We spend a week with family in Paradise Blue. Hotel offers a food that is very good quality. - this is very difficult to find on Black Sea coast. Management and staff were very helpful and ready to satisfy our whims
The best hotel in Albena resort. Spacious rooms with amazing sea view and steps away from the sand. All amenities included, the flat iron and coffee machine in the room is highly appreciated by my side
Great place, good entertainment and fantastic bar staff and during the day a relaxed pool area with a well stocked bar; day time food is high quality and the staff all are masked up in the kitchen.
A nice hotel, looks as a 5 stars but it may be improved. Outdoor pools could be heated because in 30 May and 6 September when we were nobody could swim there. Lucky that they have an indoor pool (small one)
The breakfast and dinner are great. The food at the main restaurant is fresh and delicious. The a la carte restaurant is classy, offering amazing cuisine. The staff are helpful and polite
Hotel has very good location and that makes the stay relaxing. There was nothing that we needed and hotel do not offer. Kids enjoined the aqua zone a lot. Highly recommending the hotel

My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.
It's not a 4 star hotel persay, but still a very good experience, and it's literally right next to the beach!

Good: -Brilliant animation team - Nice swimming pool - Walking distance to beach and 2 sunbeds included in stay. - Nice breakfast and dinner food, also chefs very nice. -One housekeeping (blond hair) lady nice
The only reason I give 4 stars not 5 is due to the fact that even though we stayed in an apartment we were allowed to have for free only one umbrella with two sunbeds at the beach
Decent but a little dated rooms, nice staff. Luckily the poolarea at the adjacent Flamingo Grand is accessible if you stay here. Very easy to find sunbeds.
On my stay last month I was pleasantly surprised. Even though I wasn't there in the season, I got to experience Albena and Flamingo Grand to some extent
The guy who checks the room passports there is not friendly at all, only half of the umbrellas were used but he will not allow you to take an extra sunbed
Regardless what room type you pay, you only have this option on the beach

On the 3rd day my boy picked up some light food poisoning with some vomiting and temperature rise. That was a first in Albena and also the cut off for our future holidays in this resort and moreover in this hotel complex
I stayed at the villa, bad choice. They need hard cleaning and remodeling. But everything else was amazing. The food is great, the beach is great, the Aquapark is amazing for children especially
A special mention goes to the bartender, whose exceptional service and friendly demeanor added an extra touch of enjoyment to our evenings. Their skill in crafting delicious cocktails was truly impressive
Amazing animation team, sport activities and dance shows, the aqua park is very good the beach is clean.
Our stay at Ralitsa Aqua Club was an absolute delight! The hotel provided a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived
This year they decided to change the staff with people from Asian countries and the guys from Kazakhstan were excellent, smily and ok. But they also changed the kitchen staff with Turkish chefs and whatever they were

If you wanted a seat to the private beach you had to wake up from 06 a. for something in the middle(if you come after 10-11 a. The air conditioner was not working properly in our room
Haa beach at 100m. Pretty isolated from other water parks thou. Also crowded during season. Raitsa water park is a better choice if you dont mind the distance from the beach.
The hotel is well located right on the beach and we upgraded to an executive sea view room from a standard sea view room for 21 leves (a little over £9) a night
The water from the pool for small children was freezing at any time of day(the other two were good). The cleaning staff from outside was rude. The water smells from the shower. Good: The hotel is beach front

For a 3 star hotel the services were great. They offer all inclusive, and you get 3 free meals a day, pool access, beach lounger access, free bar and snacks, kids programs. The food was good and fruits fresh
You can also get wine, beer and fresh fruits - kitchen is clearly well functioning comparing to other places. The only draw back for me was that the beach is a bit too far, but it took me no more than 8min to get there
Well I love the place , since I was working there as a waiter.The people are super funny also very nice.Be happy when you are there coz the personal is working for you whit very very very positive energy
I'm glad I was at the Hotel Kompass in Albena, Bulgaria. The service at the restaurant ,, all inclusive " and the staff, the accommodation, the place... it's very nice. Almost is great... I felt great!
The only downside is that you had to force them to clean the rooms, and you have to pay for loungers mattress

I stayed in this hotel June 2024. The location is ok for a beach,otherwise there is nothing around. Food a bit boring,not big choice. The hotel is old and needs complete refurbisment n updating from outside n insids too
Food choices were poor, but it's September, and the holiday season is ending. One middle-aged lady at the pool bar was rude and miserable every time we asked her a question
The accommodation was clean with all mod cons, food was delicious, beach front bar, geat entertainment and a welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff, reasonably priced and fantastic WIFI
There is not much to do here but the beach is beautiful and most of the staff were friendly. They make the alcohol really strong. 3 nights there, and I'm on the wagon

They did clean it in the mornings, but a regular upkeep during the day would be welcome. Beach - first two rows are paid. 24 BGN for two sunbed and unbrella. Hotel has a strict policy against reserving beds

Overall a relaxing stay, but this hotel really needs a makeover It has seen some better times, so do not expect any luxury. Its located just by the beach which makes it very comfortable to move around back and forth
So if you want nice beds without paying, go early and reserve. No-one will do anything about it. Beach is beautiful, nice sand, warm sea, nice waves. Watch out for medusas - they do sting a bit

Very good value for the money we payed! We had a lovely time. Stayed here for 10 days, 2 adults, 2 kids. Good food (and varied), clean enough, lovely beach with enough sunbeds. They also have a swimming pool
As it is said; the hotel is on the beach. Anytime you need something from your room just go about 50 meters, take the elevator and you arrived. Also it is all-inclusive so we got food and beverages for free
14 days we are here, 2 adults + 2 Kids 4 years old in one room. This hotel is the best choice for families. Food is very delicious, stuff is friendly. The hotel is not the newest but, it is in good condition
The staff at reception is friendly and helpful (they also speak English, German and Russian, which helps. ) Parking in Albena is tricky, but that has nothing to do with the hotel

In this year Hotel Malibu was a really good choice for my family. The room was good and clean, cleaned daily. The food was amazing and fresh. I can only recommend the services of Hotel Malibu

Generally the place was good but the food and some of the staff were horrible. About the food I think the chicken meat was perished and everything was not good cooked
The receptionist lacked communication as well as the bartender. The only welcoming were the animators and the safeguard

Room was a large family room lots of storage space lovely and clean tv air conditioning and a fridge. Hotel is on the beach with parasol and two beds included in with the room
Hotel needs some updating, but clean overall and location is wonderful. We had hoped a room with seaview, but we were located on the other side

Room cleaning was only done one time under a 5 day period and only by complaint. One guy at the front desk was helpful and could sufficient English. Both the pool side and spott by the ocean was very satisfying to us

Everything was wonderful, beginning with the food, location, the beach, etc. Housekeeping is dilligent ensuring rooms remain spotless throughout the stay.
Staff were every kind and all were there to help. Only small problem was a bad smell in the stairs and a slight smell in the bathroom. All in all, great hotel in a good place near the beach!
To go so far as to then every day on the bus ride to the sea - not quite right, so it's best 3* near the sea than in a 5* pool with stinking water
Hotel kept clean and very good service considering end of summer season. Food was fresh but low selection food was served through lunch and dinner, not varied at all .
The hotel was great, the hotel was clean, organised and there was a wide range tasty food with a live grill every morning and dinner where they made pancakes for breakfast and roasted vegetables + meat for dinner
Hotel Nona is right on the beach in Albena. The hotel is designed in a way that almost all room have sea view. Food and drinks included in all inclusive packages were decent. Broadband was good speed as well
