Our stay at Ralitsa Aqua Club was an absolute delight! The hotel provided a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived

A special mention goes to the bartender, whose exceptional service and friendly demeanor added an extra touch of enjoyment to our evenings. Their skill in crafting delicious cocktails was truly impressive

This year they decided to change the staff with people from Asian countries and the guys from Kazakhstan were excellent, smily and ok. But they also changed the kitchen staff with Turkish chefs and whatever they were

The entertainment staff was better this year than the last few( really made an effort to keep vacationers happy) However. they have increased the cost and they have decreased the value by a huge amount

You hardly had any meat that was from an animal you recognise. Most of it was the meat grilled the meal before or the day before cut in small bits and mixed with leftover potatoes from the day before

I have always been happy and content with the choice because it used to be a sure bet for a successful, troublefree, experience. That is untill this year! The rooms were the same as ever

The restaurant is just unbelievable (and I know about good food 😋). Rooms are spacious and offer breathtaking views of the beach and the Black Sea. Very important to me: the beds are very comfortable

Very clean, wonderful breakfast, great staff, beautiful view of the Black Sea from my balcony. The General Manager, Elena was outstanding. Nice walking path along the water in front of the hotel

We went there before and already were happy with the hotel but this latest experience was even better: the facility is still awesome and staff and management seem to aim at truly international standards in terms of customer experience, they are warm and friendly and eager to help

Zusammenfassend ist festzustellen, dass wir mit dem Hotel (besonders dem Zimmer, Frühstück, Abendbuffet, Wellnessbereich, Hotelatmosphäre) und seiner super Lage direkt am Strand, „SEHR ZUFRIEDEN“ waren und beabsichtigen zeitnah wiederzukommen

It's not a 4 star hotel persay, but still a very good experience, and it's literally right next to the beach!

My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.

Very good value for the money we payed! We had a lovely time. Stayed here for 10 days, 2 adults, 2 kids. Good food (and varied), clean enough, lovely beach with enough sunbeds. They also have a swimming pool

Very good location ON a clean sandy beach. Sea water very clean with a long patch of shallow water, so it is suitable for children and non-swimming adults. Sunbeds and umbrellas free on the beach

Clean hotel pool, free sunbeds and umbrellas available, as well. Room are very clean with free air-conditioning. Restaurant food was excellent, varied and and it was never crowded. Entertainment team for children

As it is said; the hotel is on the beach. Anytime you need something from your room just go about 50 meters, take the elevator and you arrived. Also it is all-inclusive so we got food and beverages for free

Good food but not very diversified, fruit desserts etc There were 3 bars, all inclusive import drinks you can find everywhere, the pool was clean (130 cm deep, a little small) and the lounges by the pool were quite few

For a 3 star hotel the services were great. They offer all inclusive, and you get 3 free meals a day, pool access, beach lounger access, free bar and snacks, kids programs. The food was good and fruits fresh

You can also get wine, beer and fresh fruits - kitchen is clearly well functioning comparing to other places. The only draw back for me was that the beach is a bit too far, but it took me no more than 8min to get there

Well I love the place , since I was working there as a waiter.The people are super funny also very nice.Be happy when you are there coz the personal is working for you whit very very very positive energy

I'm glad I was at the Hotel Kompass in Albena, Bulgaria. The service at the restaurant ,, all inclusive " and the staff, the accommodation, the place... it's very nice. Almost is great... I felt great!

The only downside is that you had to force them to clean the rooms, and you have to pay for loungers mattress

I would say best value - you get everything you need for moderate price. Not perfect, no luxury, but it is worth the money. Food is good and divers with Balcan accents

The food it's very good! The chef at the grill knows what he doing! The pool was good and clean. The beach it's 50-70 meters from the hotel. The Beach it's clean and very good

Once again, I am ending my one-month stay at the Sandy Beach Hotel in Albena resort

Nice location, very good food and diversity. Nice place. Pool lifeguard it's bad. Abuse his position, and bad communication.

