Apartments in Pamporovo

We stayed 3 nights. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable, bedding snow white. Food in the restaurant delicious, especially recommend tongue with butter and manatarka, this is a mushroom. The lady who works at the front desk is very nice and helpful. She recommended places to go and attractions to see. We are looking forward to visit again.

Great location, right next to the slope. You can hop on your skis and get to the lift station in less than 2min, but it's still quiet at night. The restaurant is very good too. You don't need much more than that actually.

Apartments in need of upgrading and redecorating. Socket blew up when plugging kettle on, staff not bothered! If your room is in block 5, be warned it can get every noisy- bar, shop and reception, People arriving and leaving 24/7. If your after very basic means this is what you will get.

There were huge icecles on the roof of the entire complex which could become very dangaraus. The rooms are ok, the heating is with electrical radiator which made the air very dry and hard to breath in the night. The location is perfect, you can literally start skiing from the exit, there is a slope Infront which bring you to the bus station. There is a shop in the complex, where you can buy groceries...

The rooms were nice, and the breakfast was good. However, we encountered several issues during our stay. The TV channels frequently froze, which was frustrating. Additionally, we couldn't open our window during the day due to the unpleasant smell coming from the restaurant's kitchen. The restaurant itself was a disappointment. The breakfast is very good. Rooms are OK. But - expensive meals, for nothing special. Half of the menu is gone in the early evening hours on Saturday. When you open the room windows, instead of the clean mountain air, you get leftover smell from the kitchen.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly and highly professional staff. Rooms are big, clean and well maintained. Spa center is cozy and hygiene levels are optimal. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices and the same applies to the dinner menu. Totally approved and recommended, will definitely visit again next year!

The Hotel was average. The rooms were clean, and mostly maintained. There were some holes from some cables above the door, but I've seen worse... The apartment seems to have been designed with a kitchen in mind, but later removed and replaced with a smallish bed instead. The hotel is cozy and wonderful for a family vacation! The food is delicious, the wellness zone is not really big - sauna, salt room and jacuzzi, but it is not overcrowded. Also delicious food 🥘🥗

Great hotel and location, modernized and spacious rooms, friendly staff, delicious food, enough parking space, nice small spa center :) didn't like only that in the morning we were hearing our neighbors and the chimney wasn't well isolated cuz we could smell the iqos of the people smoking in their room below our room...overall highly recommend!

Rated as a corresponding three star hotel. Well it is nowere near that. Still it is OK for the price.

Stayed in the penthouse apartment with adult family of 5. The apartment is very spacious and has good size lounge and kitchen. Beds are comfortable and also has 3 bathrooms. Atanas the host/manager is super helpful and is full of good information on what to see and do. The transport to and from the ski slopes is very welcome after a long day skiing. However it is only a 10min walk if you feel inclined...

The hotel is close to the ski trails. 5 min walking to the lift. It's apartment hotel, you have small kitchen so you can cook if you want. There is a minimarket with the basic staff you may need. Good for family vacation.

The location its good but there is no facilities in the hotel not even a restaurant, you got to cross road to get to brekfast and dinner. Great place not far from ski lifts, the rooms are warm but there are some basic thing that are missing, like a feet towel for the bathroom or the fact that the shower head is broken...

Nice place, was a little disappointed that the spa and pool was closed when we where there, also very limited parking. Over all a good place for skiing

As this is an apart-hotel, the quality of the room you get is going to be a function of the owner/maintainer of the particular room. The one that we got was very clean and cozy, although you could see the developer taking shortcuts here and there. As far as the complex itself, one huge problem is parking space. Very nice apartments that are not too expensive and quite clean. The service is also great. There is not restaurant in the hotel/apartments but there is a great restaurant right across the street.

Extremely nice place to relax. Very close to the lift, well heated, clean and suitable for families. Very responsive staff, kind hosts! I strongly recommend!

What you see in the photos is what you get. Warm and clean rooms. Bathrooms are clean too and seem to be pretty new. Great value for money. We booked an apartment for four people an infant and a dog for three nights. The apartment was clean and spacious. There was barely enough cookware in the kitchen but was OK to prepare a decent meal. The restaurant was a bit small just few tables and the menu was not quite long as well. The fried meatballs were just perfect and are a must in my opinion.
