This place is the best! It is so comfortable, you will sleep like a rock in those huge beds. The design is one of the best I’ve seen ever. The stuff is so kind. I would stay here again and again and again (so far I’ve stayed here 7 times already)

We stayed for four nights at this marvelous hotel. The rooms were delightful, consistently clean, always warm. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, while the breakfast offered was outstanding. The hotel's amenities, including sauna, jacuzzi, and swimming pool, added to experience. Located 5-10 minutes on foot from the first ski lift, the hotel also provided a convenient van service to transport us there and back. I have no words. Thank you so much. Until next time! :)

Amazing hotel (apartments or studios), big apartment room, two TVs, shower, bath, kitchenette, big closets. Very helpful and kind staff. Hotel is 7 minutes walk to the ski lifts and to the centre, no need for taxi. Highly recommended! Would repeat this visit for sure!!

This place is one of the best places to stay if you visit Bansko and you are keen on good food, comfort, and excellent service.

we had a pleasant 3 night stay here during off season, in a spacious studio with a kitchenette. it looks like they had a recent facelift, the interior looks brand new. the bath tub in my room however does need some maintenance for the leak. staff was great, welcoming and always helpful especially at the restaurant. we indeed had dinner there every night.

The hotel definitely doesn't deserve the 5-star category. There are so many things missing. The bathroom is extremely small, they forgot to load it with shower gel, shampoo, etc. The rooms are spacious at the other hand. There is nice view to the mountains. The SPA area is too small for the capacity of the hotel. There are 2 saunas and a steam bath which are all not big enough to accommodate all of the guests. The lobby and the lobby bar are not good or at least not on the level for 5-star "boutique" hotel. There was nobody at the lobby bar. They are not offering any cocktails. I asked for negroni and they charged me separately for 1 small gin, small Martini and small Campari which at the end resulted in a cocktail as twice expensive as regular. Also in the bill was included 10% service fee even though I was not satisfied with the service at all. They never told me about this. The only thing that was exceptional in this hotel was the breakfast. It was really phenomenal. Greetings to the chef of the restaurant. There were a lot of things to choose from and everything was delicious and extraordinary.

Great value. Spacious room. Very quiet. Full breakfast and even better... the spa! Infrared, dry, steam, hot tub, pool. This place has everything. I will stay here again.

Loved this hotel. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Great food too. Only minor complaint was walking back up hill after a hard days ski. I found out on the way home there were shuttles to take you there and back from the hotel. Who knew. 😂 all in all if you’re staying here you won’t be disappointed. Friendly staff too.

Absolutely amazing experience: enjoyed jacuzzi, sauna, pool and massage.
Food was at a very high level and the attention the staff offers is full 5*.

We didn’t know this hotel before and it was a very pleasant surprise! Big and comfortable flat, very friendly and efficient staff, good location near the ‘gondola’ , and a wonderful spa with excellent massage treatments performed by the skillful and very friendly Yana
