This was end of season holiday for us and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and high standard the hotel was and the service was fantastic. The rooms overlook the beach right on the beach no walking distance and the food and drink was gorgeous so much to choose from And the cocktails were made especially for us at the bar and the spirits are incredibly strong. Cant fault hotel, staff and food but came in October and everywhere is shut no entertainment no buses just taxis £30 one way into Varna and again not a lot to do. Beach is nice and clean I wouldn't come again this time of year

This holiday was awesome. I enjoyed it, clean beaches and nice pools. In the balcon the view is amazing. The food is good and the place for games is really fun. I stayed in the hallways to watch the beautiful girl at the reception who works mid-night time only. Never saw a more beautiful girl in my whole life.

Haa beach at 100m. Pretty isolated from other water parks thou. Also crowded during season. Raitsa water park is a better choice if you dont mind the distance from the beach.

The animation is really amazing, like outstanding and kudos to the only animator there, that young and cheerful girl named Tillya, really a humble and a hardworking one! I'm impressed beyond explanation! I really like the work, and even the humble behavior of Tillya, the way she treats the kids there is also appreciable. Please give her a raise is say!

Everything was good and service was great. We had a nice stay in a big room. The beach is perfect and the restaurants amazing. I absolutely adored the style. Perfect pool activities and shows made by animation team with smile. Wish to go again soon.

The hotel is a bit old. It wasn't not cleaned well and the rooms weren't renovated. The restaurant was very stuffy and not pleasant to eat. The food was not very nice and the same. The receptionists were very polite. The animation was unique. Many thanks to the animators and for their hard work to make us happy. Every day we had different games and fun experiences. The animators are really good evening the best 10/10 recommend them they are such open and funny they talk with people and are great friends for the even future Tillya is the best and really easy to talk and relate to giver rise she deserves it a lot and talks to us and makes us feel includeded

It's a three stars hotel, do not expect too much... It's a good place for a cheap holiday.

Good service, but you gave one set of towels and bed sheets and they won't change them even if you ask for.

Room cleaning was only done one time under a 5 day period and only by complaint. One guy at the front desk was helpful and could sufficient English. Both the pool side and spott by the ocean was very satisfying to us. If only the staff wasn't so rude and nonchalant i would give them 4 star's.

It is a good "no frills" deal. I would say best value - you get everything you need for moderate price. Not perfect, no luxury, but it is worth the money. Food is good and divers with Balcan accents. You can also get wine, beer and fresh fruits - kitchen is clearly well functioning comparing to other places. For a 3 star hotel the services were great. They offer all inclusive, and you get 3 free meals a day, pool access, beach lounger access, free bar and snacks, kids programs . The food was good and fruits fresh. The only downside is that you had to force them to clean the rooms, and you have to pay for loungers mattress.

I'm glad I was at the Hotel Kompass in Albena, Bulgaria. The service at the restaurant ,, all inclusive " and the staff, the accommodation, the place... it's very nice. Almost is great... I felt great!

Honestly a great hotel. There are TONS of stuff to do in general. Tennis areas, shops, markets, horse riding, even a night disco (some nights). Food is pretty good and the beach is nice and clean.

Hotel kept clean and very good service considering end of summer season. Food was fresh but low selection food was served through lunch and dinner, not varied at all .

The hotel was great, the hotel was clean, organised and there was a wide range tasty food with a live grill every morning and dinner where they made pancakes for breakfast and roasted vegetables + meat for dinner. Staff were every kind and all were there to help. Only small problem was a bad smell in the stairs and a slight smell in the bathroom. All in all, great hotel in a good place near the beach

Hotel Nona is right on the beach in Albena. The hotel is designed in a way that almost all room have sea view. Food and drinks included in all inclusive packages were decent. Everything is great here for a 3 star hotel, it’s all inclusive, the food it’s really delicious, there’s a great variety even for vegetarians. The room are nice, there is a conditioner, a balcony, tv, chairs, etc., they provide with towels, people from service desk are very nice and they are always there to help if you have any problems like i had with the room key (card) and they can answer your questions...

Quiet and peaceful place for those who just want to relax and enjoy the rest. Friendly staff. "All inclusive". The beach is close. The food in the restaurant is unique. On the terraces you can sit quietly and enjoy a cigarette or cadence :) Not giving five stars because this place is not obnovovani years.

The hotel is right next to beach, and the view from the room was a killer. The stuff is nice and friendly, if you need something you can always go at the reception and ask. The hotel is clean, it's location is spot on, close to everything in Albena. All in all, great value for the money.

Hotel needs some updating, but clean overall and location is wonderful. We had hoped a room with seaview, but we were located on the other side. Next morning we had a chat with manager and we got a seaview! Exellent service! Breakfast on the other hotel is no problem, 20m.

Room was a large family room lots of storage space lovely and clean tv air conditioning and a fridge. A spacious balcony . Pool area was well kept. Hotel is on the beach with parasol and two beds included in with the room

Big hotel with not so big restaurant for so many people. Everytime are people in a row for food and drink. The food is could, not tasty, without spice. Coffee is very bad. Ice cream not very tasty. The staff is very friendly, pools at the hotel are very good. The TV set has very poor signal. Air condition is out of order in some rooms. Next time I will find a better place in Albena.
