Charming small hotel, located on a hill in a very quiet location. Recommended for family rest.
Built: 2006
Located in the new part of Sozopol, in Budzhaka, 45 km from the airport of Burgas, in 1 km from the centre of the city.
Consists of one 4-storey building.
The hotel has 34 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy beach 70 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free.
Pets: up to 10 kg, for a fee.
On the hotel territory: safes for valuables at the reception, for a fee, 1 outdoor swimming pool: umbrellas, deck chairs free of charge, Parking charge, restaurant, car rental
For children: baby cot on request, office for children in the adult pool, children's Playground
The distance to the nearest airport is 45 km.

- Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children from 3 years old to 11 years old stay for BGN 25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.

Not so bad

The only good thing is the location. Zero hygiene, in 5 days they didn't even clean our room once. Same breakfast. Running air conditioners. Nice staff.

Horrible attitude from the manager, bathroom was disaster, no parking place and all the paid parking places around were overcrowded. There’s no restaurant in the hotel. There’s no proper maintenance of the pool. Don’t recommend at all.

Average place, not really clean rooms. I can say that it amortized. Common for Sozopol, there is no parking place, but there is overnight parking not far away from the hotel. Room price is average based on the season price. Beach is near like 5 minutes by walk. There is small pool which the water quality seems not really clean.

Great location,nice and quiet,food was lovely,staff was super friendly ,there is nothing bad I can tell about the place or the service!
I've spent some time reading reviews from other costumers and although every one is free to share their opinion let's be real- you can't go on budget holiday / because this is what this place is/ and have massive expectations ....there is so much to explore outside, life isn't hairdryer😐,or a phone to the reception etc. I can guarantee you that the breakfast you've been served was far more diverse that the one you having at home🤔,the size of the swimming pool being too small that was laughable you've got the bloody sea 5 minutes away matey🙄
