The only downsides, the swimming pool was too cold and the jacuzzi attracted a lot of unsupervised children, a tip - avoid Bulgarian half term dates!

Great hotel, location and service. The food was wonderful, and swimming pools also. We are looking forward to visit it again

Overall this hotel is nice, it's 3 star by Irish standards, very convenient for skiing, food is good and the staff are really nice. The pool is not for guests only so it gets very overrun and packed by 6pm every day

Everybody in the hotel was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good but the time for opening would be better to be from 7:30 to 7:00 better. The food at the restaurant was great. We had a room with view and was great

The hotel is wonderful, the room was superb (slope view) and the staff very helpful and friendly. We went on a B&B basis and the breakfast was good and varied

We did do the evening meal on a couple of accessions but to be honest, there are so many options in the resort I would recommend just the B&B

I loved it! The location is amazing, the SPA is amazing, the pool too and they got very talanted massagers. If you are looking to go on a ski vacation, this hotel is perfect for this case

Wonderful hotel with great views from the balcony. Friendly staff, almost all speak Russian and English. The nearest ski lift across the street. There is a skiroom.

Exactly what we needed - warm, comfy and close to the slopes

Loads of amenities including a lovely heated pool, some we had to pay for like bowling or the hamman but we were happy to do that Breakfast was adequate - my lads would’ve preferred more choice like croissants but dinner wasn’t worth paying for

It was very close to the gondola. The indoor pool was clean and nice. The explanations for the meals could have been more detailed.

The views from all the rooms are amazing

The staff were really friendly, and the facilities were great (Spa, Sauna, Steam room and pool). The shuttle runs every 20mins to town, however, it is only a 10min walk into the center

Drinks are included with the evening meal which is a nice bonus. The swimming pool and spa area is also a great asset. Rooms are a bit 'tired' but apparently are going to be refurbished this year

We had a wonderful stay during our ski holiday and opted for half board. The breakfast and dinners were delicious, with different menus for every day

The only feedback I would have, is to place a coffee station in the rooms

There is a regular shuttle bus which drops off & collects guests from the town centre adjacent to the Gondola station. We stayed on a half board basis & found the food to be perfectly adequate

Our second stay at this hotel and over all we would recommend staying here. The hotel is set in a quiet area approximately 15 min walk from the centre of Borovets and the ski lifts

Super clean, super tidy! One of the more modern hotels now it’s all be refurbished! Super cosy at the bar, board games available too! Rooms were spacious , for 2 adults, all our snowboard gear etc… food wasn’t amazing but we were eating out every night anyway

The lobby bar and the restaurant are good, although one of the servers in the restaurant was not exactly professional. The SPA is also good, been there twice during my short stay

The indoors swimming pool is a bit small but the water is warmer than I expected in the good sense. The room was really good with everything I needed - good cosmetics, nespresso coffee machine, bath robes and so on

The cleaning staff replaced my towels every day for a week although I didn't put them on the floor. I appreciate it but I'm perfectly content with replacing them every few days

Not sure why people are slaying this hotel, everyone I know says it’s great? We loved it and so did our friends. Seems some people are extremely fussy and want 10/10 5* perfection. This hotel has everything you need

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The reception staff is excellent and willing to help for whatever we needed. I would love to come back in that hotel

We organized a corporate event at Festa Winter Palace, and everything was top-notch – excellent service, delicious food, cozy rooms, and a relaxing spa center. We highly recommend it!

The hotel is not big, for breakfast and dinner were never too many people. Dinner is buffet style, not too much, but good variety each night, and different each night. Water in the pool is a bit cold

The Receptionist team Yoana and the rest led by the Manager Svetlana were so accommodating and seeing us with kids and as a big family were able to upgrade us

Cheff Georgi is high class and his food was just delicious and full of choices. He took care of the kids and made sure to present the food

The Hostess there Desislava and the servers were so nice and responding to all our request with no mean or grumpy faces typical for most Bulgarian restaurants

We had a half board option breakfasts very good evening meals a little repetitive but tasty and staff great. All in all and what we actually paid we had a good time here

The spa was great, bathrobes & towels were provided, & there were plenty of sun loungers around the pool & other areas to sit in addition to the various treatment rooms

The hotel was lacking in atmosphere and for us to far from town needed shuttle bus or taxi. Rooms were spacious and clean albeit a little dated. The pool and spa were very nice with plenty of options

Spa facilities were lovely but don’t rely on the lifeguard who were either v grumpy or v inattentive! Complimentary spa towels available at spa reception

