Great stay. Breakfast was fantastic with huge variety. All staff lovely & helpful. Spa was brilliant. Would return!

It's a nice hotel that once was a great one. The rooms got out dated and need renovation but the hotel it self still holds up and is very nice. Service is great and the food is OK. Perfect hotel with perfect view, great atmosphere & food. Unfortunately we had a problem with Mr.Krustev the duty manager who told us we booked resort view and not slope View, but since we wanted the slope View and the hotel was half empty in August he gave us the slope View. The price of what the hotel offers is good, meal in the morning was good. The only thing that I didn't like was the ski driving bus. They offer at 8:30 9 and 9:30 in the morning which is fine. For the return trip it comes at 15:30, 16 and 16:30. Since the last lift is at 16:30 I would have liked it for them to offer also 17:00. The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the Borovets highway. For the class of the restaurant, the level of cuisine is poor. At the prices offered, the chefs might work a little harder. It will take a long time before they discuss you and accept your order. Perhaps the hotel and restaurant should focus on improving the service because it is really quite expensive for this type of customer service

Placed directly on the slope of Rila,it's perfect for the lazy people. Modern and clean rooms,warm in the winter,deposit and rent room for ski or snowboard equipments in the lobby, good food for the breakfast and dinner.Good choice for night skiing as well.

Can only recommend this hotel if you bring your own ski gear or intend to rent somewhere else. A comfortable hotel with a good spa. Located a walking distance from the ski slopes. Very nice hotel. Clean and warm rooms. This guys know what they are doing in a friendly relaxed and profesional way. Not only service is expert and fast, price is fair and they take time to please you in each way. A friend recommended this hotel to me and I am passing this on.

Have staff dedicated for different areas in the hotel. Eg. one dedicated wither at the bar who does not rush to the restaurant to also serve there.

Not a bad place. The only thing is there is not AC in most of the studios for a summer stay.

Overall great hotel,price, food, location and rooms. Location is very close to sitnyakovo express and couple of minutes walking to the gondola.

We have stayed in iglika palace hotel 3 times the rooms are a bit basic some of them are very small and have very small bathrooms, more of a wet room really. Not all rooms have somewhere to hang your jackets when you come in from skiing. Some rooms are too hot as the thermastatic valve can't be turned of. Bar area is nice and the the staff are nice and friendly. Food is good and the location is good...

Very communism-like hotel. The doors use a key, not a card. There was a bathtub which you have to stay standing in. The food was okaish with the cake being dry. There was only one free power outlet in the room. The only other two were connected to the TV and fridge. For the pool they can give you a small towel and that's it. Simlpy the best in Borovets !

Small but very luxurious hotel, located just at the end of the ski slopes in Borovets. The SPA, tho indoor pool, the restaurant and the lobby bar are all great. The rooms are tidy and clean. The hotel also offer small villas. The hotel in general is a bit expensive but the quality is high as well so the stay is comfortable and in lux.

Great small pet-friendly hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights in December 2020. Rooms are spacious and nice, equipped with everything you need. Only the swimming pool and the jacuzzi were available due to the pandemic restrictions. Swimming pool is warm, if a bit old and with falling tiles here and there. Breakfast is rich and satisfying. Standard rooms are quite small and need some refurbishments, they look old. The beds are quite old and the mattress and pillows are not so comfortable. At spa, we tried to find someone to schedule a massage but no one was at the reception (we tried 3 times).

Very comfy and convenient hotel, perfect for skiers who are looking for a place where to mostly just rest after a day of skiing. It's pretty easy to get from the hotel to the slopes by car and it takes just a few minutes of walking to get to the main area of the city with restaurant and pubs. Very recommended.
