't bad, nothing exciting. For the guests with children the terraces at the bottom of the corridors can be very nice place to relax after setting the children to sleep. If we come back to Albena we would use this hotel again.

It is a 3-star hotel, by no means a 5-star hotel. The rooms look good, they are spacious, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the bathroom fills with water every time you shower and the toilet bowl moves. The services are 3 stars maximum. Overall a nice experience. Accommodation in vila was a very nice surprize( premiere and lux, standard just ok). Facilities are very nice, plenty of pools and the beach easy to reach. I went for a weekend family trip. On reception I had quite a few demands so I had to speak to the manager Ion Bondar. It's been 3 days since a hotel employee has been mowing the grass with a moto scythe every day. The noise is terrible. I recommend they use an electric scythe so we don't feel like we're on a construction site. Smoke and noise

Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva. Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis. It's a great place to stay and enjoy the Golden Sands holiday area. The service is great and friendly with a nice environment. The hotel is nice. It has a spa and massage centre. The room was big and modern and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. I love it! The location is very well located, in the middle of the tourist resort. Nearby, there are a lot of beach bars and funny places with games for all ages. The hotel has a casino on the ground floor. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are big and it offers you all what you need. The food was tasty and vary.

The hotel in itself is great, clean,great food and excellent service. But the guests are of the lowest level. They grabbed food with their bare hands, they let their kids run arround and no one from the hotel staff said anything to them. The internal pool smelled like pee. Also, way too few elevators for how big the hotel is, you could rarely get one available.

I stayed at the villa, bad choice. They need hard cleaning and remodeling. But everything else was amazing. The food is great, the beach is great, the Aquapark is amazing for children especially. The all-inclusive is great - food is on the level of Turkish all-inclusive. The rooms are very spacious, cleaned daily, and renovated. The beach is huge and the hotel is right next to it.

Once again, I am ending my one-month stay at the Sandy Beach Hotel in Albena resort. Again, I am very satisfied with my entire stay, and I would like to pay special attention to the management and especially for the responsiveness and attention the hotel manager Kamen Dechev gives to each visitor. There was never a time when I approached him with a problem and it was not resolved.

The hotel is quite nice, very close to the beach. Rooms are clean, air-conditioned. Big problem is the all inclusive system and most of the guests. I've seen couples or small families stuffing a complete table with tons of food which, that physically is impossible to eat otherwise their belly would literally expolde so plenty of food ends up as waste.
