A quiet place with no cars where you can leave your children play outside till late with no worries. Birdsongs will cure your soul in June/July. The friendly staff will make you feel at home. The beach is just across the dunes. We have created friendships here with oth other families that come each year. The only place for improvement is the menu in the restaurant which is quite short, mainly salads, BBQ and fried food.

Very chill and inexpensive place tucked between Primorsko and Kiten within very close distance of the beach line. The rooms could be better but for the price it makes for a good vacation.

Friendly staff, always ready to help. A family friendly place where you can enjoy your vacation and your kids can have fun.

The unique location of the family-run hotel tucked away in a private Park, and night had really heard a soothing, pesnopoy birds. 5-7 minutes walk from one of the best beaches in Bulgaria - Primorsko. The wide, sandy strip of beach, long several kilometers from Primorsko to Kiten, and relying SSO so wide strip of sand dunes. Was near a forest near a road in the neighborhood Banevo, pleasant for picnics and walks.
The hotel itself has a good base to experience for large and small swings, slides, table tennis, beach volleyball. There is private Parking for 10-12 persons in the courtyard. The landscaping is very well - have exotic palm vegetation and attractive aromatic jasmineva arch. Part of the courtyard under the canopy of old oak trees.
The restaurant was excellent, the staff friendly and attentive. In the area in RADIS 500-600 meters, has 10 accommodation facilities - hotels and bungalows, each of which has its advantages, but the charm in charming hotel that is located in a quiet and tranquil with a view to the Park atmosphere and a private walkway to the beach. Unlike many new hotels are affordable prices for Bulgarian families and rooms offer all the necessary amenities, furniture and service center.
