We organized a corporate event at Festa Winter Palace, and everything was top-notch – excellent service, delicious food, cozy rooms, and a relaxing spa center. We highly recommend it!

This is the best Easter vacation we had. And this was thanks to everything about this hotel from all the people there to the food and rooms there. The Receptionist team Yoana and the rest led by the Manager Svetlana were so accommodating and seeing us with kids and as a big family were able to upgrade us. Always available. This is the best hotel experience i’ve had in Borovets. The rooms,the spa,the food everything was amazing. The staff is excellent they were very nice and understanding.The maids keep everything clean all if the time without messing up your stuff.

Just to say how impressed we are with the breakfast staff, especially Halil, he is always happy to meet the guests and helps with the attending to our every need. For the only comment for the rooms would be ice to have blackout curtains and coffee and milk and water in the room for free.

Amazing staff, pool was nice, good location and variety of food for breakfast. Kids loved it.

The service and food are at a great level. Maybe one of the best place in Borovets with an extremely kind and professional waiter Anton. He is always kind, polite and responsive. I recommend it even just for coffee, lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is great.

Great place to rest outside of the crowded center of Borovets. Unfortunately I was there off season and the Spa infrastructure was not working. Great place to visit in a quiet location surrounded by nature. The resort is not in a walking distance from the village center and ski slopes (while carrying or wearing any ski equipment), but there is a free bus shuttle service available. Rooms where great, had no issues at all. Breakfast was also great! Will definitely visit again!

Very calming and peaceful environment. Friendly staff and amazing food and drinks. Rooms are spacious and offer all basic luxuries. It is 2km away from the slopes, so wonderful for any ski or snowboard vacations.

We were there during summer but this is probably primarily a winter resort. The rooms were clean and the front desk staff was friendly. Highlights: The spa manager (a gentleman with white hair) was such a lovely person. Someone who you can tell right away is kind and caring. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff are clearly committed to their roles and work very long shifts and all of them make your stay very pleasant. We stayed in finish chalets. one had a sauna the other didn’t. they were nice and spacious with two rooms to sleep and a front room and where next door to each other. Ideally placed next to the slopes in the forest to stop of a drink or lunch but really spoilt by loud music blasting out - why do these places do it. I am sure that the music is not for the customers - more likely the staff. You would be better going along another 2/300 m to the Finish Line which is also in a lovely position and no loud music to spoilt the atmosphere

Winter holidays with children. Only negative. Lots of people, and zero adjustments. The sauna is open until 9 o'clock and of course after skiing it is packed, and after dinner it is closed. The pool and sauna close early. The hotel is on the mountain and THERE IS JUST NOWHERE TO EAT The room service closes BEFORE 22.00 Teenagers, children who do not go to bed early, there is simply nowhere to eat....

Chalet was very cosy and met most of our expectations, however the sauna broke down during our visit. It was quickly fixed the following day, but it was too late. We couldn't find the board games either. Lots of things, like pool and parts of the Spa experience are barged extra. Food and drinks quite pricey. Everything was just perfect for our 5-days stay. The spa is TOP, the massages are done by professionals. At the moment we walked in the Wellness area, we received a guided tour through all the amenities in the spa Center from the manager. I stayed here for 6 nights in begin March. A great hotel, clean rooms, spa area with swimming pool and sauna, free shuttle service to the slopes. This is a really great hotel, I started 4th-11th of March. Was still plenty of snow in Borovets and the slopes were great for a beginner like myself. I stayed in this hotel, which is just outside of town (25m walk). It has a free shuttle in the morning/afternoons running roughly every half hour. I would have to be honest and say it doesn't run exactly on schedule so don't focus too much on the listed...

We stayed for a week in February half term, overall great value. The hotel has a shuttle bus that runs from 830am to 450pm. Drops off outside the Samakov hotel. It's about 5 mins into town or I'm told about a 30 minute walk. There's a taxi rank and a taxi will cost 20 Lev. Great hotel just outside of the ski resort. We traveled as a family of four that has trouble deciding on restaurants so breakfast and dinner included is something we look for. Food selection for both was great. Room was spacious and the spa was ok. Friendly staff:) I took one star because the beds were a little uncomfortable, but we were so tired from a day of skiing that it didn't matter too much...

Very nice hotel, clean, food was also very good. Pools with warm water. The hotel also offers shuttle bus to the ski slopes and back, free of charge.