If you expect Sandals or Beaches resorts accommodations you would be afflicted. But if you want a good unexpansive vacation on the beach you will enjoy your stay at this hotel

Close proximity to the beach, large rooms, clean facility, good food, and very friendly staff from the general manager to bartenders and cleaning persons

The hotel is quite nice, very close to the beach. Rooms are clean, air-conditioned. Big problem is the all inclusive system and most of the guests

The biggest problem was dirty rooms AND ACTUALLY NO CLEANER FOR WHOLE WEEK. I had a big fight with the reception and they said they dont have cleaners to clean rooms

The accommodation was clean with all mod cons, food was delicious, beach front bar, geat entertainment and a welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff, reasonably priced and fantastic WIFI

4 star hotel in Albena, very kind personnel, very well administration. Good food and grill in restaurant, but very hot, AC never working. Small pool, but the sea is 30m distance. I recommend for families.

Food choices were poor, but it's September, and the holiday season is ending. One middle-aged lady at the pool bar was rude and miserable every time we asked her a question

We had the best experience with my wife and two kids! Amazing staff, clean room, great food and the beach was literally under our room terrace! We are coming back here for sure!!! Thank you all for the great time!

Free sunbeds and shade in the green rows. Apartment with large 1+1 terraces. Large safe, but not sure if working. Rooms and bathrooms could use a little bit of detailing is cleanliness

Good service, but you gave one set of towels and bed sheets and they won't change them even if you ask for.

Room cleaning was only done one time under a 5 day period and only by complaint. One guy at the front desk was helpful and could sufficient English. Both the pool side and spott by the ocean was very satisfying to us

It's a three stars hotel, do not expect too much... It's a good place for a cheap holiday.

If only the staff wasn't so rude and nonchalant i would give them 4 star's

Good report money-services. We had a 7-day all inclusive vacation and exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to go again there next year!

Very good hotel, nice stuff, very clean room, clean pool and the most important very good location.

Room was a large family room lots of storage space lovely and clean tv air conditioning and a fridge. Hotel is on the beach with parasol and two beds included in with the room

Hotel needs some updating, but clean overall and location is wonderful. We had hoped a room with seaview, but we were located on the other side

Next morning we had a chat with manager and we got a seaview! Exellent service! Breakfast on the other hotel is no problem, 20m

Good kitchen and swimming pools. Good location first line sea side. But the look of the hotel from outside is not very luxory. Not as luxury as Silver Beach resort in Byala for example.

The beach in Albena is a beautiful place. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available each room at the hotel. Sorry the sun is not 'saditsja in the sea

Great hotel for family rest with children! Tasty and varied food, adapted for us. Near the sea with free 2 sun loungers and 1 parasol, swimming pool with snack bar, friendly staff

Very nice hotel, very well located facing the sea. The pool is perfect and the staff helpful. You should expect a food to offer "All Inclusive" a bit repetitive and not always quality...

Warm sand, bright sun and a sea with doesn't come anywhere close to the bitter cold of the the North sea - what's not to love? I know it's a resort and perhaps not a proper representation of the rest of Bulgaria, but if the country is half, nay a quarter, as nice then Bulgaria rocks!

The all-inclusive is great - food is on the level of Turkish all-inclusive. The rooms are very spacious, cleaned daily, and renovated. The beach is huge and the hotel is right next to it.

The only reason I give 4 stars not 5 is due to the fact that even though we stayed in an apartment we were allowed to have for free only one umbrella with two sunbeds at the beach

The guy who checks the room passports there is not friendly at all, only half of the umbrellas were used but he will not allow you to take an extra sunbed

Regardless what room type you pay, you only have this option on the beach

Decent but a little dated rooms, nice staff. Luckily the poolarea at the adjacent Flamingo Grand is accessible if you stay here. Very easy to find sunbeds.

