A beautiful property right on the beach. This is our third time and remains one of our favorite spots on the Black Sea. It is lovely and there are multiple clay courts for those who play tennis.

Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva. Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis. It's a great place to stay and enjoy the Golden Sands holiday area. The service is great and friendly with a nice environment. The prices in the Café are a bit overpriced, but considering the high season, it could be acceptable. The clean level is high as well. Generally the place was good but the food and some of the staff were horrible. About the food I think the chicken meat was perished and everything was not good cooked. The receptionist lacked communication as well as the bartender. The only welcoming were the animators and the safeguard.

Well, service in Bulgaria is poor. Fridge was not working in our room, we asked 3 times to fix it/replace it and nothing happened.
