The hotel is wonderful, the room was superb (slope view) and the staff very helpful and friendly. We went on a B&B basis and the breakfast was good and varied. We did do the evening meal on a couple of accessions but to be honest, there are so many options in the resort I would recommend just the B&B. Very nice hotel, kind people, excellent service, pleasant atmosphere and a lot of activities never mind of the season! Ideal location in the mountain and we like to visit it every time we have the possibility to do that - during the snow winter, the hot summer, the green spring or gold autumn!

Great place for a family vacation

Overall great hotel,price, food, location and rooms. Location is very close to sitnyakovo express and couple of minutes walking to the gondola.

We have stayed in iglika palace hotel 3 times the rooms are a bit basic some of them are very small and have very small bathrooms, more of a wet room really. Not all rooms have somewhere to hang your jackets when you come in from skiing. Some rooms are too hot as the thermastatic valve can't be turned of. Bar area is nice and the the staff are nice and friendly. Food is good and the location is good...

Nice place for weekend getaway

Very nice hotel. Clean and warm rooms. This guys know what they are doing in a friendly relaxed and profesional way. Not only service is expert and fast, price is fair and they take time to please you in each way. A friend recommended this hotel to me and I am passing this on.

Have staff dedicated for different areas in the hotel. Eg. one dedicated wither at the bar who does not rush to the restaurant to also serve there.

Excellent stay at this Hotel. Staff were really friendly and understood and spoke English. Rooms were made up every day including all fresh towels. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the Borovets highway. For the class of the restaurant, the level of cuisine is poor. At the prices offered, the chefs might work a little harder. It will take a long time before they discuss you and accept your order. Perhaps the hotel and restaurant should focus on improving the service because it is really quite expensive for this type of customer service

It was an amazing holiday trip. Lovely, helpful and friendly staff, made us feel like home. Very good breakfast and good location.

Had a reallY nice stay here! It was close to the end of the season so felt like we were the only guests there! But this meant we were really well looked after. The chef cooked us a very nice full English and the evening meals were very filling! Only thing id recommend is to remember to book the hot tub in the morning so it can be set up while skiing

The curtains aren’t big enough for the windows so we had to use the bed spread. The room was massive but only had 1 chair for 4 of us. The food was ok but very salty.

Spacious rooms. Gave 4 as its a bit dated and thin walls, however comfy beds,so overall good experience. Bufet style breakfast and dinner is amazing with lots of variety each day different. As a vegetarian I find some nice food, but as a vegan you might struggle to find other than salad. Overall great experience. Multiple shuttle bus each morning and afternoon to and from gondola.

The only thing I don't like in the rooms is the lightining which is pretty poor. Food is great. There is a shuttle which gets you to the slopes and back so you don't have to worry about that. Nice experince. I have been here two times already.

Great place to visit in a quiet location surrounded by nature. The resort is not in a walking distance from the village center and ski slopes (while carrying or wearing any ski equipment), but there is a free bus shuttle service available. Very calming and peaceful environment. Friendly staff and amazing food and drinks. Rooms are spacious and offer all basic luxuries. It is 2km away from the slopes, so wonderful for any ski or snowboard vacations.

The hotel was lacking in atmosphere and for us to far from town needed shuttle bus or taxi. Rooms were spacious and clean albeit a little dated. This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money! A really lovely hotel with a fantastic spa, surroundings and really good food. As it was located out of town it felt like a retreat and has one of the best ski slopes in the resort which is only 5 minutes walk away.

This is the best hotel experience i’ve had in Borovets. The rooms,the spa,the food everything was amazing. The staff is excellent they were very nice and understanding.The maids keep everything clean all if the time without messing up your stuff.

Just to say how impressed we are with the breakfast staff, especially Halil, he is always happy to meet the guests and helps with the attending to our every need. For the only comment for the rooms would be ice to have blackout curtains and coffee and milk and water in the room for free.

The service and food are at a great level. Maybe one of the best place in Borovets with an extremely kind and professional waiter Anton. He is always kind, polite and responsive. I recommend it even just for coffee, lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is great.
