We went to the campsite for the pool. This turned out not to be open yet. They were still plastering. The receptionist acted as if this was quite normal in mid-June while it was 30 degrees. There was nothing on the website about this.

Furthermore, we smashed our tyres on the grounds of the camper site on a sharply rising edge. There was a car of the staff directly behind the barrier so we could not enter via the entrance but had to enter via the barrier of the exit, after which there was another van parked so that we could not make the turn properly and thus punctured our tyres. This forced us to stay 10 days longer. There was no interest in us and the situation. When I asked for a discount because it was already expensive, the receptionist said this was not possible. I was also told that I was not allowed to work in the lobby but that they allowed me to.how can you be so rude. I had a call ones and that disturbed her. She was sitting all day the Office. By the way, hardly anyone ever came into the lobby because the hotel is pretty much empty. Mini market is never open and restaurant is not. By the way, the website says these facilities are there also for camping guests. When I mentioned that the wifi did not work at the campsite, she also said that this is normal and that there is only good wifi at the lobby. Only according to her, you are not allowed to sit there. Strange!This place is anything but welcoming. The hospitality it offers is wafer-thin. She is too busy smoking. Soulless

Pros:
- Bathrooms and toilets are clean and heated.
- Camping pitches are well organised.
Cons:
- There is no one if you have some problem or emergency. You are on your own! We wanted to late checkout but couldn't find anyone to tell it. So we left to visit city when we came back our trailer locked inside and we could get in camping area and there was no one of course! We had to extra reservation to enter camping area to get out trailer.
- Internet connection is terrible! You can consider there is no wifi.
- There is no water connection for camper in winter.
- Common sanitary rooms are closed for winter.

Overall, our experience at Glamping & Motel "Alliance" was extremely disappointing. We paid 36€ for a pitch with no toilet access, no WiFi, no kitchen area, and no one to talk to, we also payed an extra €5 each for access to the spa which was in darkness and flooded with everything drained down for the winter, when I complained and asked for a refund I was told by a very unhelpful manager it was the end of the season and what did I expect, well I expect them not to advertise something that is not working and not to change me for it. The receptionist was just as useless she was never at the desk and when I did find her outside taking on her phone which must have been a very important call because I was waved away with a look of disgust and she didn't appear until 25 mins later. This is a very unexpected experience from the usual good service we receive in Bulgaria, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve the quality of service for their guests.

I would not recommend this place to anyone and advise finding a different accommodation option in the area.

Try to call, no answer. Can't get inside front parking without QR code, can't get to reception without QR code.
Found at the back of the restaurant a chap who got us to the reception, reception personnel came from back office. We got a look at the place, pool close, no shade, more QR code needed to get to the camper parking. So did not stay. Place relatively close from the main road.

Wifi is very bad. 'Access denied'
A lot of mosquitos.
We chose a shady spot but it isn't shady in the morning.
Toilet and shower is clean hence the 2 stars.
Very expensive. Nothing to do in walking distance. No shop or restaurant nearby. It's a dead place.
