We have stayed in iglika palace hotel 3 times the rooms are a bit basic some of them are very small and have very small bathrooms, more of a wet room really. Not all rooms have somewhere to hang your jackets when you come in from skiing. Some rooms are too hot as the thermastatic valve can't be turned of. Nice place for weekend getaway

Very nice hotel. Clean and warm rooms. This guys know what they are doing in a friendly relaxed and profesional way. Not only service is expert and fast, price is fair and they take time to please you in each way. A friend recommended this hotel to me and I am passing this on.

Have staff dedicated for different areas in the hotel. Eg. one dedicated wither at the bar who does not rush to the restaurant to also serve there.

Very nice and neat little hotel on the outskirts of Borovets. The staff are super friendly and the food is amazing!!!! Another plus is that you can always find a parking place there and it's still not too far from the centre and the ski slopes.

The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the Borovets highway. For the class of the restaurant, the level of cuisine is poor. At the prices offered, the chefs might work a little harder. Had a reallY nice stay here! It was close to the end of the season so felt like we were the only guests there! But this meant we were really well looked after. Exactly what we needed - warm, comfy and close to the slopes. Loads of amenities including a lovely heated pool, some we had to pay for like bowling or the hamman but we were happy to do that Breakfast was adequate - my lads would’ve preferred more choice like croissants but dinner wasn’t worth paying for.

Amazing location🎉. Maybe the cutest hotel in the region. The employees are helpful and friendly. You can go to both ski resorts from the location. There is 100m direct ski and 100 m gondola transportation. Only the rooms are quite small and narrow. However, it is still enough for 2-3 nights.👋🏻

The cottage has one big room with a double bed, one tiny room for two children (separated by a curtain, no door), a mini-kitchen (with all necessary equipment and crockery) and a shower/toilet. I love it. It is cosy and warm and great for getting together with friends or having a romantic weekend with a partner. But heating is always on max thus it is super hot inside. The Staff is a bit rude and the water is not drinkable.

Beautiful hotel facing the slopes. Great view from the balcony! The staff is super friendly and the breakfast was lovely. The SPA is also very nice, but we didn’t spend much time there. Lobby bar is fantastic! Free parking is available at the hotel. Highly recommended!
