La Tour Belvédѐre
Montreal, 2175 Boulevard de Maisonneuve West 🧭 Map
Very spacious rooms and good for a long stay with the best view.
rooms were great. view was nice. cleaning staff was a bit rude when knocking on our door 10 minutes before checkout. other than that a great stay for the price
Large room and bathroom plus kitchenette. Comfortable bed and a little balcony - great value for money. A bit of stale cigarette smell in lift and hallway. You have to use room key or call them to get in the building (although you can just about see the front desk from the door). Paid parking nearby, short term parking free nearby on street except certain times
La Tour Belvedere popped up when looking for an affordable place to stay in Montreal, and I am glad we chose it. The prices were good and the rooms included everything we wanted (and more, in some regards).
The location is very good; walking distance to busy areas, to food and shopping, and very close to transit. Arrival was easy and we were immediately told that we were moved up because of renovations...
It's good for the price with a convenient location. Wildly hot though in the apartment with no control of the temperature. Having a kitchen was nice and it's close to a grocery store. The bed was actually quite comfy. But the place really could use an upgrade- the shower head screams when you use it, the walls are cracked, the tv remote does not work.
But you get what you pay for I suppose!
The location was great, just blocks away from Atwater station. The inside was nice, could be modernized some more. Check out times at 12 was great, therefore your not rushed to have to leave earlier then that. Overall good night stay for one night in Montreal.

We loved our stay in Montreal at LHotel. It was the perfect spot to explore old Montreal and beyond. We stayed a total of 4 nights and we enjoyed its great location, amenities and they made us feel very special. It was an extended weekend get away for a special occasion as a couple.
It is such a unique hotel with an eclectic feel with very interesting decor and furnishings. Being in an older building...
The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the noise level in the area was a major downside. Doors were being slammed by other guests late into the night, and there was a lot of street noise—honking cars and frequent sirens. It made it really difficult to relax or sleep.
This hotel is in a fantastic location in Montreal, everything right there. The hotel itself is a little different, not the crisp new build that sometimes we come to expect.
The premises are clean and cozy. The clientele is very good, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed. As we sat in the lobby area enjoying breakfast croissants/orange juice/coffee, there was a positive hum of activity from other...
This hotel made our vacation. It's hard to travel as a large family (two adults, four children) but our rooms were perfect. The beds were amazing and the chocolate croissants for breakfast were worth the price of admission on their own! Perfectly located, the staff was so kind with our kids and helping with luggage and strollers. Look forward to staying again on our next visit.
Convenient for travel. The surrounding attractions are within walking distance. It is also convenient for eating. It is very close to Chinatown. It is just that parking is not very convenient. The hotel needs to park for you.
The hotel room is very large, especially suitable for children

The staff upgraded my reservation to 3 king bed without any charge.
He was so friendly and patient.
Stop over at montreal and did a day tour to quebec city. Hotel location is amazing. It is not that new but functional. I cant complain for the price.
Great location, easy access to facilities. Clean
Spacious room, good for budget trips
The room is cozy and clean, and the hotel location is very good. Good walk distance to most locations I want to go. The only thing is that the AC is a little bit loud, and I tried to set the temperature higher, but it wouldn't help.
Greart Location, like 10 mins walk to the VIA railway station.

We had a wonderful stay here. Every member of the staff we interacted with, from the front desk to the restaurant staff and the housekeepers, was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We truly felt welcome. There was so much to do within walking distance that we only took an Uber once all weekend. This is now our hotel when we visit Montreal.
Very nice room. Spacious. In a busy, fun area with lots to do and see . There's some noise because it's in a busy area. Bed is comfortable. Nice shower. Fill kitchen with microwave, 2 burner electric stove top, refrigerator and dish washer. Nice place for longer stay. Good concierge. Valet parking available. Staff was very helpful and friendly. There were lots of steps to climb for our room...
Location is top!
Very kind staff, beautiful styled rooms.
On check-in, we got upgraded to a two-bedroom loft apartment. Overall, excellent experience. Very clean, great location and service.
One thing: the gentleman at the front desk on the night shift wasn’t the most helpful. When I did get him to answer the phone, I changed our valet drop-off time in the morning from 8am to 7:45 but the message was never passed on. Make sure you book the correct time earlier...
Had spent 3 great nights with family in this gorgeous place. Really like the nightlife around. Also have to say the spacious apartment and amenities of the loft were really impressive. Will definitely come back
Excellent service and location. The room can improve with more mirrors. There was only one mirror and 3 ladies had to take turns in using the mirror in the washroom. Overall, we will stay in Lofts du Vieux-Port again. The concierge and service was top-notch. Chloe was professional, friendly, and simply amazing. Her team, Clay and Albert were equally fantastic. The restaurant, Pincette, is great. They...

