We just had out wedding at this amazing hotel and we cannot be happier with everything : the view is amazing, the rooms are perfectly comfortable and luxurious, the facilities are everything one can ask for (pool, spa, etc

Spa services were just right - Turkish bath, saunas, steam room, massages, gym, pool. Because we were attending a conference event the food in the restaurant was buffet style

The hotel is quite ok, the rooms are big and have some beds (of course depending on what you booked). There are two pools, one indoor and one outdoor

Everything was fine except the water temperature in the kids' pool. It was too cold , we spoke many times with the reception but nothing changed. Only in summer you can enjoy the kid's pool.

The food offered was repetitive and overly salty. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I'm very pleased that they provided us with a wheelchair accessible room, since my wife required those amenities at the time

The hotel is a must-visit not only if you're going on vacation there, but also if you're goong skiing, or planning any sort of event - corporate, wedding, etc. We look forward to visiting again many many times :)

another minus for the elevators that stop between floors. it happened about 2 times during the three-day stay

The only other two were connected to the TV and fridge. For the pool they can give you a small towel and that's it. Otherwise polite staff and great view 😃

The good: great location near the heart of the town; expect basic rooms with a view on the piste on the top floors against a decent price; panorama restaurant offers really nice view with high quality food in a quiet environment; decent swimming pool also suitable for kids

Stayed in this hotel for a promotional tour. The rooms are quite good. The hotel pleased with the pool! Food - quality. Nearby cafes, restaurants, ski lift.

A nice place for good relaxation with Spa and swimming activities. Polite service is worth mentioning, as well as reasonable prices.

Additionally can be noted that in the period from 1 March the weather is turning to spring at the bottom of all flows, snow raw, a lot of bald spots that are snow cannons already don't score, because is a plus

23 - 25 March 2024 Euphoria Club is a 4* rated resort of serviced apartments in separate 2-storey houses around the reception building with SPA and pool and the restaurant with fitness and conference facilities

The pool was very small and indoors with very few sun bathing chairs and space to leave your towel. The gym was closed however advertised as included in price

Great place to rest outside of the crowded center of Borovets. Unfortunately I was there off season and the Spa infrastructure was not working. The food at the restaurant was subpar and repetitive, very few fresh fruits

The resort is not in a walking distance from the village center and ski slopes (while carrying or wearing any ski equipment), but there is a free bus shuttle service available. Rooms where great, had no issues at all

Very calming and peaceful environment. Friendly staff and amazing food and drinks. Rooms are spacious and offer all basic luxuries. It is 2km away from the slopes, so wonderful for any ski or snowboard vacations.

Had a lovely time at the hotel, good facilities, nice location in nature and free transit bus to take us to the slopes. Transit service took us from Sofia airport straight to the hotel, which was great

The hotel is not big, for breakfast and dinner were never too many people. Dinner is buffet style, not too much, but good variety each night, and different each night. Water in the pool is a bit cold

Our room was upgraded and completely exceeded our expectations. We spent a couple of hours in the health suite, Sauna and steam room etc. Swimming pool was a bit chilly

Great stay. Breakfast was fantastic with huge variety. All staff lovely & helpful. Spa was brilliant. Would return!

Amazing hotel, and in a prime spot. Has excellent facilities too, like swimming pool, saunas, steam rooms and relaxation rooms. We also had a few massage treatments. The hotel was also immaculate , kept very clean

Along with the use of their own swimming pool,and Spa which includes salt room,steam room, sauna , relaxation room which is appreciated after hours on the slopes Staff are polite especially Antone who was helpful on arrival and throughout the holiday

It's a nice hotel that once was a great one. The rooms got out dated and need renovation but the hotel it self still holds up and is very nice. Service is great and the food is OK

Close to the chair lift and on the other side of the telecabin about 100m. On the 2nd floor there are just rooms with a bathroom and on the upper floors there are apartments with a kitchen and balconies

Very pleasant hotel! We liked the location, meals served at the restaurant were delicious and the interior decoration is fresh and modern! Rooms were just OK too!

