Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva. Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis. I stayed at the villa, bad choice. They need hard cleaning and remodeling. But everything else was amazing. The food is great, the beach is great, the Aquapark is amazing for children especially. Even though it was very quiet all the staff went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after,been 4 times before & the only 'complaint' was no bacon at breakfast & the food not quite up to previous years but overall very good.

Perfect location, close to the large sandy beach. Good food, the drinks are local - included to all inclusive programm. The import ones are paid. The waiters was russian speaking, but they understood english or bulgarian as well. The only problem in whole Albena compex is the car parking. I never succeed to find a free parking space less thar 300 m from the hotel.
