Hotel Laguna Park & Aqua Club - All Inclusive

I stayed here for a week with my two children and found the hotel very good. The room were clean and of a good standard. The pool and chutes were brilliant and spotlessly clean. The food was good and we never found it repetitive or bland. I would recommend it

Absolutely great hotel, most staff were amazing, especially 'Mr always ready' aka zdrascov (possibly??) The children's entertainment, he was great and so sweet. Hotel was clean, well kept, food changed each day, some foods were kn every night (maybe popular foods) well done to all the staff at this hotel.
We will definitely be back, wouldn't really advise going early may as it was a little chilly on the evenings and pool was quite cold. Obviously no fault of the hotel. Thank you

We stayed here for a week 27th June - 4th July. Oh wow we miss it so much and wished we'd booked longer, we arrived late and was greeted with dinner bags they had prepared for us. Breakfast lunch and dinner was really nice in the restaurant, there's a snack bar thats open inbetween these times and the food there was also amazing.
There's so much to do with a pirate ship for the kids 0.4m we were able let our daughter to play while we watched from the side. The Big slides were good too kept us entertained, the octopus for children was able to entertain our daughter. Fast service for drinks and another bar over near the relax pool (sun loungers were always available here)

There was a wide array of excursions, from water parks, boat trips and quad biking. The beach was a 5 minute walk using the gate near the park and octopus. From the main entrance it was about 8 minutes.

The animation team were amazing, they entertained both us and our daughter. My daughter took to Vicki P very quickly and went to kids club with vicky, vicky and Plamen, she's made so many things there with them. While Sabrina, Zdravko and plamen (sometimes) entertained the older kids and adults too. We will miss the animation team most of all! The entertainment at night was really good, both with a kids mini disco then adults entertainment.

Only down side was we saw alot of poorly cats and kittens around the hotel, I like animals and to see them so poorly upset me, I mentioned to reception if they would set up a donation/ tips jar for the cats as there were some kittens with very poorly eyes. The suggestion was so they could take care of them better, currently only feed and water them. A lady from reception has took the kittens home now and to the vet. Cats were friendly didn't bother anyone and stayed out of the hotel building and only in the outside grounds.

We very much enjoyed the first two days of our holiday, very relaxing, not too busy, and then three bus loads of schoolkids, and supposedly supervising adults arrived from another country. The place was taken over by the children. The adults did absolutely nothing to control them, preferring to either sunbathe, sit at the pool bar and continuously drink, or be talking LOUDLY on their mobile phones. No control in and around the pool or in the restaurant, where the children were seen barging in front of people to get food, dipping their fingers in sauces etc to taste, taking bites out of pieces of bread then putting the back in the tray........the list goes on and on and on. Complaints galore were lodged with the front desk but it took TWO days for the Hotel Manager to react to those complaints and to speak to someone. One evening, the children were seen to be all congregated in one area, being spoken to by just ONE adult for over an hour. That was the only quiet time we had in 5 days. The moment the kids were 'released' they reverted to sort.

Dont get me wrong, the hotel is fantastic. The majority of the staff are fantastic (restaurant staff need to smile more), but in general the whole holiday was ruined by the influx of feral children, and useless adults.

Good place as a base. We are fully inclusive,so always food to eat,but not all dishes are to everyone's tastes. Drinks a plenty,poolside has lots of beds available,slides for adults and kids. 2 extra pools located in the grounds for a quieter experience,bar manned in all.

Lovely clean hotel. Food is amazing, more than enough choice. Staff brilliant, always helpful. Location brill, 5 min walk to lovely golden sand beach. 👍Here now, for 2wks. No complaints what so ever. Gaynor Waddilove xx

I do recommend this hotel.
First-the hotel is clean, the food is amazing 🤩 (We gain weight during our stay!!!)
Second-staff is very friendly
Third-all the facilities are new, in excellent condition.
The location is perfect-near bus station, shops,sea coast.
We were with a toddler (2,5years) - a lot of fun for him, never been bored.
Also, there is an aqua park in the heart of the hotel(for children and adults)-perfect!
