The breakfast and dinner are great. The food at the main restaurant is fresh and delicious. The a la carte restaurant is classy, offering amazing cuisine. The staff are helpful and polite

I would have expected for more friendlier and more professional staff. Very often the waiters forgot to come so you could order hot drinks for breakfast and there is no place to take by yourself a tea or a coffe

We spend a week with family in Paradise Blue. Hotel offers a food that is very good quality. - this is very difficult to find on Black Sea coast. Management and staff were very helpful and ready to satisfy our whims

The best hotel in Albena resort. Spacious rooms with amazing sea view and steps away from the sand. All amenities included, the flat iron and coffee machine in the room is highly appreciated by my side

Great place, good entertainment and fantastic bar staff and during the day a relaxed pool area with a well stocked bar; day time food is high quality and the staff all are masked up in the kitchen.

Hotel has very good location and that makes the stay relaxing. There was nothing that we needed and hotel do not offer. Kids enjoined the aqua zone a lot. Highly recommending the hotel

My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.

It's not a 4 star hotel persay, but still a very good experience, and it's literally right next to the beach!

Not a bad hotel ,but if you talk about 5 star as stated , certainly no , reception staff always busy with their chores,the guest enters, no one will smile at the reception and even the head will not raise in his direction!!! Not seen this anywhere else!

We had booked an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room which is a great option for family with kids, or if you are a group of more than 2 adults and want to be in an apartment

There are two separate bathrooms and a very big terrace with an exceptional view. All hotel staff members are very friendly and caring. The food at the restaurant is good, there is variety as well

We had a lovely time in November, and we've already booked our next 2 visits! Spacious studio, great food and fantastic white wine, the staff is super-kind and welcoming

The only reason I give 4 stars not 5 is due to the fact that even though we stayed in an apartment we were allowed to have for free only one umbrella with two sunbeds at the beach

Our stay at Ralitsa Aqua Club was an absolute delight! The hotel provided a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived

You hardly had any meat that was from an animal you recognise. Most of it was the meat grilled the meal before or the day before cut in small bits and mixed with leftover potatoes from the day before

Also a change in menius combined with a savings policy made the all inclusive vacation a run for your life affair 3 times a day

A special mention goes to the bartender, whose exceptional service and friendly demeanor added an extra touch of enjoyment to our evenings. Their skill in crafting delicious cocktails was truly impressive

I stayed at the villa, bad choice. They need hard cleaning and remodeling. But everything else was amazing. The food is great, the beach is great, the Aquapark is amazing for children especially

This year they decided to change the staff with people from Asian countries and the guys from Kazakhstan were excellent, smily and ok. But they also changed the kitchen staff with Turkish chefs and whatever they were

For a 3 star hotel the services were great. They offer all inclusive, and you get 3 free meals a day, pool access, beach lounger access, free bar and snacks, kids programs. The food was good and fruits fresh

I'm glad I was at the Hotel Kompass in Albena, Bulgaria. The service at the restaurant ,, all inclusive " and the staff, the accommodation, the place... it's very nice. Almost is great... I felt great!

Well I love the place , since I was working there as a waiter.The people are super funny also very nice.Be happy when you are there coz the personal is working for you whit very very very positive energy

The only downside is that you had to force them to clean the rooms, and you have to pay for loungers mattress

You can also get wine, beer and fresh fruits - kitchen is clearly well functioning comparing to other places. The only draw back for me was that the beach is a bit too far, but it took me no more than 8min to get there

If I pay for 4 stars hotel,I expect to pick up a bin every day n make the bed n sweep floors,instead they told me they dont do it. The staff wasnt friendly n very rude too

They initially wanted 42 leves a night but with a little pushing the price halved. They are bigger and have excellent sea view and balconies. we can clearly see the sea from our bed

By the end of our first week we seen them more as friends than staff, we had such a great laugh with them and they are both and absolute credit to the hotel 🙏🏼 There is a local shop just outside the front doors to the hotel, the gentleman in the shop was so friendly and kind, he went out his way to buy stuff that we liked and stocked his shop with it

Good food but not very diversified, fruit desserts etc There were 3 bars, all inclusive import drinks you can find everywhere, the pool was clean (130 cm deep, a little small) and the lounges by the pool were quite few

As it is said; the hotel is on the beach. Anytime you need something from your room just go about 50 meters, take the elevator and you arrived. Also it is all-inclusive so we got food and beverages for free

Very good value for the money we payed! We had a lovely time. Stayed here for 10 days, 2 adults, 2 kids. Good food (and varied), clean enough, lovely beach with enough sunbeds. They also have a swimming pool

We love the hotel and keep coming back for our summer vacations. Dima is the best hotel manager we have seen and we have travelled. The food is very good and the location hard to beat.

