I have a strong feeling the person serving us was also the owner of the small hotel. He was highly motivated, helpful and nice at all times, even when facing multiple day guests arriving simultaneously and demanding service at once.
Lots of attention to detail was evident on multiple occasions and the gardening around the building made for a lovely ambience in the middle of the old town.

Got here by car, no problem at all. Huge double garage with parking enough for 6 cars. Great breakfast, eggs cooked to order, big selection of cheeses. Location was very convenient to our favorite local bar & dinner spot, Contrabass. Walking distance, if your legs can handle the climbing!to Capana and downtown Plovdiv.

Very good location for walking around the Old Town. Awkward access with a car, though it is possible to book a space in the owner's garage. Pleasant terrace where one can take breakfast. The room was just about adequate but several items of furniture were rickety or broken. e.g. The shower fell off the wall. One staff member was surly at breakfast, becoming cross when asked for a hotter cup of tea.

Good service in top location. I have always wanted to spend a night at the old town of Plovdiv. They serve great breakfast as promised, delicious tea and the hotel does have lovely garden to read a book or drink your coffee. It is calm and clean :)

The location is very good if you are visiting without a car. With a car it’s a nightmare. The hotel was very clean. They have beautiful little garden. The tv was 20+years old and was not working and the handle in the bathroom was broke so one of us got locked there. The staff is very polite and kind. The breakfast was very basic. For the price - 2.5/5 starts

Location at the heart of the historical old town. Calm and quiet place, standard continental breakfast, polite staff. Bathroom's need some renovation, definitely.

Recommend a lot. In the old town near the center, near Kapana - best place to visit. Inside a beautiful facility, nice hosts. Great value.

the rooms were good, clean, the front garden was really lively and beautiful. good location.

It is located in the Old town so the atmosphere is nice and it is quiet around. It is also very close to Kapana and to the center of the city. I liked the rooms and the hotel's garden. The service could be better but I can live with it. I'd totally recommend the hotel.