Different saunas, aroma room, relax room with hot beds, jacuzzi and swimming pool all working, and complimentary tea and water available on tap

The pool was a good size, but there were a lot of loose tiles on the pool floor & a few cut toes as a result

At many of these hotels, it’s as if they need to check off a series of items to keep a certain listing of type of hotel, but checking off that you have an item instead of just having a few items that are more edible and taste good are not the same thing

The mountain air at night is fine but you do need a screen with mosquitos. The bathroom is sort of standard for that era of Bulgarian hotel - so it was fine but not great. It did have a bidet which is always nice

This probably wouldn’t be our first choice of a place to stay again but maybe it offers an advantage location-wise if you are skiing and there was the really good spa with the gracious gentleman running it

Low points: The rooms we booked was listed as a two-bedroom family suite. The problem was that it was one bedroom with a king size type bed and a living room with a sofa bed, not two actual bedrooms

) He offered me tea and when I declined, he brought me water. He had really amazing healing type energy and it was lovely to have met him. There is a trail that leads to the forest from the hotel

They have some neat wooden carvings of animals and a huge giant’s type table with chairs in the forest. They hold weddings around that forest area and it looks like a forest fairy-land

A very nice and recent spa section is available : there is a pool, a sauna, and a pleasant outside place to relax

The reception, the bar and the restaurant offer wide space and large windows opening to the surrounding forest. Everything looks clean and new. The staff is very professional and helpful in any situation

The building in not new but everything around and inside has been fully and very elegantly renovated. The rooms have been completely refurbished and are now very cosy, comfortable and well-equipped

We had a 5 star experience from the minute we arrived the reception team were fantastic and so helpful, arranging tax transfers and late check outs without any trouble at all

Be careful when using the freezing swimming for the loose tile on the bottom of the pool, my niece cut her foot and my son cut his arm. When I pointed this out to the receptionist he shrugged his shoulders

Getting a drink from the bar was frustrating as the poor lady serving at the bar was also taking the drinks orders in the restaurant, to get a drink you had to ask the receptionist ( who was doing nothing most of the time) to call the poor lady and she would come back and serve you and 10 other guest waiting at the bar

In the morning getting a the free transit to the gondola turned out to be a pain as there are only 8 seat so we had to sit on a tyre in the back with another family, we opted for getting a taxi in and back everyday

Have staff dedicated for different areas in the hotel. Eg. one dedicated wither at the bar who does not rush to the restaurant to also serve there.

We stayed at festa Chemkoria for a week over the New Year wasn’t impressed. Stayed in Borovets on a number of occasions and this is probably the worse hotel I’ve stayed in. I would not rate this as 4* hotel

Spent the week here on a skiing holiday. The Hotel is basic and clean. The food again is very basic and the same most days. The receptionist when we arrived and checked out was a very helpful and polite lady

The apartment was very clean and spacious and had a sunny aspect. The sheets were changed halfway through the week and the towels almost every day. It was warm and comfortable and had a fake fire and local TV

The bathroom had both bath and shower and plentiful hot water. There was also plentiful loo roll and toiletries. We did not use the spa or pool but tried the in-house restaurant a couple of times

The best Hotel ever! The spa is amazing whit professionals! It’s the best Hotel whit the best bread 🥖! I think you need to go there! I have very good experience there and it’s so clean 🧽! The spa it’s the cleanest place I ever been in my intire life!

We were super impressed with the kitchenette - even though we didn’t use it as chose half board- we had an oven, hob, fridge (with freezer compartment), kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, sink, all cutlery, crockery, pots/pans etc and also a washing machine!! Clothes drying rack in the bathroom over the bath which meant we could actually wash and dry most of our clothes before going home

We booked a one bedroom apartment for a week and were given one in the main building. The location was excellent being a few minutes walk up the hill to the nearest piste and a few minutes down the hill to the gondola

The food was absolutely OK, nothing to rave about but good for the price. Most ski hotels have a ski room but this one did not so we had to take our skis and boots in the lift at the start and finish of each day

The food was varied and tasty, and the pools are definitely a plus. Good choice for both families and a relaxing stay

A very nice place for a holiday. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever needed

Also we took time to relax in the heated pool in the spa!

Euphoria Club is a nice and peaceful place, surrounded by nature. It’s clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing, especially if you’re looking for a calm stay with spa

The hotel has everything you might need and more; from the grand pool, to the fitness center, to fully equipped spa facilities with sauna, steam bath and even a second pool! Rooms are cozy and comfortable and always very clean and well maintained

The food at the restaurant is also exceptional. With an amazing breakfast variety and great options for snacks and dinner. Would definitely recommend Euphoria Club Hotel and we are looking forward to coming back!

