Izola Paradise Hotel - All Inclusive

Werkelijk een vreselijke ervaring, nog nooit meegemaakt in Bulgarije. En we komen er al vele jaren CORENDON onwaardig! En verwacht ook geen hulp van de reisleiding, dat kan pas als je thuis bent. Niet schoon, smerig gewoon! Eten onhygiënisch, tafels worden pas aan het eind van hun dienst schoongemaakt met een doekje dat voor alles wordt gebruikt, als het tijd is gaat de lamp uit en word je onder de voet gelopen door het personeel dat gaat eten in dezelfde zaal. Gedragen zich niet prettig, je wordt weggekeken, niet op Europeanen gericht. Kamers worden gewoon niet schoongemaakt, zelf maar wc papier vragen bij de receptie. En je moet wachten totdat personeel zelf aan de beurt is geweest voordat je koffie of eten kunt pakken. Personeel (schoonmakers bijvoorbeeld) eet ook alle snacks, nou ja vieze koekjes en bakken ijs, op en niks wordt aangevuld. Ga ook niet in de weg staan als het personeel staat te biljarten, want je wordt gewoon bedreigd. WCs supersmerig, sportzaal vergane glorie, alles achterstallig onderhoud, veel kapot (gordijnen bijvoorbeeld)en alles is vies. En de vele voorzieningen zoals badhanddoekenservice en spa bestaan gewoon niet. Zwembad ook vies, er drijft van alles in en dat ligt er na een week nog. Reisleiding moet ook eens verder kijken dan de 'schone' lobby, want de rest is echt verschrikkelijk! En misschien ook eens komen eten hier, dan gaan de Awards of the year tot 2018 van Corendon ook meteen van de muur denk ik!

The hotel rooms are not great. If you’re an uneven number one of you’ll have to sleep on a couch that has been extended. The bar is decent: drinks and cocktails are decent. Food is under average (for a 4-star hotel). The downside is for sure the personnel. First they thought we’d cheated with the deposit (only cash - no card), but it turned out we had already paid, which they didn’t believe. The personnel is also terrible in other aspects. They didn’t want to change our towels (which we had to use for both showers and pools). This is not 4-star standards at all, and they don’t care at all. The air-conditioning isn’t working either by the way.

Samyy otritsatelnyy faktor, nalichie bolshogo kolichestva grupp molodyh lyudey 18-22 let, iz Danii, u kotoryh net elementarnyh ponyatiy o kulture povedeniya. Eto obsolyutnye hamy i otmorozki. Osobenno v vechernee i nochnoe vremya, kogda lyudi hotyat otdyhat, oni perebravshi napitkov nachinayut orat, krichat, pet pesni, brosat iz okon i balkonov pustye butylki i stakany. Poroy nevozmozhno zasnut nochyu iz-za shuma. Prizyvy k tishine pomogayut daleko ne vsegda. Neponyatny dve veshchi. Kto i kak ih vospityval? Pozitsiya administratsii otelya. If your English do not come here TV didn’t work shower was broke they don’t clean your room the sheets don’t fit the beds. Missed check out time (went for a walk) When I got back locked out the room.had to pay 60lv. No one smiles staff have no manners.

The Hotel is old .. rooms are dirty, with broken furniture and ripped curtains.. a Receptionists who sits on her phone and is not interested at all in helping guests.. Gustes had to get toiletpaper from store .. there was not enought in hotel.. Pool area very dirty on ground. Public toilets are cleaned 1 time a day and soooo dirty. Receptionists

From day one asked for another hotel with possible additional payment. food is cold as previously reported several times. Never had such a bad hotel. You don't have to ask anything at the reception because you have a 90% chance that you will not get an answer to the question you asked. Now you think what could be wrong with a breakfast? Nothing right? You get to eat stale bread and the people who put some on the plates throw it on as if you were an animal. Unfortunately, there was no other hotel available for us except one. We had to pay 900 euros extra for this. Then eat out every day. The people of corndon push them at the back of the hotel is my opinion where you look at a rubbish tip. Left card in the room by mistake. Reported this to the reception. Again blunt answer. had to pay 10 euros to enter with another card. The girl from the animation spoke to me about this, after which I suddenly received a different card. If you were thinking about booking this hotel, I would say …….. Absolutely not I do not understand that a company like corendon offers this hotel

I don't even know where to start because there is so much to say... If you can still modify your reservation, do so! I don't mind saying that at a low price you can't have everything but this hotel doesn't even deserve a two star rating and even less to be offered by a major tour operator... We arrived with our tour operator around 11 a.m. at the hotel, we arrive at reception and are told that check in is at 2 p.m. so far nothing extraordinary but for the first time in my life in more than 20 years of traveling all in on tells me that we cannot have access to the all in before 2 p.m., we cannot eat or drink anything. Personally I am pregnant and the people with us had a baby a few months old. Answer to know if we can't even have a little something to drink "There is an ATM in front of the hotel and a mini market you can buy drinks and food there"... in the meantime I can't do it nothing if my tour operator makes me take a flight that arrives that early. The hotel is really really dirty, the shared hotel toilets should be avoided unless you like splashing in piss and I'll spare you the smell... The room is full carpet which must be over 40 years old, it's coming off, there are stains, pieces of "It's better not to know what". The entertainment is non-existent. Some days there aren't even any. The staff is extremely unfriendly, sometimes we ask a question, they look at us then turn their head and don't even answer. It's a shame to leave an establishment like that open under the name of a 4 star. The food is the same every other day but everything is immediately empty and the restocking time is very long. A snack bar is supposed to be open from 3 to 5 p.m., it is never open before 4:15 p.m. in quantities that are too limited for the number of customers and still closes at 5 p.m. The cleaning ladies come around 9:30 a.m./10 a.m. if you decide to get up a little later, no one comes by. The swimming pool is dirty and the surrounding area is also full of stagnant water. I could still write at length but apart from telling you not to try the experience there is nothing else to say... In short, spend 200 euros more to avoid this!