However, the receptionist suggested that I temporarily use one of the safes in the reception. The next day, the room safe was fixed

We had booked an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room which is a great option for family with kids, or if you are a group of more than 2 adults and want to be in an apartment

It's very kid-friendly, with large pools, an aqua park, and playgrounds for the little ones. The beach bar was a nice touch too

The deluxe rooms have everything you need. Two toilets 🚻, balcony, air conditioning. AC is very gentle and well placed. They are for small kids and for adults. Ten minutes walk to the beach ⛱️

Staff was kind, even though some could improve a bit on their english. Thr hotel is not quite close to the beach, but it's very close to the aqua park, which is most likely its best selling point

The room was comfortable, without any critical flaws. Liked the kitchen and the bar ( local gin production is even nothing :) ) Far away from the beach, but do not consider it a problem

Very clean, with good food, it's a perfect place for families with kids. Nice pools with clean and warm water. The staff is nice and friendly

A great place for the family. As a 65+ solo traveller I have felt safe ,both around the location and the beach. September is very quiet here especially for a chill out holiday.

Get a big room, the standard room is too small if you are with kids. The Large rooms are awesome and much more convenient. Overall the hotel is excellent, the food was good, the beach is right next to the hotel

This was end of season holiday for us and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and high standard the hotel was and the service was fantastic

It’s in a really pretty area surrounded by trees and it was very quiet when we went in October but we would definitely be back fantastic beach front location highly recommended and a good standard to with stunning views and a short distance from the airport

The rooms overlook the beach right on the beach no walking distance and the food and drink was gorgeous so much to choose from And the cocktails were made especially for us at the bar and the spirits are incredibly strong

Only downside was the swimming pools were too cold to swimming and the sea too, but we still sunbed on the beach which was fantastic

Everything was wonderful, beginning with the food, location, the beach, etc. Housekeeping is dilligent ensuring rooms remain spotless throughout the stay.

Staff were every kind and all were there to help. Only small problem was a bad smell in the stairs and a slight smell in the bathroom. All in all, great hotel in a good place near the beach!

To go so far as to then every day on the bus ride to the sea - not quite right, so it's best 3* near the sea than in a 5* pool with stinking water

Hotel kept clean and very good service considering end of summer season. Food was fresh but low selection food was served through lunch and dinner, not varied at all .

The hotel was great, the hotel was clean, organised and there was a wide range tasty food with a live grill every morning and dinner where they made pancakes for breakfast and roasted vegetables + meat for dinner

Hotel Nona is right on the beach in Albena. The hotel is designed in a way that almost all room have sea view. Food and drinks included in all inclusive packages were decent. Broadband was good speed as well

A nice hotel, friendly staff, great food. Very close to the beach but no swimming pool. No draught beer in the hotel and no English newspapers.

A large variety of plates which are available throughout all the dining program (duck, rabbit, fish, mussels, crabs etc). Pools are common to Maritim Hotel, plenty of room for the customers, very clean and pleasant

Very helpful, nice and cool staff. The food wasn't bad, nothing exciting. For the guests with children the terraces at the bottom of the corridors can be very nice place to relax after setting the children to sleep

If we come back to Albena we would use this hotel again

Nice looking bar just a shame it now never seems to be open or anyone serving drinks, when we first visited they were serving cocktails, coffee and great choice of drinks whilst sat on the amazing terrace - real shame this doesn't now seem to happen

Generally worth its money, cheap, crowded, swimming pool is not clean, food is average. On positive helpful and friendly staff

Great location. The atmosphere is calm, the staff is friendly and polite, service is fast and without problems. The food was delicious. Recommended.

Clean, spacious rooms, bathroom with shower, balcony with seafront and the forestfront. All-inclusive system well established

It was lovely! The pool and surroundings are fun, the sea is crystal clear and warm, good place to stay if you want to get connected with nature and still remain in a modern place :)

It's really fun especially the pool where you can relax. I like the animator and the programs they have.the rooms are also clean.Love the sea🌊❤️

The animation is really amazing, like outstanding and kudos to the only animator there, that young and cheerful girl named Tillya, really a humble and a hardworking one! I'm impressed beyond explanation! I really like the work, and even the humble behavior of Tillya, the way she treats the kids there is also appreciable

Everything was good and service was great. We had a nice stay in a big room. The beach is perfect and the restaurants amazing. I absolutely adored the style