I stayed here for 6 nights in begin March. A great hotel, clean rooms, spa area with swimming pool and sauna, free shuttle service to the slopes

The staff is great pay attention to every detail, they are very friendly. If i will come again in Borovet I will stay again here. The only minus was that it was too hot in the rooms and you can't turn off the heat

Drop/collection is outside the Samakov hotel, which is about a 2m walk from the bottom of the slopes/lifts, and also a 2m walk to the Gondola (do take this no matter your ski level, the greens are great and views stunning)

This is a really great hotel, I started 4th-11th of March. Was still plenty of snow in Borovets and the slopes were great for a beginner like myself. I stayed in this hotel, which is just outside of town (25m walk)

I would have to be honest and say it doesn't run exactly on schedule so don't focus too much on the listed times, get to each time slot early as it can, and does, leave early/late

It has a free shuttle in the morning/afternoons running roughly every half hour

Cons Tea/Coffee in Room is chargeable. Baked Beans at Breakfast cold as not kept heated. There is a short steep slope to get from the ski slope to the outside seating area which is very slippery have added a photo

Only had the Breakfast option which was reasonable. Ski Equipment hire was joined on to the side of the hotel with a very helpful man running it and sorted you out with what we needed

We ware in the Summer. Nice place. Nice view. Very helpful staff. Good place for stay while riding bike in Bike Park Borovec

Top location right on the ski slope. The food in the restaurant is very tasty. The manager is excellent and helps everyone

Staff were really friendly and understood and spoke English. Rooms were made up every day including all fresh towels. Lots of bench seats outside with waitress service so you could sit and watch the skiing

Location is more then excellent, exactly on the slopes, one step and you can rent a ski, watching the mountains and having your coffee, beer, wine and selection of tasty food

A lovely hotel where I would happily go back. Excellent location and service. Comfortable bed and nice balcony. The pool is beautiful and we had a great time and a beautiful environment

What a great find! As a last minute holiday we found it to be very well appointed, very clean and the staff were super friendly. We had a free late check out, nothing was too much trouble

We had free parking, this hotel is in a fantastic location, the beds were very comfortable, the hotel was very warm and cosy for a winter stay, and the communal spaces were welcoming

The spa was a lovely addition, it was a fantastic price and the food was easy, wholesome and plenty of options/choice and different each day. We will definitely stay again! 💫

The only negatives would be that there wasn’t a sauna available although it was advertised you have to pay and there wasn’t any decent juice for breakfast

Breakfast caters for all tastes and everyone can usually find something they like for dinner

Amazing place. The houses are great, cozy, spacious and clean. Perfect for families and group of friends, pet friendly. The restaurant is very expensive tough so better do a BBQ :)

I adore going there. It's warm, it has everything you need, they are welcoming pets, which is awesome! Perfeft place to chill after some slops.

It is cosy and warm and great for getting together with friends or having a romantic weekend with a partner. But heating is always on max thus it is super hot inside

The Staff is a bit rude and the water is not drinkable

Good conditions and kind hosts! A bonus is the yard and the kitchen, where one can eat if one does not go to restaurants.

Staff are as friendly as can but don't understand a lot of things you are trying to ask them also there English isn't great Overall it is an ok hotel

In the very center of Borovets, there are two markets with groceries

Nice place, cozy room, tasty dinner. If the breakfast had real cheese and pure butter I would give 5 stars.

Close to the chair lift and on the other side of the telecabin about 100m. On the 2nd floor there are just rooms with a bathroom and on the upper floors there are apartments with a kitchen and balconies

The complex itself is quite basic and limited with facilities. There was a small bar and a restaurant which seemed to be closed when we were there. They have a pool table and a football game

The apartment are new. Swimming pool is 28°, which is very good. The reception it's very helpful. Some rooms are a little bit cold.

Relaxed environment. Lovely and inexpensive studio room. Just a short walk to all of Borovets great character, restaurants and skiing.

The apartment seems to have been upgraded recently, was spotless and decorated very nicely for the space. I have to say this particular apartment made it for us. Getting to it by the corridor is a bit drab

other then the wi fi problem (router that does not work!) , everything else was perfect! clean room, big and pleasant,romantic and 600 m from center, nice walk. they must do something about the wi fi

Ok for couples and families! The bedding was not up to standard, the sheet did not fit the bed, no pillow case on the pillow and was very unhygienic. The shower and amenities were fine
