Location: in the area Arkutino, 50 km from the airport of Burgas, 10 km from the centre of Sozopol.
Consists of one 4-storey main building and twenty small buildings (3-4 floors).
The hotel has 160 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach is 250 m away (2 coastline). Road to the beach is through the dunes. Umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free of charge.

It was ok. I am not thrilled. The room was a little bit disappointing.

The resort is definitely not up to its 4 stars advertisement. It is located on a hill and there are a lot of stairs and steep paths, thus totally not advisable for families with small kids. The food is plenty but cheap, not tasty and almost always cold. The restaurant is on two levels, with the barbecue on the first floor and all the rest of the food on the second floor. As it is self-service, one should run around in order to chose the right meal, which is not suitable for families with small kids. The service (beverages and cleaning the plates) is awful and unprofessional, young guys smoking while working. The beach is the only good thing about the resort, not very far, about 5 min walk over a wooden path through the dunes. Overall, for the price paid clients should receive much more. We will definitely not come back again.

Never book this one... Unreasonable price that don't response to the food quality. This apart hotel offers all inclusive which quality is so poor, so I prefered to spend additional money to have meals outside. Cheapest possible food cooked by beginners. For a week we once got sea food expressed in tasteless squids and shrimps - probably bought from any of the supermarkets due to their expiry date...

The resort is not that great anymore.
Bathrooms need deep clean to remove mildew.
Restaurant was the greatest disappointment. Dirty table cloths, chairs, floor. The food was not good quality.

Great place for wonderful holiday for the families with small or a little bit order kids. Wonderful service, tasty meals, wonderful beach.

Very clean and friendly staff.. a lot of good food and diverse activities for children. Nice pool and gym. Good prices

The location is more than convenient, great beach and the place is really chill, however half of the rooms are very near the main road, which is the reason you cannot open the balcony while you sleep. You either risk to get sick if you sleep while having the conditioner turned on or you just cant sleep because there is no air in the room.
All inclusive + free snacks before and after lunch, but it's always the same. There is always stuff to eat from the barbeque for lunch dinner breakfast, but the french fries are ALWAYS cold.
Good variety overall, many salads, main dishes and deserts, but not enough healthy food choices and no lean meat.
The pool is really cool and the free beverages from the pool bar are cool as well, however, the pool itself is dirty and is not regularly cleaned.

the location, it’s great for families with kids looking for a holiday with a great beach and away from the crowds. the food was delicious and with ample variety. we stayed a week and it was not repetitive. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the views from the room were spectacular - of the mountains and the beach.

I want to say a huge thank you to the bartender of your hotel. A wonderful person. He speaks Russian very well. Everything in the bar was always very clean and beautiful.
