Free breakfast, rooms are nice, stuff is very nice, restaurant is nice also.

Rooms were clean and warm when we got there and the heating was on all the time. There was hot water all the time. The hotel is in the center of the village so you can't miss it and the kitchen there was fantastic, everything was very delicious at reasonable prices. The prices for the rooms were ok, a little bit higher I think but with prices these days, they were fine.

Good hotel, quality price is aceptable. The restaurant is convenient. There is a breakfast included with the room. The people attending the restaurant and the hotel are the same a super friendly. Negative points, a lot of flies in the restaurant and the floor tiles in the bathroom were slippery.

Nice and friendly hotel good value for the money. No air condition and breakfast is very minimal also the wifi is very limited.

Uau. Unbelievable place. At the edge of the forest. Very calm, perfect for family holiday. The Vilas are with everything necessary inside. The restaurant is very very good with perfect kitchen. You can taste home made dishes and home made drinks. Will visit again definitely.

Indeed, the house, the location of the house, the yard and especially the host - just everything is great. This is a 2 star hotel but deserves to be at least 3 stars. Clean rooms with nice views, very friendly staff, rich breakfast, nice lobby. They also have a very cool bar. It is close to the ski resort, they also have a shuttle to there. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay there.

The rooms where clean, but the furnishing was a bit old. The hotel restaurant was nice. There is no easy direct path from the hotel to the ski lift, which makes it hard to walk so much equipped with ski stuff.

Everyone at the hotel is really nice. I didn't like that you had to scan QR code for the menu. Its not really that expensive, but I don't recommend to pay with card, because they charged me more for my room then they should.

This hotel is a pretty good place to stay for your vacation. Food choice seems decent, although it would be great for a little more variety to be added. The rooms are comfortable to stay in and have the basic things you need for your vacation. The biggest problem is that the hotel is difficult to navigate, but other than that it is a good place to stay

The hotel is situated a bit far from the lift but there is bus every hour from hotel to the lift. Food was good and the apartment we stayed was very nice. The pool wasn't that clear but the sauna was OK. Would go there again.

Everything in the room was very old and worn out. The bathroom door and washing basin was rotten, difficult to close the door. The bed sheets were small, towers worn-out and stinky of bleach. The blinds wasn't functioning - could not open and no curtains. Do not recommend.

Excellent place for this money, I was taken 1 smile room for 13 $ per night . the are have some trouble with WiFi it is unavailable in room or poor signal ,but I think you can manage stay without internet for short time . Generally it is very good location for ski , near by very 2 market.

Pamporovo is always is amazing. Food was tasty, both dinner and breakfast, great service by the friendly staff, had a tidy and warm room, with an extra heating, comfy mattress, nice bathroom with perfectly clean bath, had a cooking area, barbeque area by the extremely nice balcony with a breath-taking view! We stayed at Malina Villas for 3 nights, December 30 - January 2nd, it was amazing - very nice cottages, very nice place maintained with responsibility and respect. Our cottage was clean, warm and very cosy. The restaurant is very nice and the food is just great 😃 Above all, the staff, the people working there make the difference. We had a great stay ☺️

Really good bungalows, warm, really clean, modern bath and kitchen with all daily necessities included. The food at the restaurant was varied, for all something there, typical Bulgarian food as well. The best pizza in the area on menu. Very nice service. Daily cleaning lady in the bungalows.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our family time enjoyable. Its proximity to the slopes makes it perfect for a ski vacation, especially with small kids. We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of the host.

Nice and comfortable cabins next to the ski slope, surrounded by trees. They clean the cabins every day, the staff is friendly. The rooms are warm and you have everything you need at ease. We had half board and all the meals were great! It was our fourth holiday in the same place!
