We got no instructions on the key and code needed to enter, and when we reached the location, there was no one there. Fortunately, a good woman in a bar nearby helped us talk to the owner and figure things out. The room was cold, and obviously, there was no one to talk to.
During the breakfast, the staff was a bit weird as they kept monitoring us throughout.
Felt discomfort and wouldn't recommend it.

Very nice hotel great breakfast delicious coffee great communication with Maria easy to find and to get in close to centre clean and with character..

Beautiful house, very friendly owners. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The rooms have also AC, so during the hot summer days you can stay in your room and relax, before going out early evening.

Friendly hosts and a warm welcome. The hotel itself is very "rustic" and the rooms very much of the old style. The beds were comfortable but without mattress protectors.
The bathrooms are very archaic and the showers could do with an upgrade. Also it would have been nice to have an hairdryer in the room.

Location is in the old town and we were able to park right outside which was good as parking is of a premium around there.

A very cozy and convenient hotel with friendly staff and charming room setting and nice garden. Great hospitality and clean everywhere. There were coffee and tea, as well as hot/cold water all the time. This family style hotel is located at the Old Town on a quiet and very peaceful street. It is only 10 minutes walking distance to the city center. Walking alone the cobblestone street, you can see the remaining of the ancient city wall and arch stone gate. Highly recommended and we will visit again for sure!!

Very charming hotel in the old town. Absolutely amazing! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel is very well located near main attractions but on a quiet and very peaceful street. We had a great stay, will definitely repeat

Unfortunately it was a huge disappointment for us. I don't know how their rating got so high, but the rooms and furniture are very old, the rooms are not clean, the breakfast is very, very simple (they were offering Activia from the market) and not tasty at all. The bathroom was very old and the shower was broken. Wouldn't recommend.

Best place in Plovdiv. Great breakfast, pet friendly. Location is unbeatable and parking can usually be accommodated for free. Very close to the amphitheatre for concerts.

Very friendly staff, the hotel room was very clean, cozy and affordable. The room had everything you keed amd a refrigerator as well. The location is great as it's in the Old Town. The breakfast was perfect, quite a lot of choices on what you can eat. There was cereal, Activia yogurt, 7Days croissants, hardboiled eggs, jam, honey, chocolate for a sandwich. There was also ham, salami and other meat products along with melted cheese for some nice sandwiches. Also a good number of juices to choose from, also large variety of teas and coffee drinks. It is also a 15-20 minute walk to the city center so you don't need to drive or use any public transport.
Overall it was a lovely experience and I would definitely visit again when I come to Plovidv next time.