The staff at reception is friendly and helpful (they also speak English, German and Russian, which helps. ) Parking in Albena is tricky, but that has nothing to do with the hotel

Everything is great here for a 3 star hotel, it’s all inclusive, the food it’s really delicious, there’s a great variety even for vegetarians. The room are nice, there is a conditioner, a balcony, tv, chairs, etc

, they provide with towels, people from service desk are very nice and they are always there to help if you have any problems like i had with the room key (card) and they can answer your questions, they know English, Bulgarian, Russian and a bit of Romanian

The swimming pool has a very clean water and it’s so large, they provide free lounge chairs and umbrellas. I loved the fact that the beach is at 600 meters from the hotel

Albena is one of the rare Bulgarian Black sea resorts for families with kids - nice, clean, lots of animation for everyone (kids to grownups), food and drinks are various and taste good

Main strengths are close proximity to the sea, cleanliness and restaurant (minus the desserts and coffee)

Very friendly and welcoming staff, amazing food, clean rooms, perfect for families! The location is perfect, very close to the beach. The entertainment team was great and energetic. Can't wait to come back ! ❤️

In this year Hotel Malibu was a really good choice for my family. The room was good and clean, cleaned daily. The food was amazing and fresh. I can only recommend the services of Hotel Malibu

Old and not well maintained but it has a kind of charm I guess, the price. I would go next time with a hotel that has the all inclusive option, as Albena lacks dicen restaurants, where to spend your money and time.

It was a very nice and cozy stay, just watch out as the other hotels play "loud" music till about 23 or 11pm. Where everyone is supposed to stay quiet. Watch out if you order with breakfast, as it can be a little sloppy.

But if you run after cleaning lady or you complain to manager, they resolve at least the simple tasks. Mediocre: medium food quality, but at least you have choice so you can find something you like

Most of them are not trained and does not know anything you would like to know. All the bar personnel seems to be half asleeped, stillvsome of the are simpatic, some seems that their face does not know how to smile

Great: position - just next to the beach. Manager speaks English perfectly and is very helpful. Animation services are just great and available almost all the day for kids and for adults, too

And if not, there is always fresh salad selection. Bar open all the day, but with limited drink menu. Personal mostly does not speak English, or very badly, but most of them are kind

Some aspects are great (I thing it was before 4* hotel, but were they declassed, with some aspects that remained), some mediocre and some very bad. Very bad: rooms and corridors

Horrible smell, bad hygien, bad cleaning, almost everything should be change for new. No towel change and toalet paper replacement, previous guests hair in the shower,

The General Hotel Manager is wonderfully helpful and extremely friendly ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends! The rest…well Albena is beautiful city with so much to see and do and this hotel just compliments and completes a wonderful experience!

Other then the fact that we had to change our room and it wasn’t really the cleanest we had so much fun.The pool is great food amazing.Also it ain’t far from the beach about 6 minutes walking.

Good service, but you gave one set of towels and bed sheets and they won't change them even if you ask for.

Good balance price - quality

Room cleaning was only done one time under a 5 day period and only by complaint. One guy at the front desk was helpful and could sufficient English. Both the pool side and spott by the ocean was very satisfying to us

It's a three stars hotel, do not expect too much... It's a good place for a cheap holiday.

Staff were every kind and all were there to help. Only small problem was a bad smell in the stairs and a slight smell in the bathroom. All in all, great hotel in a good place near the beach!

Hotel Nona is right on the beach in Albena. The hotel is designed in a way that almost all room have sea view. Food and drinks included in all inclusive packages were decent. Broadband was good speed as well

Amazing place - nice staff and clean rooms. The sea view is stunning in the morning at sunrise. There is direct access to the beach from the hotel. I'm glad we stayed here, we had an amazing holiday!
