Overall this hotel is nice, it's 3 star by Irish standards, very convenient for skiing, food is good and the staff are really nice. The pool is not for guests only so it gets very overrun and packed by 6pm every day. Stuff in the hotel is very unfriendly, especially a Spa lady called Krisimira that did everything she can to ruin the last bit of our vacation in this magnificent hotel. She should be expelled! The hotel is amazing in every bit of it otherwise. Too bad she didn’t care about our son drowning and treated us like walking credit cards.

The hotel is wonderful, the room was superb (slope view) and the staff very helpful and friendly. We went on a B&B basis and the breakfast was good and varied. We did do the evening meal on a couple of accessions but to be honest, there are so many options in the resort I would recommend just the B&B. Overall great hotel,price, food, location and rooms. Location is very close to sitnyakovo express and couple of minutes walking to the gondola.

We have stayed in iglika palace hotel 3 times the rooms are a bit basic some of them are very small and have very small bathrooms, more of a wet room really. Not all rooms have somewhere to hang your jackets when you come in from skiing. Some rooms are too hot as the thermastatic valve can't be turned of. Bar area is nice and the the staff are nice and friendly. Food is good and the location is good...

Nice place for weekend getaway

Very nice hotel. Clean and warm rooms. This guys know what they are doing in a friendly relaxed and profesional way. Not only service is expert and fast, price is fair and they take time to please you in each way. A friend recommended this hotel to me and I am passing this on.

Have staff dedicated for different areas in the hotel. Eg. one dedicated wither at the bar who does not rush to the restaurant to also serve there.

Food ain't that good (at least for me) , other that that , it's a great place.

The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the Borovets highway. For the class of the restaurant, the level of cuisine is poor. At the prices offered, the chefs might work a little harder. It will take a long time before they discuss you and accept your order. Perhaps the hotel and restaurant should focus on improving the service because it is really quite expensive for this type of customer service

Placed directly on the slope of Rila,it's perfect for the lazy people. Modern and clean rooms,warm in the winter,deposit and rent room for ski or snowboard equipments in the lobby, good food for the breakfast and dinner.Good choice for night skiing as well.

Had a reallY nice stay here! It was close to the end of the season so felt like we were the only guests there! But this meant we were really well looked after. The chef cooked us a very nice full English and the evening meals were very filling! Only thing id recommend is to remember to book the hot tub in the morning so it can be set up while skiing

The curtains aren’t big enough for the windows so we had to use the bed spread. The room was massive but only had 1 chair for 4 of us. The food was ok but very salty.

Spacious rooms. Gave 4 as its a bit dated and thin walls, however comfy beds,so overall good experience. Bufet style breakfast and dinner is amazing with lots of variety each day different. As a vegetarian I find some nice food, but as a vegan you might struggle to find other than salad. Overall great experience. Multiple shuttle bus each morning and afternoon to and from gondola.

The only thing I don't like in the rooms is the lightining which is pretty poor. Food is great. There is a shuttle which gets you to the slopes and back so you don't have to worry about that. Nice experince. I have been here two times already.

Exactly what we needed - warm, comfy and close to the slopes. Loads of amenities including a lovely heated pool, some we had to pay for like bowling or the hamman but we were happy to do that Breakfast was adequate - my lads would’ve preferred more choice like croissants but dinner wasn’t worth paying for.

We stayed in a family room which was spacious and had a kettle and small fridge which was a great addition. We all sleep very well and enjoyed the food which was always very tasty. The pool and spa were also good, and a lovely way to relax after a busy day in the slopes. The bus was great too.

Great place to visit in a quiet location surrounded by nature. The resort is not in a walking distance from the village center and ski slopes (while carrying or wearing any ski equipment), but there is a free bus shuttle service available.
