Nice family hotel in a great spot in borovets. Nice breakfast even though start a bit late. Dinner cuisine was fine but the service was very poor. I would recommend to find a dinner place outside. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the Borovets highway. For the class of the restaurant, the level of cuisine is poor. At the prices offered, the chefs might work a little harder. Have staff dedicated for different areas in the hotel. Eg. one dedicated wither at the bar who does not rush to the restaurant to also serve there.

Very communism-like hotel. The doors use a key, not a card. There was a bathtub which you have to stay standing in. The food was okaish with the cake being dry. Small but very luxurious hotel, located just at the end of the ski slopes in Borovets. The SPA, tho indoor pool, the restaurant and the lobby bar are all great. The rooms are tidy and clean. The hotel also offer small villas. The hotel in general is a bit expensive but the quality is high as well so the stay is comfortable and in lux.
