2 star hotels in Pamporovo

Rooms were clean and warm when we got there and the heating was on all the time. There was hot water all the time. The hotel is in the center of the village so you can't miss it and the kitchen there was fantastic, everything was very delicious at reasonable prices. The prices for the rooms were ok, a little bit higher I think but with prices these days, they were fine.

Good hotel, quality price is aceptable. The restaurant is convenient. There is a breakfast included with the room. The people attending the restaurant and the hotel are the same a super friendly. Negative points, a lot of flies in the restaurant and the floor tiles in the bathroom were slippery.

Nice and friendly hotel good value for the money. No air condition and breakfast is very minimal also the wifi is very limited.

Great location, nice view, only drawback was that the restaurant only offered a reduced number of options due to covid and the water in the pool is cool.

Uau. Unbelievable place. At the edge of the forest. Very calm, perfect for family holiday. The Vilas are with everything necessary inside. The restaurant is very very good with perfect kitchen. You can taste home made dishes and home made drinks. Will visit again definitely.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of the city. The center can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. The Smolyan waterfall is two steps from the house, and the Canyon of the waterfalls is a 10-minute drive away. I would say that the location is very good. Comparing price/quality, this hotel is great choice. Food is OK, rooms are large, SPA is OK and water in the pool is warm(~27°C) !

Cheap and cheerful, nice bar to sit in some staff can be a bit challenging but I think sometimes it's a language understanding barrier. Warm basic. Getting dated

Clean, basic rooms. Food is alright but it's often warm or cold. There is a microwave stuck in the corner you can use though. Staff are very helpful and allowed us to move rooms when our original neighbours ended up being on more of a lads drinking holiday than a skiing one. Shuttle to and from the slopes is very good and only 10-15 mins away

This is a 2 star hotel but deserves to be at least 3 stars. Clean rooms with nice views, very friendly staff, rich breakfast, nice lobby. They also have a very cool bar. It is close to the ski resort, they also have a shuttle to there. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay there.

We had our first holiday in Pamporovo and we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Prespa! All the staff were very friendly to us. The rooms where clean, but the furnishing was a bit old. The hotel restaurant was nice. There is no easy direct path from the hotel to the ski lift, which makes it hard to walk so much equipped with ski stuff.

The hotel is nice ,stuff are friendly . Restaurant food is good and the prices is not bad ( normal prices regarding to the area).Rooms are clean but the warm stop some times. The spa center is not much big (Sauna ,Steam bath). The hotel provide a shuttle and ski equipment rent with lowest prices comparing with the ski schools . Every member of staff was super keen and extremely helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our needs (we had an apartment: a bedroom,a bathroom, and a lounge with a sofa bed). The best service in the area. Ekaterina Dafovska, the only Bulgarian gold medallist in winter Olympic games served us personally. She was helping the whole stuff and being extremly polite. We took pictures and spoke with her. The restaurant staff cooked something for us in the middle of the night, even though it was closed. Prices are low and the hotel is very clean.

Excellent place for this money, I was taken 1 smile room for 13 $ per night . the are have some trouble with WiFi it is unavailable in room or poor signal ,but I think you can manage stay without internet for short time . Generally it is very good location for ski , near by very 2 market.

Location is just perfect. The rooms are really clean and warm. What I find peculiar is that there are no bathrobes for the SPA available in the rooms. We got a very large room with a view to the mountain. The hotel is located in Pomporovo, which is well located for hikes in rodopee area. Brakefast was good and the staff were very helpfull.

Everyone at the hotel is really nice. I didn't like that you had to scan QR code for the menu. Its not really that expensive, but I don't recommend to pay with card, because they charged me more for my room then they should.

Splendid location into the deep forest, next to the ski run, simply get down the hill to the hotel. Authentic Russian Bath -it's paid 10leva per each, but truly worth it. Not quite diverse, but the menu covers most of the authentic Ukrainian cuisine. Quite reasonably priced.

Visited the restaurant - great food and a relaxing environment. Hard to distinguish the personnel and the guests - seemed like a family place. We felt a little like intruders because everyone seemed like they knew each other (russian speaking) and we were somehow like being the only guests there.

Hotel Mursalitsa is really great. We were a family group of 5 people and had nice time. The Spa facilities are amazing and perfect for a relax after all day of skiing. The staff were absolutely superb starting from reception, to restaurant and spa specialists. Definitely recommend and can't wait to go back.
