Overall this hotel is nice, it's 3 star by Irish standards, very convenient for skiing, food is good and the staff are really nice. Very nice hotel, kind people, excellent service, pleasant atmosphere and a lot of activities never mind of the season! Ideal location in the mountain and we like to visit it every time we have the possibility to do that - during the snow winter, the hot summer, the green spring or gold autumn!

We have stayed in iglika palace hotel 3 times the rooms are a bit basic some of them are very small and have very small bathrooms, more of a wet room really. Nice place for weekend getaway

Very nice hotel. Clean and warm rooms. This guys know what they are doing in a friendly relaxed and profesional way. Not only service is expert and fast, price is fair and they take time to please you in each way. A friend recommended this hotel to me and I am passing this on.

Have staff dedicated for different areas in the hotel. Eg. one dedicated wither at the bar who does not rush to the restaurant to also serve there.

Spend there more than month working remotely and enjoying the slopes. Hotel is on good level. Staff is amazing - very helpful and always smiling. Common areas are tidy and cosy. Rooms are pretty nice, well heated and well maintained. Totally recommend!

The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the Borovets highway. For the class of the restaurant, the level of cuisine is poor. At the prices offered, the chefs might work a little harder. It will take a long time before they discuss you and accept your order. Perhaps the hotel and restaurant should focus on improving the service because it is really quite expensive for this type of customer service

Placed directly on the slope of Rila,it's perfect for the lazy people. Modern and clean rooms,warm in the winter,deposit and rent room for ski or snowboard equipments in the lobby, good food for the breakfast and dinner.Good choice for night skiing as well.

Had a reallY nice stay here! It was close to the end of the season so felt like we were the only guests there! But this meant we were really well looked after. The chef cooked us a very nice full English and the evening meals were very filling! Only thing id recommend is to remember to book the hot tub in the morning so it can be set up while skiing

Very comfy and convenient hotel, perfect for skiers who are looking for a place where to mostly just rest after a day of skiing. It's pretty easy to get from the hotel to the slopes by car and it takes just a few minutes of walking to get to the main area of the city with restaurant and pubs. Very recommended.

A great value hotel, pleasant staff and all amenities for a good skiing hotel. The location is 12 mins walk to the main ski gondola and uphill. The ski shuttle is free and very efficient and the driver is very helpful.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our car got stuck on the road during the heavy snow and they went out of their way to come help us drive it to the main road. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the sauna as well as jacuzzi. Regular bus to drive you to the slopes and cozy atmosphere.

One of the receptionist bearly speaks any English which could be difficult when it comes to FAQ or booking transport back to the chalets. Other than that, the place is fantastic with 5 out of 5 view!

Great place. Our chalet comfortably dealt with 4 adults and 4 rampaging children. The on site pool and hot tub was a welcome distraction for the little ones. Good bar and restaurant with reasonably priced food. The in site shop is very basic so try and pick stuff up before returning to the chalets at the end of the day

Very nice and neat little hotel on the outskirts of Borovets. The staff are super friendly and the food is amazing!!!! Another plus is that you can always find a parking place there and it's still not too far from the centre and the ski slopes.

Very friendly staff, especially at the restaurant, shout out to the waitress and the chef. Food was very nice and would recommend to try their Rakia (warm with honey). The hotel was very family like, cozy and clean. It’s a 3 stars home hotel but definitely worth the money. It’s 10-12 mins walk to the gondola. I would definitely recommend.
