Sol Nessebar Bay All Inclusive

I recommend it 100%. We were there with our family from 08/14/2021 to 08/24/2021. We really enjoyed the service and delicious food. Thank you very much for your service and attention.

Very nice place. I liked that there were very few vacationing compatriots. Unobtrusive staff. Clean and tidy. Lots of pools. There is a large warm pool indoors - the child really liked it. Its own small water park! A great alternative to Turkey and Egypt

First I want to say a big THANK YOU to the chef from the Bay restaurant! Keep up the good work guys!! We have been visiting many 5* hotels but the food was not so good as it is at Bay!!
The beach is nice, clean rooms, lots of activities for kids on evening but you have to pay for.
The room was cleaned every day!!
Cons:
- the minibar is empty;
- poor quality coffee and drinks
- the water in the outside pools is cold
- when you get to the hotel the reception staff is not giving any information of what you can eat if you are hungry or any information at all, just a card to inform you when the main restaurant is open.
- the lady from the ice cream station was not using gloves when serving, big NO NO for that!!!
- poor quality ice cream…

old but quality hotel. the food is delicious. the environment is big and tidy, drinks are varied. cocktails are good. the only misunderstanding is that the territory of the three hotel complex is shared, and only after buying they say that you can't walk in the others (although no one checks).

I was there at the beginning of September with my family. We were with 2 small kids. It was fantastically. The service was awesome. Everyone were polite. There were a lot of things which kept the children busy and happy.
I can't think of something bad to say...
We will go again for sure...

A top ten complex. The room was very ok, equipped with quality air conditioning. The bathroom is very nice. The hotel staff is also very helpful and attentive and smiling.The food is incredible, you eat as much as you want, not as much as you can. The beach looks very good, clean water (you can see small fish in it). The water slides are very cool and well guarded by lifeguards.

My stay at Sol Nessebar Bay was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The resort itself is a gem, nestled beautifully along the coastline with stunning views of the Black Sea.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly decorated. I particularly loved the balcony, where I spent many evenings enjoying the breathtaking sunsets. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect rest after a day of exploring.

One of the highlights was the food. The variety and quality of the meals were outstanding, catering to all tastes with a mix of local and international cuisines. The themed dinner nights were a delightful surprise, each offering a unique culinary adventure.

The staff deserves special mention. They were always attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any request, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Sol Nessebar Bay provided the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. Whether lounging by the pool, enjoying the live evening performances.

We had 1 week holiday at Bay-hotel at the beginning of July. There was enough space at the pool. Sadly there was this typical issue that people reserved places with towels and did not show in several hours. But still we could find place for ourselves. When lifeguard kept order everything went fine, but when lifeguard was not present kids started immediatelly jump to pool.
By the sea there was small area for free, but sunbeds where higher on hill. There was also bigger beach with sunbeds for extra cost. We used both and those were perfect for kids.
Food was really good. Only "grill" at the end of warm food line made food that was too dry and tasteless. Everything else was really good. There was A LOT OF options in the buffet. And different food in every lunch/dinner.
We found staff really nice and helpfull.
Our room was on mountain side. We found it peacefull, when noise from pool and resort did not came in to our room.
We used "hotel taxi" and other taxies. Trip to old town was much lower cost with "hotel taxi", but trip to Burgas was same price with both taxi.
New town was on walking distance.
Location was great for us - close enough to town, but still separate.
Mini Disco and show at the evening. Also kids club and teens club during the day in addition to other activities.
We really liked this in totally.

Nice personal, very tasty kitchen, good beaches - almost all the day you can find the sunny sides. There are many attractions and entertainments for the kids. Very green territory. Lovely bonus - sea taxi from hotels seaside to old town Nessebar.

Brilliant hotel..went with my 2 daughters 20 and 27 and my grandson..2.5yrs. He had the best time ,very good for kids..rooms were very spacious and clean and staff couldn't be more helpful. We all had a fantastic experience 😀
