Hotel Laguna Park & Aqua Club - All Inclusive

Family of 6 - myself and partner, my parents and my 2 kids. First time in Bulgaria. Location 5/5 - can’t get any better unless you go for right on the beach front. 5-10 mins walk gets you to restaurants/bars/beach in either direction. Supermarket and market shops as well as a pharmacy next door to the hotel. Cleanliness 5/5 - inside the hotel is well maintained by the cleaning staff. Rooms and common areas all very clean. If anything, it would be nice to see around the main pool areas getting hosed down maybe once or twice a week to ward off ants etc from spilled food/drink (relatively small issue). Staff - 4/5. From the reception staff, animation team, maids, restaurant and majority of the bar staff the staff are fantastic. This would have been a 5 if not for the poor attitude of 2 of the female staff working the indoor bar. On 2 separate occasions when ordering drinks, these staff members visibly rolled their eyes when I gave my drinks order and were just downright rude in all honesty. The rest of the bar staff were great, particularly at the outdoor pool bar. Also worth noting we celebrated my son’s birthday whilst here. The maids made some animals from the towels on the bed which were fantastic for the kids and the maids/hotel also provided a birthday cake which was left in the room. Thought this was a nice touch. Swimming pools - 4.5/5. There are a number of swimming pools aimed at people of all ages. There are 2 dedicated kids pools with some water slides which the kids loved. For bigger kids/adults, there are 3 water slides which are great fun. The only small negative is the main swimming pool could ideally be bigger but all in all not really an issue. There was also games held in the pool for 20-30 mins each day such as water polo. Food- 2.5/5 Good - variety of cereals (breakfast), salad/fruit bar, and cheese and deli meats were fantastic for every meal. There was always a good selection for kids including chicken nuggets, chips, burgers, pancakes, etc. In the first 3/4 days, the variety of “hot” food is good with different themes each weeknight. Bad - the vast majority of the food was cold. After a few days we resorted to using the microwaves for a warm meal but by the end of our holiday we were eating at local restaurants to get warm/fresh food. Even when “fresh” food was being brought out in the main restaurant, it was lukewarm at best which was disappointing. Especially foods like pasta which do not take long to cook it would be nice if these were cooked and served straight away. There is also sections where the chef cooks it at the station I.e omelettes at breakfast. However, these are not made to order and every so often a chef appears and makes a large batch as quickly as possible and then disappears for a while. This was leading to some of the trays being empty for lengthy periods of time until chef returned and also the food not being warm. It also became clear that leftovers were being served at th

What a great holiday. First time back to Bulgaria & Sunny Beach in a few years. We were so well taken care of, from the minute we booked in. The rooms were lovely & clean. Between us we were in Block B & C. From breakfast time to evening there was somewhere you could go & get food. I've read a few comments about the food being repetitive & not very good. Absolute nonsense. Anyone who has been to All Inclusive Hotels will know the food offered rotates every night for a week. This hotel went well above what would be expected from a 4*. with a fantastic choice every day. Every night there was a themed dinner. There were also lots of signs saying if you had any dietary requirements/allergies to please let them know & they will be able to assist. At the pool/chutes there were plenty of sunbeds & all they ask is that you don't reserve them before 9:00am. If you can't find an empty sunbed, just ask any of the pool staff & they will get one for you. There were at least 3 lifeguards/pool attendants working every day which was better than expected & they weren't slow in taking action against anyone flouting the rules. There were so many places for you to sit and relax on the ground floor, with a choice of 3 bars. The Animation Team were exceptional. Big shout out to "Chris" From early morning to late at night he was there with a smile on his face, making sure everyone was having a great time. Hope you're paying this young man & great salary. He is well deserving. Probably one of the best team players we've came across, over many holidays. The only thing I would flag up is that there weren't any fridges with bottles of water available. there were a couple of water machines, the water was not very nice & was not cold as you would expect. It would have been nice if the room fridges were stocked daily with water.

Anything less than a 5* review is nonsense. Currently staying here until monday and myself and my family are blown away by this hotel. Food is amazing day after day with plenty to choose from. Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily if needed. Bar staff, entertainment staff and the lifeguards are a breath of freah air. I would boom this hotel again in a heartbeat.

Here is what I wish was told about this hotel review on booking. We came in June 25. Weather was great a nice 25 degrees. Staff are friendly and amazing ppl. Cleaners are on the ball. Food is fresh, season, tasty and plenty of variety. vegan, vegetarian & Meat lovers you won't be disappointed. McDonald's food is yummy Kids gave it 5⭐️ 24-7 water cooler and hot drinks. Alcohol is the real stuff. Pool & beach is clean. Water slides are great. No need to bring beach towels they're provided. Evening entertainment is great. You want to go out no problem the staff will baby sit from 9pm-11pm for a small fee. Kids play centre, games, pool, play station all here. Currency value £1 is double no need to bring loads of cash. Area great for evening walks. The pier has a fair with great rides for everyone. This hotel is caters to your every desire. I would return again. Enjoy your trip guys.

