MPM Hotel Zornitza Sands

After seeing some really bad review I was a little concerned, after getting here and experiencing it for myself I decided to write my review just a few days into my holiday. The location of this hotel is awesome, right next to the beach with tall hills on the other side. Pretty building all around, there is a supermarket directly behind the hotel but check the dates on perishable items. The hotel itself is clean and tidy although a little dated, but that is to be expected. I say it’s clean and tidy because the staff are constantly cleaning up after guests, why people cant use one of the many bins provided is anyone’s guess. Housekeeping is great, fresh towels when asked, water refilled ect. Please remember it’s housekeeping and not maid service, clean up after yourself. Don’t forget it is a tipping culture so leave a tip daily, don’t wait until the end of your stay to tip, the person sorting your room daily may not be the same person who changes the room for the next guest. There are plenty of choices for food, not all were to our tastes but plenty of different dishes so finding something wasn’t an issue, they do use a lot of salt in the cooking and they don’t eat food pipping hot, it’s a culture thing. Always a different main dish each day plus something pasta, something rice, something potato, we even had a hog roast. Salad for every meal and plenty of breakfast choices including pancakes cooked on the griddle. Don’t expect a kettle in the room but on each floor and plenty dotted around you will find water dispensers with hot and cold water from big bottles so if you bring tea or coffee also bring mugs, there are also coffee machines in the bars and restaurants with small paper cups. One last thing, hand hygiene, if you go in the sea wash your hands before eating anything, clean children’s hands too, I bought antibacterial hand wipes with me, the amount of people who send the kids into the sea to pee is shocking.

The hotel was clean and food was good, but my family got the virus so be careful.
The workers very mostly smiling but the barman Tahsin was very sweet and made sure that drinks were just like how we wanted and liked them. He was always smiling and very sweet.
He worked as a bartender and we saw him working in an ala cart restaurant. A good bartender needs to work in a bar.

I liked it very much, it met all expectations! There are, of course, disadvantages, but they are minor. For example, once we met a cockroach in the bathroom in our room, and it’s not a cicada, as they write, it’s still a cockroach) There is no toilet near the beach, we had to run around the lobby bar. And the water in the pool is very cold... And on the plus side: the room is cleaned every day and all towels are changed, upon entering the room, in the bathroom you will find shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, bath salts, shower caps , soap, cotton swabs, and in the closet you will find cozy robes, slippers, a sponge and a shoehorn, and a mini sewing kit. It's very nice that they care about their customers so much. By the way, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom. The food is sooo tasty and varied! We tried shark for the first time)) And there is also the opportunity to visit the “fish and grill” restaurant (it seems so) at the hotel once. On a special form, you indicate what you want in the form of appetizers and main courses. My husband and I chose shrimp and zucchini with curd filling as an appetizer and salmon as a main course. It was delicious! In the main restaurant you could have tea, coffee, juice for breakfast, although drinks were not included in the tour, which was a pleasant surprise! You can buy drinks for lunch and dinner (the waiter will come up to you and offer you one), but there is always free water! Lifeguards are on duty near the pool and sea until 18:00. There are animators with the same song repeated day after day)) Anyone who goes there will understand what I mean!) There were themed evenings in the main restaurant, we went to a Greek evening. There was live music and lots of seafood! In general, if there is another opportunity to return there, we will definitely do so!

Nice beach, great bar, cozy rooms

Very good hotel, his right on the beach, very polite and smile personal. The room was nice and clean everyday. The cuisine was very tasty with a very large variety.For the kids and adults have every day a different games and chanlenges ,it was quite a fun.

The views are absolutely stunning, the pool is great, right on the beach, and the food was delicious, with a a wide va of options.

The bathroom was definitely not 4 stars, but if you don't mind that, it's a perfect place to go for a weekend.
