Our stay at Ralitsa Aqua Club was an absolute delight! The hotel provided a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived

A special mention goes to the bartender, whose exceptional service and friendly demeanor added an extra touch of enjoyment to our evenings. Their skill in crafting delicious cocktails was truly impressive

This year they decided to change the staff with people from Asian countries and the guys from Kazakhstan were excellent, smily and ok. But they also changed the kitchen staff with Turkish chefs and whatever they were

The entertainment staff was better this year than the last few( really made an effort to keep vacationers happy) However. they have increased the cost and they have decreased the value by a huge amount

You hardly had any meat that was from an animal you recognise. Most of it was the meat grilled the meal before or the day before cut in small bits and mixed with leftover potatoes from the day before

I have always been happy and content with the choice because it used to be a sure bet for a successful, troublefree, experience. That is untill this year! The rooms were the same as ever

Great place, good entertainment and fantastic bar staff and during the day a relaxed pool area with a well stocked bar; day time food is high quality and the staff all are masked up in the kitchen.

Very clean, wonderful breakfast, great staff, beautiful view of the Black Sea from my balcony. The General Manager, Elena was outstanding. Nice walking path along the water in front of the hotel

We spend a week with family in Paradise Blue. Hotel offers a food that is very good quality. - this is very difficult to find on Black Sea coast. Management and staff were very helpful and ready to satisfy our whims

Easy to access lounge chairs on the sand

The restaurant is just unbelievable (and I know about good food 😋). Rooms are spacious and offer breathtaking views of the beach and the Black Sea. Very important to me: the beds are very comfortable

The best hotel in Albena resort. Spacious rooms with amazing sea view and steps away from the sand. All amenities included, the flat iron and coffee machine in the room is highly appreciated by my side

It's not a 4 star hotel persay, but still a very good experience, and it's literally right next to the beach!

My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.

Very good value for the money we payed! We had a lovely time. Stayed here for 10 days, 2 adults, 2 kids. Good food (and varied), clean enough, lovely beach with enough sunbeds. They also have a swimming pool

Very good location ON a clean sandy beach. Sea water very clean with a long patch of shallow water, so it is suitable for children and non-swimming adults. Sunbeds and umbrellas free on the beach

Clean hotel pool, free sunbeds and umbrellas available, as well. Room are very clean with free air-conditioning. Restaurant food was excellent, varied and and it was never crowded. Entertainment team for children

As it is said; the hotel is on the beach. Anytime you need something from your room just go about 50 meters, take the elevator and you arrived. Also it is all-inclusive so we got food and beverages for free

Good food but not very diversified, fruit desserts etc There were 3 bars, all inclusive import drinks you can find everywhere, the pool was clean (130 cm deep, a little small) and the lounges by the pool were quite few

The biggest problem was dirty rooms AND ACTUALLY NO CLEANER FOR WHOLE WEEK. I had a big fight with the reception and they said they dont have cleaners to clean rooms

The accommodation was clean with all mod cons, food was delicious, beach front bar, geat entertainment and a welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff, reasonably priced and fantastic WIFI

4 star hotel in Albena, very kind personnel, very well administration. Good food and grill in restaurant, but very hot, AC never working. Small pool, but the sea is 30m distance. I recommend for families.

Food choices were poor, but it's September, and the holiday season is ending. One middle-aged lady at the pool bar was rude and miserable every time we asked her a question

We had the best experience with my wife and two kids! Amazing staff, clean room, great food and the beach was literally under our room terrace! We are coming back here for sure!!! Thank you all for the great time!

Free sunbeds and shade in the green rows. Apartment with large 1+1 terraces. Large safe, but not sure if working. Rooms and bathrooms could use a little bit of detailing is cleanliness

Good service, but you gave one set of towels and bed sheets and they won't change them even if you ask for.

Room cleaning was only done one time under a 5 day period and only by complaint. One guy at the front desk was helpful and could sufficient English. Both the pool side and spott by the ocean was very satisfying to us

It's a three stars hotel, do not expect too much... It's a good place for a cheap holiday.

If only the staff wasn't so rude and nonchalant i would give them 4 star's

For a 3 star hotel the services were great. They offer all inclusive, and you get 3 free meals a day, pool access, beach lounger access, free bar and snacks, kids programs. The food was good and fruits fresh

You can also get wine, beer and fresh fruits - kitchen is clearly well functioning comparing to other places. The only draw back for me was that the beach is a bit too far, but it took me no more than 8min to get there

Well I love the place , since I was working there as a waiter.The people are super funny also very nice.Be happy when you are there coz the personal is working for you whit very very very positive energy

I'm glad I was at the Hotel Kompass in Albena, Bulgaria. The service at the restaurant ,, all inclusive " and the staff, the accommodation, the place... it's very nice. Almost is great... I felt great!

The only downside is that you had to force them to clean the rooms, and you have to pay for loungers mattress

I would say best value - you get everything you need for moderate price. Not perfect, no luxury, but it is worth the money. Food is good and divers with Balcan accents

Good report money-services. We had a 7-day all inclusive vacation and exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to go again there next year!

Very good hotel, nice stuff, very clean room, clean pool and the most important very good location.

Room was a large family room lots of storage space lovely and clean tv air conditioning and a fridge. Hotel is on the beach with parasol and two beds included in with the room

Hotel needs some updating, but clean overall and location is wonderful. We had hoped a room with seaview, but we were located on the other side

Next morning we had a chat with manager and we got a seaview! Exellent service! Breakfast on the other hotel is no problem, 20m

Good kitchen and swimming pools. Good location first line sea side. But the look of the hotel from outside is not very luxory. Not as luxury as Silver Beach resort in Byala for example.