Excellent hotel. Clean, friendly staff, decent food .rooms cleand everyday fresh towels. Sunbeds are always available. My daughter (4) absolutely loved the pools. All inclusive drinks were decent to . Excellent location in Sunny Beach to.

Just got back from this hotel, it was our 2nd time in Bulgaria and we would definitely come back to Bulgaria again. The first thing we noticed was how busy it was, but it is school holidays and still plenty of chairs available to sit on. the food is really nice,plenty of choice and a great selection of everything from starters to desserts. The water slides are good, something for all ages. Walk to the beach is about 5 minutes which is also very nice. The water is shallow making it very safe. we never queued much for anything, the staff here are friendly. All the staff, cleaners etc and in the bars and restaurants are lovely and work hard. The weather was great most of the week. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would have given it 5 stars but I have a couple of negatives, the heated pool is too busy probably because they switch the water slides off for 2 1/2 hours every day and the entertainment isn’t the best, the area where it is held isn’t suitable for everyone as it’s a lot of steps and is outside rather than inside, and it’s only on for 1hr, 9pm till 10pm after the kids club, the lobby where the main bar is has no atmosphere, the music isn’t loud, they could do with having a singer or some different entertainment on in there to liven it up a bit. Overall I would say it’s perfect for kids and families so enjoy a wonderful stay.

If i could give 10 stars i would, the hotel its self is impeccably clean and tidy, maids working hard throughout the day and the staff are so friendly and helpful, my children had a great time with the animation staff who went above and beyond every single day to ensure there was never a dull moment. the kitchen staff work so had to put on a beautiful display of food every single meal time and it all tasted amazing, the snack bar between meals is a life saver also if your kids get hungry whilst at the pool or just day to day as it is well stocked and maintained too. the inhouse entertainment was great, lots of laughs from us all. the hotel rooms are so clean and tidy. Only a 5-10 min walk to the beach and the main ***** with great shops and supermarkets too so you're pretty much in the centre of it all. I Would definitely recommend to anyone for a family holiday and will be staying there again, i just wish i would of got the song names of the music they use at the kids disco as my daughter keeps singing the songs and we cant seem to find them anywhere online so if management could email me a song list for my daughter that would be amazing Mr D Render (room A210 & A212 22nd April - 30th May 2025)

I have just returned from a week long stay at laguna park, I was there with my 2 young children and 3 other adults. I was on the 3rd floor. The room was lovely and adequate only down side was there was no milk for a coffee/tea provided but the mini bar had larger, juice and water which were all free for the first empty. on our arrival they had left the snack bar open so that we could have something to eat and a drink as it was late. The hotel was immaculate, the cleaning people were out alday everyday. The staff were all very nice and helpful nothing seemed to much trouble. The pools were "heated" to a degree but still chilly on first entry, the slides were open daily from 9am and lifeguards on patrol, and there wasn't any long queues to wait in for the slides which was a bonus. Your not allowed to save sunbeds which was good however there are ample beds tables and chairs for guests, towels are also provided by the hotel for the pool area. The food was lovely although cold at times (but you expect this across Europe) always lots of choice. 1 of my children is a very fussy eater but he managed on chicken nuggets, pasta and plenty of fruits available there was also pizza and chips and smilies on offer as well as more traditional foods. The snack bar was open daily and had hotdogs, burgers and salads all very good. We paid to keep our room on at a extra cost of 100 levs which is just under £50. The beach is a few minutes away when walking and close to shops and bars. Although t not all open while we were there. ( nothing to do with the hotel). The entertainment was orite kids disco and adult entertainment for a evening, morning stretch, darts, polo daily challenges, a kids club air hockey, snooker, ps4 and a play area some activities were at a extra charge. Overall the hotel was very good value for money. We will return but maybe at a later date in the season. Brian the rep we had for tui was fab and very helpful. X

We had a great week in the Laguna Park. The location is fab, close to shops, the beach and restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was very clean. But on our first day we learnt not to leave anything sweet out. My son left a packet of open smarties on the table and the packet was filled with ants after about an hour. No Biggie and I totally get it in a warm country, we just made sure we put stuff in the fridge after that. Staff were lovely and helpful. The pool area was clean and the slides were great fun. My 12yr old loved the big bowl slide (so did I ). The pirate ship was great too for my youngest. The pool wasn't too cold, best pool temperature I've had at any hotel. But we were there 2 weeks before the school holiday high. The food was ok, I enjoyed it. But I've got 2 fussy eaters so they got a bit bored after day 3. Lucky there are plenty of places close by to get something different. There was a couple bof power cuts one night which we didn't find out why they happened. But it wasn't for long. The room was a good size, 1 bedroom. We didn't got to the entertainment as we were so close to all the bars. We Found a favourite 5mins away and went there most nights. On a whole I'd definitely recommend this hotel and I'd also return myself.
