Everything was fine except the water temperature in the kids' pool. It was too cold , we spoke many times with the reception but nothing changed. Only in summer you can enjoy the kid's pool.

Perfect hotel with perfect view, great atmosphere & food. Unfortunately we had a problem with Mr.Krustev the duty manager who told us we booked resort view and not slope View, but since we wanted the slope View and the hotel was half empty in August he gave us the slope View. The hotel is quite ok, the rooms are big and have some beds (of course depending on what you booked). There are two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Down side to rooms the walls are paper thin so you can here the tv in other rooms. There is not bath which people like when have been out skiing all day. Close to the chair lift and on the other side of the telecabin about 100m. On the 2nd floor there are just rooms with a bathroom and on the upper floors there are apartments with a kitchen and balconies. ski room. In the very center of Borovets, there are two markets with groceries.

Overall great hotel,price, food, location and rooms. Location is very close to sitnyakovo express and couple of minutes walking to the gondola.

We have stayed in iglika palace hotel 3 times the rooms are a bit basic some of them are very small and have very small bathrooms, more of a wet room really. Not all rooms have somewhere to hang your jackets when you come in from skiing. Some rooms are too hot as the thermastatic valve can't be turned of. We went as a group of 7 all mid 20's and had a brilliant holiday but the hotel let us down a little bit. Very communism-like hotel. The doors use a key, not a card. There was a bathtub which you have to stay standing in. The food was okaish with the cake being dry. There was only one free power outlet in the room. The only other two were connected to the TV and fridge. For the pool they can give you a small towel and that's it. Standard rooms are quite small and need some refurbishments, they look old. The beds are quite old and the mattress and pillows are not so comfortable. At spa, we tried to find someone to schedule a massage but no one was at the reception (we tried 3 times).

The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the Borovets highway. For the class of the restaurant, the level of cuisine is poor. At the prices offered, the chefs might work a little harder. It will take a long time before they discuss you and accept your order. Perhaps the hotel and restaurant should focus on improving the service because it is really quite expensive for this type of customer service

If you need a budget holiday in a prestigious complex, this is the spot. Everything is relatively cheap, given the high prices around. The hotel is neat and clean, the food in the restaurant is cheap and delicious, and the location is simply perfect if you want to be in the center of Borovets and basically ON the ski slopes. Had a reallY nice stay here! It was close to the end of the season so felt like we were the only guests there! But this meant we were really well looked after. The chef cooked us a very nice full English and the evening meals were very filling! Only thing id recommend is to remember to book the hot tub in the morning so it can be set up while skiing

The curtains aren’t big enough for the windows so we had to use the bed spread. The room was massive but only had 1 chair for 4 of us. The food was ok but very salty.

The only thing I don't like in the rooms is the lightining which is pretty poor. Food is great. There is a shuttle which gets you to the slopes and back so you don't have to worry about that. Nice experince. I have been here two times already.

Booked into the Alpin Chalets, which is right by the slopes. Towels and cups/glasses replaced each day. Half board, breakfast and evening meal at the Alpin Hotel. Choices of food limited from a small selection of their main menu, but the 3 main meals we have had so far we cannot complain about. Here's hoping rest of week the quality stays the same.

I stayed at the Yanakiev hotel. I liked him the most in Borovets. Perfectly located. Very professional and welcoming staff. I can especially mention Ilian, Nora and Elena. The relaxed and comfortable atmosphere of a mountain resort in summer. I lived here for half a month. Excellent combination of price and quality.

I adore going there. It's warm, it has everything you need, they are welcoming pets, which is awesome! Perfeft place to chill after some slops.

A great value hotel, pleasant staff and all amenities for a good skiing hotel. The location is 12 mins walk to the main ski gondola and uphill. The ski shuttle is free and very efficient and the driver is very helpful.

The staff is nice and polite but we jad some issues with English comprehension! Be careful with the keys at the reception because people there get confused with the numbers 😅 They have a sauna at the last floor and a special place for smokers like a saloon. Food was great. They give water only in the morning. Coffee is not that great.

Very friendly staff, especially at the restaurant, shout out to the waitress and the chef. Food was very nice and would recommend to try their Rakia (warm with honey).
