Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva. Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis. I love it! The location is very well located, in the middle of the tourist resort. Nearby, there are a lot of beach bars and funny places with games for all ages. Well, service in Bulgaria is poor. Fridge was not working in our room, we asked 3 times to fix it/replace it and nothing happened. Water playground was turned on only 3 times, then we were told it is broken. No one was taking care of pool surrounding. Bar is ok, but they dont often know how to mix drinks. Rooms were nice and cleaned every day. But this is not 4* hotel at all!!!

I recommend for a quiet holiday. We arrived early, but were given a room almost immediately, apparently someone had left, usually a room at 2 p.m. Balcony overlooking the pool, but not noisy, unobtrusive animation after 3.30 p.m. Towels, shampoo, soap were changed and put every day. Stayed in this hotel for about a week. The pool was great, very beautiful. Great location, was very close to the beach. Food was delicious and bar was good too. Fun animation, the kids had a great time. Will come again next year.

The all-inclusive is great - food is on the level of Turkish all-inclusive. The rooms are very spacious, cleaned daily, and renovated. The beach is huge and the hotel is right next to it.

Visited 14th june to 22 june. 5th floor. Weather was sunny. Smiling personnel. Clean rooms. Nice view. Super nice terace sea view. Great food. Bar coffee machines great (automatic ones average :) I would be happy to visit again. May be if cracked bathroom tile is fixed would be perfect. Fridge is small :) But as a whole I was happy there. Thank you!
