You hardly had any meat that was from an animal you recognise. Most of it was the meat grilled the meal before or the day before cut in small bits and mixed with leftover potatoes from the day before

Our stay at Ralitsa Aqua Club was an absolute delight! The hotel provided a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived

A special mention goes to the bartender, whose exceptional service and friendly demeanor added an extra touch of enjoyment to our evenings. Their skill in crafting delicious cocktails was truly impressive

On the 3rd day my boy picked up some light food poisoning with some vomiting and temperature rise. That was a first in Albena and also the cut off for our future holidays in this resort and moreover in this hotel complex

I traveled with my wife and kid and for the last 4 years I brought other friends with their families to experience what I thought was a very good overall experience

This year they decided to change the staff with people from Asian countries and the guys from Kazakhstan were excellent, smily and ok. But they also changed the kitchen staff with Turkish chefs and whatever they were

Definitely we will come back again. The restaurant food was delicious , with a huge variety options. We had an absolutely amazing time at Vita Park Hotel

The General Hotel Manager is wonderfully helpful and extremely friendly ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends! The rest…well Albena is beautiful city with so much to see and do and this hotel just compliments and completes a wonderful experience!

A great place for the family. As a 65+ solo traveller I have felt safe ,both around the location and the beach. September is very quiet here especially for a chill out holiday.

The deluxe rooms have everything you need. Two toilets 🚻, balcony, air conditioning. AC is very gentle and well placed. They are for small kids and for adults. Ten minutes walk to the beach ⛱️

There are many attractions along the way. Be sure to use your legs 🦵, not free bus shuttle. There is one small shop in the hotel and two supermarkets nearby

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was a highlight, featuring delicious traditional Bulgarian dishes along with international options

Compliments for the young, creative and motivated animation team. We highly appreciated their services, including day kids and teens' programme as well as the evening shows

Be aware Albena is very much a resort on it's own (there must be over a dozen hotels etc) but everything here in the resort is geared to getting your pennies and the prices are really high for Bulgaria

Beach is nice and clean I wouldn't come again this time of year

As well as all the usual things. A good 7 out of 10 food wise but an 8 out of 10 for all inclusive

Food was very good and snacks anytime during the day, restaurant staff could have been more friendly and at least acknowledge you. However the room cleaners where smiley and room was cleaned everyday

By the end of our first week we seen them more as friends than staff, we had such a great laugh with them and they are both and absolute credit to the hotel 🙏🏼 There is a local shop just outside the front doors to the hotel, the gentleman in the shop was so friendly and kind, he went out his way to buy stuff that we liked and stocked his shop with it

Spent 2 weeks here in September with my family. It was almost end of season so very quiet and not much to do except explore. This was to our liking tho as we wanted a very relaxing holiday

Nice looking bar just a shame it now never seems to be open or anyone serving drinks, when we first visited they were serving cocktails, coffee and great choice of drinks whilst sat on the amazing terrace - real shame this doesn't now seem to happen

Very good food, restaurant is not at all crowded, you can definetly see the difference between this 5 star hotel and the rest of Albena’s 4 and 3 stars hotels

Staff is exceptionally polite and ready to help and especially jn the restaurant they are doing a perfect job

Very helpful, nice and cool staff. The food wasn't bad, nothing exciting. For the guests with children the terraces at the bottom of the corridors can be very nice place to relax after setting the children to sleep

If we come back to Albena we would use this hotel again

The all-inclusive is great - food is on the level of Turkish all-inclusive. The rooms are very spacious, cleaned daily, and renovated. The beach is huge and the hotel is right next to it.

The beach in Albena is a beautiful place. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available each room at the hotel. Sorry the sun is not 'saditsja in the sea

Cons - it is evident that the reconstruction of the hotel took quite a while, the furniture intact, but visible plumbing and front door

The room is cleaned daily with change of towels every 3 days change of linen. Overall a pleasant experience

It's nice small hotel right on the beach of Kranevo. Rooms are big, with large bathrooms There is a pool 130 and 150 deep. There is a restaurant and bar. You could take a room with view of a beach and pool or forest

Food is not bad it's average tasty but not a big choice of meals. The personal is young and polite, little sleepy. Overall it's nice place to be

Very bad organization of the personal staff - they don't have any professionalism, only the serving girls in the restaurants were very kind. 4-star hotel without an espresso machine - shame! The offered coffee is awful

COVID-19 measurements - total ZERO! Nobody of the guests and the staff was with a face mask - even in the inside buffet, nobody cared about that. The disinfectant tubes at front of the restaurant were empty

The front desk lady said all the restaurants are fully booked, and we asked her how can that be that we got no information at check in about it… and then she said, ok, I can offer the Bulgarian restaurant, we are not big fans so we said no thanks, we want to reserve the Italian and the Asian restaurant

Everything is working which also impresses me positively as usually kettles are malfunctioning, shower stands are broken, sockets are faulty… but not in Sentido Marea, here everything is working and is maintained! Bravo Sentido Marea, managers and all the personnel - you are doing exceptionally well and demonstrate that the Bulgarian hoteliers can offer top quality European services!!! For years we avoid holidays in Bulgaria not only for the poor services but also the attitude of the serving personnel

MiRaBelle was exceptional! Our family had the most amazing time here! Everything was clean, the rooms, the bathroom was great, with a walk-in shower, the pool was pristine and kept clean at all times

There are plenty of sunbeds out for everyone. There is a really nice lounge area with comfy sofas, armchairs, and air conditioning by the bar. The terrace with a pool view was a very nice touch

Over all the experience was a 4. 5 out of 5, staff mostly friendly and helpful. The all inclusive package is a good value but you should watch for extras such as wine at some of the restaurants that are not included

- ⁠for the a la carte restaurants, the Italian was top. I suggest you skip the Bulgarian. - ⁠check in at 3pm, checkout at 11 am

Although the hotel's policy is "no reservation for sunbeds", if you want one, you must wake up early in the morning and put your towels on. - ⁠same issue for the pool sunbeds, it is impossible to find one after 8am

- ⁠so i couldn't rest properly because each morning I had to get up early in order to "reserve" sunbeds for the entire family. I wouldn't mind staying anywhere as long as it would be enough sunbeds for everybody
