Sweet lovers should be content also. I am fond of coffee and i must say i liked local coffee so much ,only shame coffee is available on breakfasts. If you get sleepy after lunch you are hamstrung
Instant coffee from Lobby Bar does not count. Hotel stuff is neat and smiling yet they lack more advanced english skills. those might be useful and it could leverage customer experience
but one must take life is as it is. hotel Beach is beautiful, comfort ,sea itself wonderfull. Looking forward to seeing you next season. We recommend this hotel to anyone
We had reserved a specific hotel room that wasn't available so they gifted us an extra room and champagne with fruits. The beach is right in front which would probably be the main reason someone would pick the hotel
It is one of the best hotels on the sea side. Right next to the sea, great rooms and absolutely amazing entertainment and food. I'd repeat there 💯

Excellent rooms, excellent food, attentive staff.
Tennis court, large indoor swimming pool, spa center, etc.
Very nice hotel (some dusting needed in some places) The room was very big and clean. Beautiful view of the sea from our room. Very good food every day. The spa was incredible👍
A very good hotel. Especially liked the SPA. You can actually hang. To sea clients are transported on demand for mini-cars.

The hotel needs extra cleaning and fresher rooms and new fresh bedding (the damp is obvious not good for the health) I think this is where it lacks. The reception staff are really kind and helpful

Clean rooms, friendly staff. We were welcomed with mineral water, chocolate cake and a lot of fruits. Special thanks to Mrs. Mariana Koleva for warm welcoming. It is good to have more employees like her.
At check issued bonuses-visit local restaurants. We were in Bulgarian and Italian. Nothing to do with these kitchens were not. On site there is a swimming pool with two bowls under the open sky
How to clean the pool-never saw. Likely to automatic pool cleaning. We went to the sea,distance also
This hotel provides great location the stuff always smiles and is friendly great kitchen.The hotel manager is very kind and polite person.Really nice location to stay.

Local drinks,both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Soft drinks resembled a concentrated Kool-aid. About alcohol-if a solid chemistry. Since we don't drink,not particularly upset because of the poor quality alcohol

Everything is very clean and tidy! Large hotel area. There are large swimming pools with slides on the hotel grounds for both children and adults. For dinner, different food is served every day
Various meals, great staff, very clean location, spotless, beautiful gardens, no disturbing mosquitoes or flies, big swimming pools, water tubes for children and adults. Lovely small and clean beaches down the hotel
At the main pool there are two big slides, which both the kids and the adults loved 😃😍
The beach is very close, about 2 minutes away. You can find anything you need at the property, but also in the area
There is a supermarket on site, which is very convenient. Every evening, after dinner, there are animations for children
It is extremely clean, beautiful, with very friendly staff, with very good food!🤗🤗🤗
They have an animation team for kids and adults, every day they organize activities for entertainment
Beach just outside the gate is clean and well maintained, if a tad busy at times, and easy to get to Sunny Beach if the mood takes you. The ideal family holiday hotel
