We have stayed in iglika palace hotel 3 times the rooms are a bit basic some of them are very small and have very small bathrooms, more of a wet room really. Not all rooms have somewhere to hang your jackets when you come in from skiing. Some rooms are too hot as the thermastatic valve can't be turned of. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the Borovets highway. For the class of the restaurant, the level of cuisine is poor. At the prices offered, the chefs might work a little harder. It will take a long time before they discuss you and accept your order. Perhaps the hotel and restaurant should focus on improving the service because it is really quite expensive for this type of customer service

Had a reallY nice stay here! It was close to the end of the season so felt like we were the only guests there! But this meant we were really well looked after. The chef cooked us a very nice full English and the evening meals were very filling! Only thing id recommend is to remember to book the hot tub in the morning so it can be set up while skiing

The only thing I don't like in the rooms is the lightining which is pretty poor. Food is great. There is a shuttle which gets you to the slopes and back so you don't have to worry about that. Nice experince. I have been here two times already.
