Amira Boutique Hotel

Very nice and clean place and and very nice people working there. Coming here for 3 years in a row for during season. My kids love Amira and ask to book for the following year before we leave ☺️

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Amira, however there are a couple of points of feedback: - the shuttle bus times in the room aren't up to date which caused confusion, and on occasion a different hotel bus would pick you up and this wasn't always made clear so could be easily missed - no coffee facilities in the rooms - we believe the suites offered this but not the rooms. Otherwise, the staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms clean and the food good! Thank you for having us.

This place is the best! It is so comfortable, you will sleep like a rock in those huge beds. The design is one of the best I’ve seen ever. The stuff is so kind. I would stay here again and again and again (so far I’ve stayed here 7 times already)

We stayed for four nights at this marvelous hotel. The rooms were delightful, consistently clean, always warm. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, while the breakfast offered was outstanding. The hotel's amenities, including sauna, jacuzzi, and swimming pool, added to experience. Located 5-10 minutes on foot from the first ski lift, the hotel also provided a convenient van service to transport us there and back. I have no words. Thank you so much. Until next time! :)

Lovely hotel up a slight hill. Large room with very small bathroom. Dressing gown and slippers provided. Not tea/ coffe facilities in our room.Reception and dining room staff pleasant. Good selection for breakfast. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, massage and small gym with bike, treadmill and multi gym.Hotel has ski bus to gondola although we didn't use, prefer to walk short distance

Amazing hotel (apartments or studios), big apartment room, two TVs, shower, bath, kitchenette, big closets. Very helpful and kind staff. Hotel is 7 minutes walk to the ski lifts and to the centre, no need for taxi. Highly recommended! Would repeat this visit for sure!!

This place is one of the best places to stay if you visit Bansko and you are keen on good food, comfort, and excellent service.

This is a lovely hotel with great, well maintained and clean facilities. There is a spa which has a Finnish sauna, red light sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and pool which is great to relax in after a day of skiing. The breakfast is great, with plenty of options. There were a couple of logistical things that were not shared with us on arrival which would have made this 5 star. Firstly, there is a ski equipment room in the hotel lobby where you can leave your boots and board. This wasn’t shared with us and we didn’t see it so were carrying everything up and down to the room for the first two days. Second, you need a parking permit that the hotel will give you to put in your windscreen. This was not shared with us and we were lucky we weren’t clamped for the first 3 days. When we went to ask on day 4 about parking, she wrote us a slip to put in the window. Third, the spa is open to children. It would be better if the spa had limited hours for kids and the rest of the time was adults only. Lastly, the pillows are pretty dire and feel as if they were stuffed with cotton balls! There also is a bus to take you to the gondola (10 min walk), which was good apart from on the first day when it just didn’t show up! Overall a great stay, but sharing more information on arrival would have made this a 5 star stay!

we had a pleasant 3 night stay here during off season, in a spacious studio with a kitchenette. it looks like they had a recent facelift, the interior looks brand new. the bath tub in my room however does need some maintenance for the leak. staff was great, welcoming and always helpful especially at the restaurant. we indeed had dinner there every night.
