4 star hotels in Albena

My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.

It's not a 4 star hotel persay, but still a very good experience, and it's literally right next to the beach!

I have been to this location more then 12 times during the last 9 years. Sometimes twice a year. I stayed at the villa, bad choice. They need hard cleaning and remodeling. But everything else was amazing. The food is great, the beach is great, the Aquapark is amazing for children especially. I loved walking down in the evening. Primasol is very beautiful in general to spend a vacation. I would definitely come back but I will stay at one of the hotels this time :)

Amazing animation team, sport activities and dance shows, the aqua park is very good the beach is clean.

Haa beach at 100m. Pretty isolated from other water parks thou. Also crowded during season. Raitsa water park is a better choice if you dont mind the distance from the beach.

Spent 2 weeks here in September with my family. It was almost end of season so very quiet and not much to do except explore. This was to our liking tho as we wanted a very relaxing holiday. Food was very good and snacks anytime during the day, restaurant staff could have been more friendly and at least acknowledge you. However the room cleaners where smiley and room was cleaned everyday. The bar staff...

The hotel is very close to the beach and kids love that (and adults too). The rooms are big and very nice, but the a/c is too weak and it wasn't able to cool the room properly. The room cleaning lady did a nice job and the room was always cleaned. The food was great but the coffe was not very good. The only good coffee was the one served from the inside bar near the reception.

Clean, nice rooms (double superior), nice staff, it would be better if at dinner would be live music.

1. Location is on the beach and placed on the good fine sand. Suitable for children and the bay is often calm with no high waves. Shallow waters for 20-30 meters so you can go even if you can't swim. 2. Double standard room is quite small with 3x5 meters with enough place for two adults, but that's all about. It seems like it used to be a good place but in nowadays everything is old and worn-out.

In this year Hotel Malibu was a really good choice for my family. The room was good and clean, cleaned daily. The food was amazing and fresh. I can only recommend the services of Hotel Malibu. The management and crew was kind and very very helpful. We will return. Thank you.

Generally the place was good but the food and some of the staff were horrible. About the food I think the chicken meat was perished and everything was not good cooked. The receptionist lacked communication as well as the bartender. The only welcoming were the animators and the safeguard.

Rooms are a bit small, but ok. Furniture could use an upgrade as it feel like a nostalgic '00 hotel. Great place, service provided by the stuff and location is right there on the beach ⛱️ 👌 👍. It's very tough to book the place, so I guess it needs to be done in advance as soon as you know that you'll be going.

Even though it was very quiet all the staff went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after,been 4 times before & the only 'complaint' was no bacon at breakfast & the food not quite up to previous years but overall very good.

Perfect location, close to the large sandy beach. Good food, the drinks are local - included to all inclusive programm. The import ones are paid. The waiters was russian speaking, but they understood english or bulgarian as well. The only problem in whole Albena compex is the car parking. I never succeed to find a free parking space less thar 300 m from the hotel.

A great place for the family. As a 65+ solo traveller I have felt safe ,both around the location and the beach. September is very quiet here especially for a chill out holiday.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was a highlight, featuring delicious traditional Bulgarian dishes along with international options. the location is nice, but the staff was pretty rude. they gave us a really dirty room in the other building of the hotel, and it smelled awfully like mold, sewage, and cigarettes. we asked the manager to switch the room to a different one, since the one they gave us was very small and there was technically no space for our stuff, not to mention how bad it smelled. she replied to us EXTREMELY harshly...

Staff was kind, even though some could improve a bit on their english. The rooms were clean. Thr hotel is not quite close to the beach, but it's very close to the aqua park, which is most likely its best selling point. The free entrance to the aqua park makes it awesome.
