Update:
There is enough food, but there are many hungry people who fill up the plates and than leave the food intact or take the food with them outside the restaurant, in my opinion there is enough food but people too gready
- rooms: air conditioning is not working but we were lucky and weather was nice so we had a good sleep , but if it was hotter we would have had problems
For 6 days nobody changed the sheets and towels in the room even if they said they will change it after day five
There were only 4 little hotel shampoos when we came, and than nobody brings new ones, when I asked housekeeping, they said to ask in the reception, when I get there they write the room number and said tomorrow, but after day six still no shampoo, than when I asked again, they said that they give only 4 and that's it, doesn't matter how many days you are there
We had an issue with some kind of leakage in the room after a rainy night and nobody cares, when I get to reception to report, receptionist said he doesn't understand me, and that he doesn't speak English , but when we checked in, he was understanding Macedonian, but not when I reacted about the room issues he forgot English too
- shortage of drinks is an everyday thing here, but only bright side in this hotel are bartenders and cooks because they work as much as they can with things that they have on their disposal
- there is an every day fight for sunbeds on the beach because there are not enough and half of them that are on the beach are broken

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN IM MY LIFE AND TO BE CLEAR, I AM NOT A NEEDY GUEST. ONLY BRIGHT THING HERE IS LOCATION OF THE HOTEL AND THE BARTENDERS

BONUS FEATURE - whole my family got GI virus during our stay at this hotel

Objective review on this hotel. Before we came, i was scared reading the reviews but... true that this hotel needs better maintenance but on the other hand you get what you paid, for the money we paid it is really fine. My personal opinion is that this hotel need more open bars, especially one on the beach and they need to overcome shortage of drinks in the bars. Regarding the food, believe me, it's physically impossible to make enough food because people are taking much more that they can eat, but that is not hotels fault, people that come here are hungry . Finally, Location of the hotel is perfect, beachfront, sandy beach southern position, sunny whole day.
This hotel can't compeet with 4star hotel in Turkey, but anyway good for the money.

Just don’t reply to emails , water parks a death trap there more concerned about putting fences up rather than looking after clients / potential clients

Horrible Horrible place. If it was cheap maybe it is okay but they advertise as 4 stars hotel...Dont even know where to start. Not enough food. Bars are not stocked, we managed to have beer twice and coke once. They were always out and only had water. Only one crancky person serving, had to wait forever. 4 lift serves hundreds of people, they kept breaking down, had to wait half hour to get upstairs what was a bit tricky with two under 2s.
Served raw sausage at dinner. Kids pool was not cleaned. Restaurant smellt like piss. Air-conditioning was broken in the room so my 4 months old screamed all night.
No management present. Managed to get a refund after many hours on the phone, checked out after a day and found another hotel. It wasn't a holiday there we just tried to survive. Everyone was so miserable and I can't blame them.

The hotel is not like in the photos. The hotel is old not renovated.I'm so disappointed 😔 air-conditioned not working. We have a family holiday 10 days and in first 3 days we dont have water in the toalete , also they dont have enough clean towels. No wifi in rooms, the agua park dont work it was very dirty . In childrens pool have frogs . For all inclusive dont have nothing to drink . When we ask for somethong theh told us always finish. The personal on the recepsion was very arogant and they never listen about nothing. Lift in the hotel dont work very well and we wait it alot .Expensive for what you paying for not enough stuff.☹️ Don't spend your money here and be disappointed like we was.

Hi I would like to share my holiday in Royal Park.
I'm so disappointed 😔 air-conditioned not working from first day to last day, one day was not water for around 2-3hours , the rooms no body coming for cleaning no towels only 1 for all the time ,☹️ stuff on the recipients are rude need training not trying to help trying to avoid all the problems like saying tomorrow will be fine. I asked them to change my room the manager never turned up. My worst hotel ever been. Only 2 lifts working for 4 and very busy I have to work up and down. Nothing is like on the pictures what they posted.Expensive for what you paying for not enough stuff, also plate are not clean I don't expect this at all. ☹️ Don't spend your money here and be disappointed like me .

I don't even know where to start.
OK first of all, the hygiene there is not respected at all. Literally the first day we were there and we were checking in at the reception, I noticed how there were literal thick spiderwebs behind the computers at the lobby that they use to reserve our rooms so how can they not see that it's there. Then when we finally received our room keys, we wanted to go to the elevator but they didn't work so we had to go to the 4th floor by stairs and mind you, for us it was fine but for the family that came with us who literally had a baby and needed to carry everything up to the 8th floor, it wasn't a fun experience. Then when we got to the room, the sheets weren't even changed and desperately needed to be ironed. The mini fridge wasn't even working properly and the door from the refrigerator was missing so it could barely freeze some ice-cream. The tv remote wasn't even working, only 1 out of 4 lights actually worked and the bathroom was so nasty that I felt disgusted to even wash my face with that water.
Moving on to the food, I'm gonna be honest and tell you that it was all frozen food heated up and served to us. The most disgusting thing is that they took the meat they served us today and put it in a different sauce and served it to us tomorrow and so on and some of them even had feathers on them🤢. Like it was very rare to actually eat something fresh. A lot of people also got food poisoning. Another thing is that you literally had to fight for some forks and spoons, bowls and plates. Don't even get me started on how I had to wait half an hour for a spoon or how people would fight for fruits and they would be gone in 2 seconds.
They were always out of drinks and one day they even had nothing to offer.
Btw most of the plates weren't even washed properly and you had to search for clean ones instead.
Also when you check in they tell you that you can go to an ,,Italian restaurant,, but in reality they just make you choose between pizza and pasta and you can only get one of them and the pizza is frozen and the pasta isn't even cooked well. Also the restaurant is right next to a toy shop so they can attract kids and make you spend money. It's all a big business scheme.
And OH MY GOD, the toilets in that hotel are nastier than a trash can. You rarely even find toilet paper in there.
Also in all the days we stayed there, they NEVER EVEN ONCE, gave us new towels or changed our bedsheets. We once asked for an iron and they were like ,,we can't rn cz we gave it to someone else yesterday,, WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU CAN'T GIVE IT TO US? Do you only have one iron for the whole hotel?
We also talked to some other people there and they agreed that they've never seen something this bad before.
Overall it was really nasty and we're definitely not going back.🥲

As a matter of fact we tried to see the reception and eventually to book room for further vacation, however some dumb drunk idiot grading front gate, from the aliens may be, stopped us getting in, because we do not have wristlet….. Owners, if you like Tom have tourists, do not cry but select your staff….

The worst managed hotel I have seen in my entire life. The hotel is in a wonderful location and the idea is very good, but the management is a disaster. Everything is very dirty and the organization of the dining rooms is very bad. They definitely have less staff than they should.
It should be mentioned that they have many facilities (even if they are badly managed) such as: swimming pool, water park and access to the beach. They also have other facilities, but they were closed, even though it was the season and the hotel was full.

This is a dirty, disgusting place. I've never seen such a horrible hotel before. Everything is dirty and stinky, no cleaning, air condition doesn't work, only 2 of 4 elevators are working, but very-very slow, small, dirty and stinky too, 10 minutes to get the 7th floor every fuking time. The The food is cheap and tasteless, but you have to fight for it with a branch of hungry and jerk people who try to collect everything edible to bring up their room. The snack bar is crowded too, you have to wait a very long time on the sun, to get some food. Never go to this horror hotel.

Everything is ruined, grass is burnt, nothing is properly working, the territory is a mess. It was a very nice place 5-7 years ago, but now it's completely destroyed. Would never come here again. The only good thing is the beach and location, but it's not related to the hotel.
