Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva. Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis. I love it! The location is very well located, in the middle of the tourist resort. Nearby, there are a lot of beach bars and funny places with games for all ages. Well, service in Bulgaria is poor. Fridge was not working in our room, we asked 3 times to fix it/replace it and nothing happened. Cant fault hotel, staff and food but came in October and everywhere is shut no entertainment no buses just taxis £30 one way into Varna and again not a lot to do. Beach is nice and clean I wouldn't come again this time of year

Spent 2 weeks here in September with my family. It was almost end of season so very quiet and not much to do except explore. This was to our liking tho as we wanted a very relaxing holiday. Food was very good and snacks anytime during the day, restaurant staff could have been more friendly and at least acknowledge you. The hotel is very close to the beach and kids love that (and adults too). The rooms are big and very nice, but the a/c is too weak and it wasn't able to cool the room properly. The room cleaning lady did a nice job and the room was always cleaned. The food was great but the coffe was not very good. The only good coffee was the one served from the inside bar near the reception.

1. Location is on the beach and placed on the good fine sand. Suitable for children and the bay is often calm with no high waves. The hotel is situated on the beach side with nice clean pools for children and adults. The water was heated and cleaned every day. The food was perfect with thematic days. There was always something new every day and always something for every taste. The rooms were big and cleaned every day, with change on the sheets every other day. The staff was helpful as usual.