In the very center of Borovets, there are two markets with groceries

Firstly wanna mention Zina from Ela hotel skiing school got family skiing turning and using button lify on first day JULIANNE was absolutely amazing family were confuswd whwter some slopes were open and what to do on lasr few days on holiday

Considering the reasonable price for a stay during peak skiing season, I guess there's not much to complain about. We had a bit of drama when we arrived at 11PM and the guy at the desk couldn't find our room keys

The hotel is in the old part of Borovetz, but definitely renovated and well furnished. The indoor swimming pool is heated, the relax zone is very good

Cons - no air conditioning in the rooms, which creates discomfort in the summer; it is unacceptable to pay extra for bathrobes in a 4-star SPA hotel - BGN 5 / person for the entire stay

Not bad, spacious and clean rooms, relatively good spa center - sauna, steam bath and relax zone, inside swimming pool, poor gym, certain things of the kitchen very good, others - nothing special

They won't win much money from this, but it makes an extremely bad impression. We were also initially accommodated in a room with 2 separate beds

We take into account the fact that when we asked for a room with a bedroom, they fulfilled our wish and moved us

I was there with friends and we all liked it and would go there again with pleasure

Spacious clean rooms. Food reasonable. Great spa facilities. Incredible price. Good location. Would definitely recommend

The hotel is nice, with spacious rooms and is right by the side of the mountain. The food is basic though which is a draw back. They have a nice bar and the showers are warm. I would happily stay here again

Not all rooms have somewhere to hang your jackets when you come in from skiing. Some rooms are too hot as the thermastatic valve can't be turned of. Bar area is nice and the the staff are nice and friendly

30pm, tea and coffee with some biscuits were served to warm you up after a day on the slopes. The bar staff were extremely attentive and very friendly serving all sorts of cocktails and beers

Food is good and the location is good, Iglika palace is just behind the Rila Hotel. Ski school meeting point lifts and Gondola are only a short walk from the hotel

Not really to a British pallet and a few of the Brits were moaning about it but we enjoyed trying the different meals. There was always something nice to eat

Nice hotel, but not worth the 5 star rating and prices. Comfortable rooms, good view, and great outdoors playground. The pool is not warm enough: 28c, clean and ok for swimming, not suitable for kids

Very good location, near the slopes. Nice stuff. Good free logistic to the center (lift stations) and back.

But in-house ski rental is awful: - Skis are extremely poorly maintained. It seems that edges where never sharpened at all. - Sharpening edges is a paid service. Yes, even for their own rental skis

Can only recommend this hotel if you bring your own ski gear or intend to rent somewhere else. A comfortable hotel with a good spa. Located a walking distance from the ski slopes

This guys know what they are doing in a friendly relaxed and profesional way. Not only service is expert and fast, price is fair and they take time to please you in each way

Have staff dedicated for different areas in the hotel. Eg. one dedicated wither at the bar who does not rush to the restaurant to also serve there.

Ela hotel is great. Rooms are warm and cozy. Meals are good. Hot chocolate at breakfast is devine. I am coming back here.

Overall it is a nice place for 3 stars. The rooms are clean and spacious enough, though I highly recommend to get a room with balcony, especially if you visit it during the summer

Food is so outdated and unappealing. Pool table, tennis table, pinball machines, fitness, sauna, lobby bar, free WiFi everywhere. Ask for a room with mountain view. The alternative is street view

Be careful as there are no power outlets next to the bed. 5m away so charming your phone while in the bed is only possible if you bring long enough power strip in your luggage

Spend there more than month working remotely and enjoying the slopes. Staff is amazing - very helpful and always smiling. Common areas are tidy and cosy. Rooms are pretty nice, well heated and well maintained

Very clean, comfortable, good food. Close to the lifts. Polite personnel. Good value for money. It's very warm in the rooms. Free parking spots in front of the hotel.

It will take a long time before they discuss you and accept your order. Perhaps the hotel and restaurant should focus on improving the service because it is really quite expensive for this type of customer service

Great in the summer when prices are reasonable, super helpful and friendly staff, amazing view, spa is fine, although the pool is small and a bit cold. Rooms are clean and spacious. Restaurant is okay.

