⸻ Disappointing Stay – Poor Staff Attitudes We recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing due to the staff and service. Pool Area: The pool staff were extremely rude. Rather than politely asking children to move, they would physically move them and blow whistles all day. They often rolled their eyes at guests instead of addressing any issues directly. Most of the time, they were sitting on their phones by the slides instead of supervising properly. Bar and Snack Bar: The bar staff were equally unhelpful, often on their phones and ignoring guests until you actively got their attention. The snack bar food was always cold, no matter how quickly we went up after new trays were brought out. Restaurant: The main restaurant was okay – you could usually find something to eat, and the food was warm – but again, the staff were unfriendly and unwilling to help. Management: When we raised our concerns, the aqua manager refused to take them seriously and blamed us instead. The hotel manager was sympathetic and the Jet2 rep also tried to help, but nothing really changed. We were even told that the staff “find British people intimidating,” which was not reassuring. Rooms: We stayed in Block C. The rooms were fine overall, though the air conditioning isn’t great unless you leave the key in all day. The carpets didn’t look very clean, and after 11 nights our sheets hadn’t been changed until I stripped the beds myself. Overall, the hotel facilities are acceptable, but the rude staff and poor service really let it down. We wouldn’t return.

First id like to start by saying the hotel is lovely and clean and the pools are great. Entertainment- on too late if you have little ones doesn't start until 8:30pm and if you don't have a seat at the front its pointless going. Chairs go up with steps and my little girl just wanted to climb and run uo and down the steps so that wasn't great for us. Pool side entertainment is great , water polo and other various things going on throughout the day except a tuesday. Food- repetitive and undercooked.i think I had chips for breakfast most days ( I tried almost everything before I came to this conclusion ) night times are theme nights. These can be ok but it just seemed to be the same food with a different name. STAFF- worst part about the hotel. The majority of staff are extremely ignorant. Ive been bumped into twice and not one of them said sorry or excuse me. Pool staff ( wearing red ) collect rubbish throughout the day. There is 1/3 staff members we have seen will just kick your bags and inflatables and belongings out of his way to get past. Lifeguards are constantly blowing their whistles at the children playing in the pool. I was playing with my 2 year old and splashing to which I was whisled at and when I questioned her she said "No fun in the pool". Sunbeds - very confusing conflicting information. Signs up that say no reservations before 9. Security guards say 7:30. Pool staff say 8 towels getting moved everywhere its very confusing.having to go in for breakfast on my own because we don't want to loose the beds.

Ahh I really had high hopes for this hotel however I was faced with negative from the moment my bags were dropped to the room. Pros- The hotel is very clean, there is lots of things to do with the kids and love the lobby bar area with extra seating that’s pretty cool. The pools are clean and lots of slides for adults and children. The location is great and really central to everything that’s a real plus for us. There’s lots of desert choices and the unlimited ice cream was a hit my kids loved the chocolate one. The cleaners done a great job cleaning my room and the general areas. The live singer was amazing really got the crowd to join in and what a beautiful voice. Cons- The bar staff speak very little English, one of the men decided half way through to stop serving and took his phone out to watch something I was totally shocked. The lifeguards spoilt a lot of the fun kids were having the young girls with blonde/light brown hair tied up in a bun really shouldn’t have her whistle it was nice to see her have a day off (Wednesday) she was constantly telling everyone off from sitting at the side of the pool, no jumping in and one of the kids accidentally wet her with a splash while kicking his legs swimming and she told him off they really take the fun out of swimming. The towels and sunbed situation is ridiculous telling people to move from the Sunbeds while sitting on them before 9am is a joke!! Then everyone’s towels pilled up at the end of the row maybe the outside should be locked until 9am so no beds are reserved and also there is not enough beds for the amount of guests saying. The animation team please get new ones! When asked where I could find the programme and where are the shows I was told look there I have no time to show you. Air con in the room is pointless the rooms are not cold after being in the hot sun. The porter Georgie who brings your bags to the rooms expecting a tip is crazy as I had no cash he told me to go to the cash point machine for his money! Dinner time is so busy and again limited space food was always cold and same same. Would I return to this hotel absolutely not and feel I wasted a lot of money which could have been spent else where. First and last time in Bulgaria for us.

Been here a week and this should never be given 4star status. Having stayed in some great 4stars in Spain this doesn’t come close. The food is edible but same every time. The all inclusive doesn’t not have any renowned brands and the air conditioning is only on half power so this hotel has cost cutting high on its list. There is no entertainment in the evening and compared to other hotels i really feel TUI has sold us a bum deal. The weather has been great but don’t think the management had any say in that.