The beach in Albena is a beautiful place. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available each room at the hotel. Sorry the sun is not 'saditsja in the sea

Very nice hotel, very well located facing the sea. The pool is perfect and the staff helpful. You should expect a food to offer "All Inclusive" a bit repetitive and not always quality...

Warm sand, bright sun and a sea with doesn't come anywhere close to the bitter cold of the the North sea - what's not to love? I know it's a resort and perhaps not a proper representation of the rest of Bulgaria, but if the country is half, nay a quarter, as nice then Bulgaria rocks!

The all-inclusive is great - food is on the level of Turkish all-inclusive. The rooms are very spacious, cleaned daily, and renovated. The beach is huge and the hotel is right next to it.

The food it's very good! The chef at the grill knows what he doing! The pool was good and clean. The beach it's 50-70 meters from the hotel. The Beach it's clean and very good

Nice location, very good food and diversity. Nice place. Pool lifeguard it's bad. Abuse his position, and bad communication.

If you expect Sandals or Beaches resorts accommodations you would be afflicted. But if you want a good unexpansive vacation on the beach you will enjoy your stay at this hotel

Close proximity to the beach, large rooms, clean facility, good food, and very friendly staff from the general manager to bartenders and cleaning persons

The hotel is quite nice, very close to the beach. Rooms are clean, air-conditioned. Big problem is the all inclusive system and most of the guests

The only reason I give 4 stars not 5 is due to the fact that even though we stayed in an apartment we were allowed to have for free only one umbrella with two sunbeds at the beach

Decent but a little dated rooms, nice staff. Luckily the poolarea at the adjacent Flamingo Grand is accessible if you stay here. Very easy to find sunbeds.

The guy who checks the room passports there is not friendly at all, only half of the umbrellas were used but he will not allow you to take an extra sunbed

Regardless what room type you pay, you only have this option on the beach

There are two separate bathrooms and a very big terrace with an exceptional view. All hotel staff members are very friendly and caring. The food at the restaurant is good, there is variety as well

Spent 2 weeks here in September with my family. It was almost end of season so very quiet and not much to do except explore. This was to our liking tho as we wanted a very relaxing holiday

This was end of season holiday for us and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and high standard the hotel was and the service was fantastic

The water from the pool for small children was freezing at any time of day(the other two were good). The cleaning staff from outside was rude. The water smells from the shower. Good: The hotel is beach front

The rooms overlook the beach right on the beach no walking distance and the food and drink was gorgeous so much to choose from And the cocktails were made especially for us at the bar and the spirits are incredibly strong

I enjoyed it, clean beaches and nice pools. In the balcon the view is amazing. The food is good and the place for games is really fun

The hotel is well located right on the beach and we upgraded to an executive sea view room from a standard sea view room for 21 leves (a little over £9) a night

It's very kid-friendly, with large pools, an aqua park, and playgrounds for the little ones. The beach bar was a nice touch too

The deluxe rooms have everything you need. Two toilets 🚻, balcony, air conditioning. AC is very gentle and well placed. They are for small kids and for adults. Ten minutes walk to the beach ⛱️

Staff was kind, even though some could improve a bit on their english. Thr hotel is not quite close to the beach, but it's very close to the aqua park, which is most likely its best selling point

The room was comfortable, without any critical flaws. Liked the kitchen and the bar ( local gin production is even nothing :) ) Far away from the beach, but do not consider it a problem

A large variety of plates which are available throughout all the dining program (duck, rabbit, fish, mussels, crabs etc). Pools are common to Maritim Hotel, plenty of room for the customers, very clean and pleasant

Very helpful, nice and cool staff. The food wasn't bad, nothing exciting. For the guests with children the terraces at the bottom of the corridors can be very nice place to relax after setting the children to sleep

Nice looking bar just a shame it now never seems to be open or anyone serving drinks, when we first visited they were serving cocktails, coffee and great choice of drinks whilst sat on the amazing terrace - real shame this doesn't now seem to happen

Big hotel with not so big restaurant for so many people. Everytime are people in a row for food and drink. The food is could, not tasty, without spice. The staff is very friendly, pools at the hotel are very good

The TV set has very poor signal. Air condition is out of order in some rooms. Next time I will find a better place in Albena

The food and service are OK, but the rooms and tableware are dirty. They should pay more attention to the cleanliness

Albena is one of the rare Bulgarian Black sea resorts for families with kids - nice, clean, lots of animation for everyone (kids to grownups), food and drinks are various and taste good

The rooms are not high class but it was clean, clean bedding, staff very friendly and helpful. Food well prepared, diversified, fresh. We didn't have any health problems. Thank you!

In this year Hotel Malibu was a really good choice for my family. The room was good and clean, cleaned daily. The food was amazing and fresh. I can only recommend the services of Hotel Malibu

The meal was good, the distance to the beach is very short and the fact that you can choose your sunbed without the additional fee is a big plus

Main strengths are close proximity to the sea, cleanliness and restaurant (minus the desserts and coffee)

We had a wonderful holiday here. The hotel is very close to the beach and it also has swimming pools. The staff is professional and friendly, there’s a big variety of tasty food and many types of drinks

We have been in Kaliakra Beach in May 2025 again. Clean and nice room (Superior) with a great view. A very nice location, direct at the black sea. Good and tasty food and drinks at the bar

Rooms are spacious, we stayed in the apartment facing the sea and the view was amazing

The all inclusive food it has a wide variety and tastes good. The upper rooms have beautiful view but the lower ones not, view to swimming pool or to other hotel buildings, like the restaurant

If you are cockroach and insects friendly person then it is a nice hotel. I had a terrible experience on a 5 day stay with this. I have changed 2 rooms and still insects were all over