It would have been nice if water was provided with meals for free. It has a spa which was very good and relaxing after a week of skiing. It has a small pool and sauna

The hotel is neat and clean, the food in the restaurant is cheap and delicious, and the location is simply perfect if you want to be in the center of Borovets and basically ON the ski slopes

The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the Borovets highway. For the class of the restaurant, the level of cuisine is poor. At the prices offered, the chefs might work a little harder

If you need a budget holiday in a prestigious complex, this is the spot. Everything is relatively cheap, given the high prices around

Lots of things, like pool and parts of the Spa experience are barged extra. No hot plates in the breakfast bar, so the eggs and bacon were cold. On the upside, good variety of cheese

Everything from the soups and the meat to the desserts is absolutely delicious! The spa is the place to visit! The pool is large and clean and has a good temperature

The Thermal zone and pool are clean and warm, with forest view…the fitness is with new equipment with everything needed for daily trainings

Forgot to mention that there're also finnish houses next to the hotel witch have their own souna in it and are great (2 floors with 2 beds - for 4 persons, tv, wifi, bath. You can book them instead of hotel room

One of the best hotels in Borovetz! Very cozy, yet with all the comfort and services. The location is the best possible - in the woods, just in front of the ski run

Quite big rooms,clean,beautiful. We had booked 3 rooms and got rooms next to one common large balcony. The towels were changed every day,cleaned. the child flowed the blood from his nose,stained the bed a little,changed

Perfect, fabulous hotel in the forest, perfect spa center, very delicious food, very kind and nice staff, nice prices; perfect for families with children! I highly recommend the hotel, it is the best hotel we have visited so far

Radinas way is a good and quiet place. Clean and well furnished rooms with all you need. Good breakfast and really good chef in the restaurant which cook high quality meals. Me and wife enjoying our stay there

Our balcony had a view of the woods and we had deers in front of it! :) The bedroom as well as the bathroom was very spacious. The staff is exceptionally pleasant, something it's quite rare in our experience

I have only the best to say about Radina's Way. It was our first time in Borovets and we were so happy with the hotel we chose. The location is great, 5 min drive to the gondola

Our room was spacious, cleaned and changed daily or on request, with plenty of bathroom products, towels, bath robes etc. A fridge was helpful with safe and balcony

Only the swimming pool and the jacuzzi were available due to the pandemic restrictions. Swimming pool is warm, if a bit old and with falling tiles here and there. Breakfast is rich and satisfying

The facilities were great including restaurant, bar, spa and pool, ski/boot room, reception and Loung with roaring wood fire

All the staff were tremendous and really looked after us during our stay. Professional, polite, funny and they couldn't help or serve us enough. I can only recommend the Lodge hotel as a brilliant place to stay

Hotel is good. Reasonable price at a great location, 30 meters from the cabin ski lift. They have a parking, sky workshop, spa, parking. Staff is frendly in total very good experience.

It's pretty easy to get from the hotel to the slopes by car and it takes just a few minutes of walking to get to the main area of the city with restaurant and pubs

Spacious rooms, very clean and very well maintained. Would suggest calling directly to book as its a fair bit cheaper than via booking.com or other sites.

We had free parking, this hotel is in a fantastic location, the beds were very comfortable, the hotel was very warm and cosy for a winter stay, and the communal spaces were welcoming

I stayed at the Yanakiev hotel. I liked him the most in Borovets. Very professional and welcoming staff. I can especially mention Ilian, Nora and Elena

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yanakiev. The location was amazing - straight on to the slopes and close to all the main bars and restaurants

Amazing place. The houses are great, cozy, spacious and clean. Perfect for families and group of friends, pet friendly. The restaurant is very expensive tough so better do a BBQ :)

I adore going there. It's warm, it has everything you need, they are welcoming pets, which is awesome! Perfeft place to chill after some slops.

It is cosy and warm and great for getting together with friends or having a romantic weekend with a partner. But heating is always on max thus it is super hot inside

Convenient for the lifts, the people who run the place are nice and friendly. Price is reasonable, room has a private bathroom.

Good conditions and kind hosts! A bonus is the yard and the kitchen, where one can eat if one does not go to restaurants.

Our chalet comfortably dealt with 4 adults and 4 rampaging children. The on site pool and hot tub was a welcome distraction for the little ones. Good bar and restaurant with reasonably priced food

Shuttle bus to the slops in the winter. On site Resterant open in the winter, small shop, swimming pool, sauna and hot tub. Small apartments to 4 bed houses.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our car got stuck on the road during the heavy snow and they went out of their way to come help us drive it to the main road

The food was delicious and we enjoyed the sauna as well as jacuzzi. Regular bus to drive you to the slopes and cozy atmosphere

One of the receptionist bearly speaks any English which could be difficult when it comes to FAQ or booking transport back to the chalets. Other than that, the place is fantastic with 5 out of 5 view!

The in site shop is very basic so try and pick stuff up before returning to the chalets at the end of the day