I have stayed here 4 times for business and really like how convenient it is. Besides the convenient aspect, there is plenty of shopping close by and lots of food options.

I had a great experience during my stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly and the staff were friendly and efficient. Best location modern hotel and friendly kind staff !
Construction right in front of the hotel.
No parking designated for the hotel.
On the flip side, the best part was their breakfast and front desk staff. They were very welcoming 👍
A classic every time we travel to Montreal. The best accommodation in terms of quality/price. From the convenient location to the spotless and comfortable room we like everything at this hotel. Big thumbs up for the complimentary breakfast with a lot of choices and the huge bed. We could sleep like babies and get rid of our jetlag. See you next time!
This has become my favourite place to stay in Montreal. I've probably stayed there a dozen times in the last 4 years. It has friendly helpful staff, the rooms are very clean/comfortable & the breakfast that comes with the room is yummy. Consistently great place to land & it's also a safe area to go for a walk at night.
We split up three nights here over a week during Osheaga. The location is perfect as it is less than 5 minute walk to a metro station. The rooms were clean and large with comfortable beds. The room itself was good and there was lots of grass and green space around the hotel to walk the dogs, but a number of things did not work properly without the assistance of the staff. But The patio door would not open, and even when the staff got it open, it didn't work well...
The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 was because there was a weird sewage/pipe smell whenever the toilet was flushed and the second floor did not have any ventilation. Otherwise, it’s a very convenient location and amazing staff!!
It was ok but crowded breakfast room and attendant was not refilling food trays

Hôtel Le Roberval exceeded my expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and exceptional front desk service. The staff demonstrated remarkable patience and kindness, making my stay truly memorable. A decent hotel in an excellent location, just a short walk from Downtown and Old Montreal, and steps from Berri-UQAM metro station. Could use some sprucing up and the layout is a tad confusing at first but the included breakfast is pretty good and the price is excellent for what you get.
Hotel is less than a block from Subway. Very central for food and supplies. Reception was neat and the receptionist was nice and accommodating. Parking is at the next building over and was 20$ for an underground spot. The room had a well equipped kitchen and a living room with a 2 seater pull out couch and 4 seater dining room with TV. Bedroom had a Queen bed with 2 dressers and a work/makeup table...
A great budget hotel in downtown Montreal. Room was clean, large, and had a full kitchen to use. Front desk was kind and helpful when needed. Breakfast is plentiful and a nice touch. Metro station is literally one block away. This might be my new base when I’m exploring Montreal.
Honestly, This is a decent hotel for the price we pay. There’s a charge of $13 from the hotel that I still can’t figure out from where exactly. I tried calling them but they just keep on asking me to call back for the next person on duty. The parking is tricky. We have a minivan so we have to park like a block away from the hotel and pay $17 for it. The location is nice. The rooms are clean and seems...
The hotel offers good rooms at a reasonable price and is conveniently located close to a major Metro station (Berri - UQAM). Good for the value. However I had some issues with my room. A breaker switched knocking off the power to a lot of my room, and I received some wake-up calls around 530am which were not requested (I had to pull the phone out of the wall). The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and I would stay here again. Very good location. Thanks for hosting me!
This hotel was not as impressive as I'd hoped. I think it's over priced for what it is. My room was clean but dated and a little musty. The bed was so comfortable. Best hotel experience. The staff is exceptionally professional, courteous and thoughtful. The room, bed and pillows were very comfortable...more so than my own bed at home. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Eggs Benedict and croissants were incredibly tasty. Highly recommend this hotel.
Stayed here a few times as it is a nice central location. The rooms are big and always very clean, and most of them have a balcony to enjoy the view of Montreal. The breakfast buffet is okay, they used to have more hot options but the service is great, as are those mini croissants!

Honestly, looking at some of the reviews of this hotel, it seems below par but I had a perfectly fine experience.

Stayed for one night in room 215. The room was clean and the wifi connection was good. The front desk staff were all very nice and the morning staff allowed me to stay and work in the common room for a few hours after check-out, which was very nice. The only downsides were that the room was very hot (end of winter) and the shower temperature kept varying. Still recommend.
Great location, basic hotel. There’s a parking garage right behind the hotel, which was convenient. Front desk staff was friendly. When I was checking out of the room, I broke a glass cup and cut my finger. The helpful man at the front quickly gave me a couple of bandaids and some alcohol wipes. Thank you so much!
Close to the airport shuttle bus and subway station. It's really old but clean. The staff is doing their best to help with your requests. Be careful with any food you might leave out, we found ants in the bathroom after a crumb fell on the floor instead of making it in the garbage pail. Our bad, indeed. Not glamorous at all, but it's doing the job if you want to stay on a budget.
We stayed 4 nights here and it was great. Not fancy but neat and clean and in a good location to be near everything. There's a metro stop nearby and plenty of places to eat.
